I have no clue. I am always missing days. Especially the past few months.

The timer can be weird because of leap days and stuff if you've been here longer than 4 years. It goes by the exact date and time that you signed up, so you should be able to get it on the 23rd (today) at some point.

As far as the Bathhouse, there are the achievements for visiting a certain amount of days in a row, but other than that it doesn't really matter. If you miss a day, your cycle will reset back to Day 1, but then you can keep going for 30 days and get all of the prizes again and whatever.

I've still got my original streak going since the day it opened, but it's more just to see how long I can keep it going than anything else.

Trying to decide between GA medal or pet slot. My GA is about to run out but I only need 2 more pets to get the achievement and don't see a pet slot event coming up any time soon. Hmmmm? Well the bath house reset me twice a while back even though I go every single day. But I will be gone for a few days 1st of September with no access to a computer so will miss at least 2-4 days (with no dailies or quests either), so hope nothing important happens then.

I vote for the pet slot lol! There are so many cute pets :D

I've been holding an aqua potion waiting to get an aqua blob but just can't think of a good name.

The blob pets are so adorable! it is almost impossible for me to pick a fave :D

Ugh the pirate event is always such a let down! All those new items that I never even see in the shop :(

I've been MIA again. Things are winding down at the diner and I have most of the week off now which gives me time to start working on getting the house cleaned and organized. I've also started playing Kingdom Hearts, so that's been eating up my evenings too.

While working at the diner, I've discovered there are certain people that I really don't like and those are the people the frequent the lake all day, everyday because they seem to care or take into consideration that coming in late or blocking the counter is a bad thing. I went in on a day off to eat lunch and a family blocked the entire front counter while they waited for their ice cream. They knew I was there, but they never moved over so I could order. Luckily, we've never had anyone complain about the food, but we did have a guy complain about spending over $30 on 12 tacos and multiple cups of ice cream. I think it is important to find a job yourself because only you know what will work for you. When people suggest jobs to me, I take it into consideration unless I know I'm not a perfect match for it at all. My husband is an electrician and had a hard time finding a job. Now that he's deployed, he's finally getting job offers from some of the places he applied to last year. My finger is feeling much better. It still feels weird at the tip, but it doesn't have sharp pain anymore. I've now got a little black kitten that I'm taking care of. I found him last week, crying near the barn. He must have followed his mom and then got seperated. I named him Zelda, because at the time I thought he was a girl, but a week of good food has helped him grow. Link was a back up name but Zelda has already stuck.

You're welcome! I've got purple, purples&white, teal, and teal/purple/green scrubby yarn for my washcloths. The baby blanket my grandmother started is going to be made from white and pink flannels, some pieces have lambs and some have other patterns. I haven't decided on the stitches I'll use yet, but I've got a crochet stitch encyclopedia type book and another book of washcloths that I'll look through to help me decide. I also have yarn sitting around waiting to be made into a Hufflepuff scarf. I need to bring it downstairs so I can work on it and maybe get it done before the next Fantastic Beasts movie. I made a washcloth years ago for my mom that I ended up unraveling a few times. I either got my stitches too tight or I lost track of where I was. When it comes to knitted/crocheted clothing, I'm extremely picky about what it looks like and what type of yarn its made of. I have mostly soft yarns in my stockpile because most yarns feel scratchy to me. I've got a fabric hexi project that I've been working on every now and then. I've started out with all the hexies that my grandmother had precut. Once I have those pieced together, I'll start using fabric that I've bought/. I buy yarn at Joanns when its on sale or if I have a coupon. That's where I found the scrubby yarn, its Red Heart brand. I'm still working on the quilting notebooks, but I did finish going through one box of quilting magazines last night. Right now I have the quilting patterns divided into animals, 1700s-late 1800s, 1900s, 1920s-1950s, applique and paper piecing, English paper piecing and hand sewing tips, and a notebook of hand quilting patterns. I think some of the notebooks will end up getting dividing into subcategories if they end up with too many pages. I do worry though that I'll get all this done and then I'll never use the patterns that I've pulled. I haven't been sleeping well either for the past few months ever since my husband deployed. I've been going to bed later than I should and lately I've been averaging less than 6 hours of sleep a night.

My mom and I still haven't gone to Minnesota yet and her aunt keeps asking when we will visit. My dad has said that he will go with us but it depends on when he can get back into the field or if it keeps raining. We were going to go sometime in September since its been raining so much, but it seems like we might finally be seeing the end of the rain for a while. Now its looking like October or December. My dad hasn't gone with us to Minnesota much (funerals for my grandpa and grandma, a wedding, and a family reunion), because my grandma didn't like him and locked him out of the house, but my grandmother was never really a happy person (she refused to let my grandpa talk about what happened in the war, and never let him go revisit Hawaii).

