thank you your condolences and kind remarks. her issues would have caused her more pain and ruined her quality of life. she was already very arthritic in her legs and hindquarters. this morning it was hard, but how of respect for her love, loyalty and companionship i had to let her go.
thank you for surrounding me, with so much care, concern, and love! I couldnt have made it without you all!! HUGS !!!!
Oh, I am so so very sorry for your loss. They are such blessings in our lives. Hugs!!!!!!
Calendar days are closer than they appear! [item=mocking clock]

I'm pretty sure I will have more mobility after the appt but will have to wear it for 3 more weeks. It's black and made of a material that is heated and molded to my arm but it has velcro and can be removed and put back on without making a new one each time. Will let you know how it goes after Monday!! 😊

Thanks! so appreciate your kind thoughts!
SQUISHY HUGS I know you thoughts! comment me if you like.
any multiple dog owners? Read: do you have more than one dog? Why? because my vet told me, about 3 years ago. I asked, because I had two litter mates since Nov 2005. they were getting up in years. I was scared what would happen if one passed. if one passes you must let the surviving dog smell the one passing. So that the surviving one doesn't keep looking for the one that passes. I let another dog, we have a non litter mate smell Roxy, because when a dog dies they give a scent that smells like death to another dog. I must say, our other dog Rondo greeted us as we returned from vet, he jumped up on us, hoping he was wrong. He understood, but was very sad and clingy.
Awww your soo sweet and much appreciated. its hard to look at her pic, or dogs of similar color I get teary eyed.
lucky you! my temporary cast has been on since surgery the 3rd of feb, and I get the fiberglass one on the 18th of next week, until 23rd of March.
I am deeply saddened to hear about Roxy. I am a kind of lost for words right now. I am stopping by real fast. Be back a little bit later and going to message you then. Sending hugs your way ❤
thanks I feel the same, I feel gutted. i had to tell my 2 other sons roxy died this evening long distance. gut wrenching to hear your children cry and cant physically console them.

Thanks for the info to multiple dog owners. We only have Hunny but I would really like to bring my daughter's dog inside. He is not house-trained and I am anxious about it, but he is still puppy age (and he LOVES Hunny) and she is getting old and starting to not hear so well or respond when there are noises at night. My husband is not keen about it (because of the mess he will make) but I have been studying about it and hoping we could accomplish it. He is a big friendly dog with a load bark. Just want I want if someone tries to open the door uninvited if you know what I mean.
How are you and your family doing? Wife still having pains?
I know it's a few days late but congrats on your pet winning the pet spotlight awesome ... R u still hopping around ...
your welcome it's nice to have a large family around u in a time of need...
well it's been almost a week now since the accident for the last few days her pain in her back and neck has been getting worse she a appointment on Monday with her primary care physician ... She had a job interview on Wednesday last week she went to go take the physical and she couldn't lift the weight requirement for the job it hurt her back to much so she didn't get the job and that started out at 12 dollars an hour with all benefits paid 100% it was for the hospital ...it don't matter where u work at in the hospital everyone has to take and pass the same type of physical ... She has 3 degrees in the medical field but I don't want her to work so she didn't... But she already had the interview set up a week or at hospital .. now she is super pissed cuz she was starting to get bored so she wanted a job and she found one that she would love to do everyday

Hi Bears ❤
- I'm so sorry to hear about your sweet furry one. It is heart breaking. Our beloved doggie is 14 and has a few issues but still gets around okay...but the day will come and I don't know how we'll manage as we are crazy about her.
- hi there...sorry to hear about the accident. Something like that just happening out of nowhere can derail plans...it's maddening. Hope all goes well with her recovery.
- thank you for the lottery tickets - so nice ❤
Need to go find more coffee now...:)
I hope everyone is having a pleasant weekend. So many struggles going on. Sending out healing vibes.
. . . Someone told me I have two faults. I don't listen and . . . some other stuff they were rattling on about.
Puppy is young and trainable. roxy was old and our younger dog, was very attached to each other. she was motherly and he needed a motherly companion. loud bark and guard is a big plus. I couldnt have said, it better! well it isnt easy especially when have had them, their whole life and they are part of the glue that holds the family together. glad to hear your dog is still moving around good, that is great for the level of life quality at 14 years. thats is my Roxy's age.

...she is...even tonight when my daughter and I came home and saw her...her tail wagging and she was excited to see us. She still acts like a pup but can't hear very well...and I think her vision is impaired (semi cloudy eyes)...we just cherish every minute with her. And what is it with the smell of her fur? I love smelling the top of her head because it is just plain sweet.
I hope her pain decreases and when she is back to herself, she can try for the job again. I hope that is soon! It is so important not to get discouraged.
Not sure we have it in us to train him, and it will only be if I can be a stay-at-home. I hope so!
Hugs and thanks for the puppy story.
sounds like your sweet furry baby has cataracts, Roxy did. her brother was a perpetual puppy until he passed. they should bottle dog fur smell. yep important to have someone home to help get them trained good. I hope you can!

Yeah, I really want a dog but I can’t imagine letting it go one day. I can’t have one for reasons but even if I could it seems so difficult. Hugs to everyone having to deal with that <3
