It was great around my grandkids yesterday! The 3 year old kept stepping on my foot, would have been quite painful without it. It's very heavy though, I think that's why here they say 2 weeks and then check again. I have to get an appt for physical therapy. I am finding myself very resistant to making the calls. ;P

I swear by my occupational therapy for my right hand, honest I went 3 times a week for appointments no matter what. My hand would not be as good as it is right now. I was also doing therapy at home 3 times daily. My last session was 0ct 21 and I still do my therapy it makes my hand feels better. With my foot had surgery last March and I had to use a electric machine to stretch the muscles from the big toe. I had to do this for 4-6 hours daily for 3 weeks. I did it in hour sessions. Therapy is super super important in your recovery, if you don’t your foot will be sore, and not as functional as you need it to be and could be. My therapy for left hand will start in 2 weeks, we can be therapy buddies.

small update All of these tests from God are chipping away repeatedly at my armor. I think I feel a crack.... our is toughing it out as best she can..she has her kidney surgeries follow-up then direclty more scans n cancer testings.

Plus she has a SQUIRREL caught in her ceiling with no way to get it out :P eewwww hope it doesnt die there...anyone with an idea how to get it to come out??? She had an estimate of $400.00 to even start to get it out!!

Hmm, must be the weather....I have a family member with a similar problem so I might need some suggestions as well.

Feel bad for the little things though, i'd keep 'em as pets if rabies weren't an issue.

Hi my loves!! I haven't decided yet this year to get the biting. I have never had the biting now for as long as I have been in Subeta. In fact, the first year I was here, I actually asked the Mods to freeze my account voluntarily for fear of somebody biting me and I hid myself back on Terra until the coast was clear. ( essentially putting myself in self-imposed suspended animation.) I was that afraid of getting the biting diseases. I will decide by tomorrow I imagine. In the meantime, I will put on my skimpy clothes, to show my pure skin, and the progress of the biting, should I decide to receive the biting and relish the warmth of the approaching Spring.

I understand your caution. Now that we are able to remove our skins, I have become a collector. Last year I got all the new viruses plus several old ones. I am hoping to squeeze all the new ones in again. I have to wear a zombie skin whenever I want to do alchemy or I can’t do it. Hugs!