Yeah the pirate event used to be fun but none of the new items are ever available in the shop so it's just frustrating and annoying instead of being fun. You'd think they would realize that and stock more of the items so we can enjoy this maddening holiday more.

I don't think I could go back to work in food service. I am getting cranky as I get older lol! Of course! Isn't that the way it always goes? Probably as soon as I get a job a bunch of other ones will pop up. Glad to hear it is feeling better :) Awe Zelda is a super cute name!

I kinda wish it was a permanently stocked shop. Even if it is only open during the event. It isn't like there is anything to do during that time anyway.

I see there's still error messages on some pages. Are they ever going to fix that? And Stargazer hasn't reset for 2 days. Been having computer problems so may be on and off for a while. :(

Only good part about the pirate holiday is the quest that gives out pirate items during the event. Probably the only chance at getting them. Is it your birthday?

Decided to use the loyalty box for a pet slot and have an aqua potion waiting for a blob but have been trying to think of a good name since the aqua blobs came out. Hmmm. "You predict Shengui Guo." I've been predicting the same place for a couple days now.

After having a week off from the diner, I wasn't too happy about going back to work this weekend and I was pretty cranky last night. It was super busy Friday night, Saturday night and this morning. Friday and Saturday night I didn't get home until about 10 p.m and I was in a bad mood by the time I left both nights, Saturday especially (someone called in a large order minutes before close and a large family walked in minutes before close). It was busy today too and there were too many people trying to help out around the grill and fryers. I'm sure it probably looks like I'm pissed off half way through my shift each day I'm seriously debating about working there again next year. I don't like working evenings, but if I only work the first shift then I can't really help out much on the farm. But if I only work even shifts, then I won't see my husband much once he's back home from his deployment. And once he is back home, we plan on going on a vacation (location undecided), getting time off is questionable once the high schoolers ask off for all the camps and other things that they think are important.

The company that just offered him a job is the same company that, a year ago, took a month to finally tell my husband that they weren't hiring any one at the moment (even though they had him fill out an application and do an interview). When I applied to work as a para, I ended up getting two job offers and had to pick which one I thought would work the best. After I took that job, I didn't look at what other jobs were available, but I did regret leaving my part-time job.

The name was inspired by Legend of Zelda and it was the first name I thought of. My husband suggested Samus, but I've never played any of the Metroid games.

I totally forgot that my Subeta-versary is the beginning of this month, so now I have to decide how I'm going to redeem my loyalty box.

Thanks Hun :D It is always win some lose some when it comes to work hours. I always hated when people walked in at the last minute. All you want to do is start cleaning up, but nooooooo! I never go into a place like that if I know they are about to close, I always feel like everyone is staring at me and hoping I hurry!

I hate to say this but I have never played Zelda :( not really sure why I haven't. I wonder if it is out for the PS4. Are there a lot of games?

Yeah it is. When I first started out, I hated working the night shift and said never schedule me for nights again, but now I don't really have a choice when the diner is only open Friday nights and all day Saturday and Sunday until it closes for the season next Monday. I hate it too. We start cleaning up at 8:30 now because we all want to go home. Last night I already had pickles and onions covered and ready for the next day, one person was doing dishes and another was sweeping. Then the phone rang and my friend (who owns the diner) said it was ok to for them to order food, they'd just have to pick it up at the drive-thru window. Shortly after that the family came it and I may have been glaring at them when they said they thought they knew we closed at 9 but they weren't sure.

This company is closer to where we live, but I do question if they would treat my husband right if he works for them. I know I wouldn't accept an offer from a company that drug me through the mud for a month before saying 'sorry we aren't hiring right now'.

I haven't played very many Zelda games either. There are quite a few in the series and they are all on Nintendo systems. Right now I own The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords on DS and Breath of the Wild on WiiU. I used to own Twilight Princess for the Wii, but I hated the controls, so I'll eventually buy it for either the GameCube or the WiiU. Last week I started playing Kingdom Hearts. I've always wanted to play the games, but just never bought them. Then I found them on Amazon for the PS4 for a decent price so I nabbed them.

Ugh those people are the worst. I would suggest they take their food to go lol.

OMG we LOVE ❤x10000000 Kingdom Hearts!!!!! I already pre-ordered the new one that is coming out in Jan. I splurged and ordered the deluxe edition. It comes with an art book and a pin :D
