Sounds very busy! Mum has been here today.. Went for a walk to the local bakery for some bread, made dinner and whatnot. :)

I haven't had a chance to dive into the wardrobe yet gets dragged there by Niamh (Not the most creative, seeing as all the dinosaurs I could find that I wanted to use, all have a cut out for the HA :K :P so here's my prehistoric HA taking their pet dinosaur for a walk, and discovering the cave has a resident dino in there that they weren't anticipating :P)

I was woken up by Sparky crashing his ladder on the floor last night, followed by a lot of flapping of wings.... no idea what he was trying to do, but when I uncovered him this morning he was slitting on his swing like he'd had a brilliant night's sleep laughs

hehe that's exactly what Mum said when she saw how many seed husks he'd managed to get all over the table and the floor - he doesn't seem to like them being on the floor of his cage, so he pings them out over the lid of the seed hopper :P

Well I told you guys that id gotten some bad news that was really upsetting me. Long story short i was being sued. Apparently i had an outstanding medical bill i didn't know about. I had to try to file for the hospital to forgive it. Mum told me about a letter on the table and it turned out to be a form saying the law suit has been dropped. So they must have approved me as that was a $9,000 bill. Im very relived.

In other news i found a haunted house wooden advent calendar. I unfortunately have to go get it... lol its a 1 1/2 hour drive. I will also have to go in, but she told me shevwould put it in the front so i only need to go in, pay, and then leave. It should be okay.

Paddy yeah lol it really is. Oh its his bday gifts which is next week. The hippobis a guess but thr book my brother said he'd want.

I am sooo glad to hear the charges were dropped! I can only imagine how stressful that must have been. Its a lot of money!

I’m super excited. I wasn’t feeling the best today because of a migraine still but decided to take one evening off and paint my Halloween Haunted House advent calendar today. I started after dinner and finished this morning around 3.30 am lol. But it’s done and it game out so well. I’m so chuffed. And honestly it’s been awhile since I’ve been so excited about something. I can’t wait to put it in my room tomorrow afternoon. XD

This is my current sewing UFO link to the fabric ....although can it really be a UFO if it's not actually started yet?! It's a paler shade of orange and a lot more vibrant than my computer screen shows though, so it's going to be a very very vivid hoodie! :P I was already thinking of putting a black lining on the hood to tone things down a little, and I might also change the kangaroo pocket to a plain black as well, just to stop it being quite so bright! :P It's going to be a great colour for Halloween (even thought I know I won't have it finished by then!) :P

I've been trying to get some little sewing projects finished (mostly mending / hemming things), and I've almost got K's dragon bag finished (literally it's a backpack in the shape of a plushie dragon) - I just need to check that has enough stuffing and get the last couple of seams sewn :D

I cleaned my bathroom a bit, other than that.. a lazy Saturday. :D Finished my mums slippers, so I will surprise her with them when I see her tomorrow. Hopefully she will like them. :) Went with white and grey.. so colourwise they are hardly offensive. ;)

Sounds like you have been productive. :D Hopefully you have enough stuffing, so that you can finish it up now. :) Some stores sell cheap pillows.. those are good to steal stuffing from I found when I made stuffed animals etc. :D

That's great going on the slippers :D and that sounds like a great colour too - neutral without being all white (so they shouldn't show the dirt as easily :P)

I was meant to be making a bag for Mum's friend's birthday, but each bit of it just seemed to go wrong today (and I don't have enough fabric to make another). I'll try and get it finished tomorrow, but it's not anywhere near as good as I wanted it to look :K Thankfully I bought up a load of toy stuffing earlier in the year, so I've got plenty! I tend to stick with proper toy stuffing, as that says it's washable - the pillows I've seen before, all say they're not washable so I don't want to risk the toy not being able to be washed if necessary ;)

The fabric dried a lot faster than I'd anticipated, which was a bonus :D Hopefully I can get started on cutting the pattern pieces out later in the week, and figure out if I want the pocket in the same fabric or if it needs to be black just to tone down the orange! ;)

They are mostly white. But mum is a neatfreak, so her floors are never that dirty.. So I am hoping it will be fine. lol
