i did that, and its not taking the skin off. I havent got event yet. but i have check on official forum thread and my HA looked like final stage. which I saw my HA when I healed pet from battle.

The news says if your final stage skin hasn't unlocked to file a report but if you didn't get an event yet telling you it is done then it might not be done all the way.

I want to get another skin, but i guess that isnt possible until i get an event. but i already got the bite symbol in the VIP area.

I guess I have to be patient, probably event will happy soon.

you could try going to your skins in the wardrobe and find it in there and see if it is unlocked. If it is then it should be done and you should file a ticket but if it isn't then it probably isn't done yet.
