Yes!! Spring break for us in AZ is Mar 9-13! Wish it was warm enough to swim!! No,no crutches just dorky using my left hand, arm for everything LOL

oh boy a massage for my hands!!

come over here n sit back...puts towel over my knees..one foot right up here...mmmm gets the lotion warm first...splays your toes with my fingers n tugs on them first. ..sets you down on the nice floooofy chair sits you way back and pulls a small table in front of you, rolls up a towel and has you rest your wrists on it one at a time so i can everso gently massage your hands.(do you have the hard cast on already??? ..i know just the trick for YOU..sits you back into a soft thick chair and resta your head back on a towel roll i made. starts to massage your neck by slowly pulling on it n up through your scalp several times then i start. massage your head n neck till they tingle as your body relaxes through it.

my fingers are free not my thumb though. they wiped my arm and hand with rubbing alcohol, which helps with the itching.

I got a device called an (aircast) boot yesterday. It's heavy, but came in great when I went to visit my grandkids (Blessings to my son, who despite pressure to get his project done by Friday, took time out to take me where I need to go and then to my daughter in law); with it on I didn't have to worry they would bump into my foot. I will start wearing it regularly in a week, the doctor said to continue staying off my foot (even though I took my own cast off Sunday). And I also borrowed (FANTASTIC organization in Israel that enables people to borrow medical items) a scooter I can keep my knee on. I am short and my son said the lowest the seat goes is still I little too high for me... Where are my old platform shoes? LOL

oh I get the short issue at 5 foot 1 1/2 inches. I got permanent light fiberglass cast. i thought i would have it for a month, but got told it would be 2 weeks. no rings allowed on either had right now.

aircast boot now i wonder if it feels more comfortable than the one i had?
