LOL well, i'm older still , but "inside" i think i'm about 24. hahahaaaa of course. my body reminds me. "No Witchy, you're not 24 any more" hahahaaaa
LOLOLOL!!!
It's the No spring chickens board...where is ???
I just don't view trees as something that can 'get you' 's sinuses aside, and that time I was camping and a tree dropped a limb on my tent while I was in there...I still think of trees as good neighbors. Now when the trees and the breeze conspire to make you itch just for going to your car...that is just wrong!
Thankfully both sun porches have doors so the AC works pretty well, but I still keep a window unit in the bedroom because I am a princess! The heat is good, the old owners paid for all new windows when they couldn't sell the house. And we have 2 gas logs to keep it cozy. And it really is fairly haunted-it is the old coroner's office from around 1910....so, kinda worth moving to the burbs for!
Inside I feel twenty something too. Then I stand up and my ankles, knees and sometimes my back make popping sounds so I know I am NOT in my twenty's any more.
Allergies and asthma encourage me to stay inside during the spring and fall. The allergy shots I get have helped a lot.
The great benefit of Parkinsons is that I do NOT feel 20 something. I feel and move like a young toddler ;)
Does anything help reduce the symptoms? I have a mild tremor that can make life interesting but nothing as frustrating as that.
Laughing at it seems to help. Otherwise tons of pills and medicine...but mostly laughing at it helps the most.
laughter does help me get through many issues. :)
This whole growing old thing is not for the faint of heart. And laughter certainly helps with the rough patches, maintains that psychic equilibrium, you know? The worst part of my Parkinsons so far is spilling food, beverages, and let's don't talk about soup...and I can only type with one finger...none of it is the end of the world...
I can wear my meals sometimes. Print shirts are my friend. Soup is hard. You must type pretty quickly with your one finger method since you don't take long to respond.
It is a very overworked finger. And, yes, soup is a nightmare!!!!! But I also happen to love it...especially the cold fruit soups of summer like strawberry soup-that will ruin a shirt!!!! I just sip it from cappuccino mugs!
Let's poke the lurker shrub and put the kettle on, I think there might be a afoot
Usually at work all you have to do is yell free food and the techs come running. I work at a community college. I wonder if that would work here...
That used to work where I worked too...but that was in a hospital pathology lab which might be scary, but we were used to it. "Donuts" was our magic word! LOLOLOL
By the way, if it wasn't clear, feel free to invite your friends to this board if you want to.
Good to see you!!!! I missed you! Have you pushed anyone worthwhile off a cliff lately?
I am going home soon so I will chat with you later. Pathology doesn't scare me, I got a degree in biology. :)
Of course you can follow me everywhere! <3
I did it with my notebooks. That's how I separate them. It is common for planning Once I move I will most likely start posting again. I need to get my planner first xD
Follows everywhere no...that's not creepy at all....lololol
LOL I mean I do have a boring life, but you are welcome to look through my window anytime hehehehehe
