Perhaps you could send The Team a note and seek their advice. It's a shame that there isn't some government program available to these folk to assist them with their immediate needs.

omg that's awful. I told friends what was happening as the situation at Standing Rock became more chaotic and about our camp on white earth but never did anything with a fund page.
