Are they ever going to get the site fixed and get rid of the error messages, fix the HA (mine keeps jumping back and forth between old and new) and reset the stargazer.

Family drama, get it... all families have some. Hope the trip when it's possible is nice & weather cooperates.
I've been dealing with a LOT. I've lurked a bit but with the reading disability, I tend to do less typing & reading. Last week winded up in the back of a police car... trying to get to the food bank was a nightmare! Blocked 2 passageways (tunnel & train tracks) without providing support to get around. Police helped, but still winded up having a dizzy spell from the detours. Health very bad, hopefully, it'll stabilize.
Parents & 1 cousin came Sat, nice time. Parents & I went to see where father grew up. Cousin came in evening for a corn roast at my garden. Fri went to award reception for best gardens in borough, didn't win but was told very tight & was 1 point away... very proud, 1st time trying to garden & eat from what I grow.
Bought canes a few days ago, getting used to them compared to walking sticks, help stay upright better.
Take care all ❤
I don't know but I just got back from a long break and the first thing I was welcomed with was error pages again. It's been like 7 months... how is this not fixed???
This has been going on for a while now. Not all pages have errors just some of them. Annoying. And wondering why it's not fixed yet. Love your kitty picture. ;)

If it was 7 months ago then it's not the same errors now as it was last time. The current errors are because they just started doing server work a couple of weeks ago, so it hasn't been super long.
I don't know when it will be fixed this time, but they're still working on it for now.
They really are the worst. I just don't understand how some people don't have the common sense to realize that it probably isn't a good idea to walk into a restaurant minutes before close and order food. The large family that walked in right before close (there were at least 6 of them), ordered 2 tickets worth of food, that included at least 3 chicken strip baskets, and chicken takes the longest to cook. I heard the husband say that one of his daughters thought the diner closed at 9 so they had better hurry to make it on time. Luckily, they did take their food to go. If they had decided to dine in, I would have been glaring at them while they ate.
I'm working my way through the first game, but I'm enjoying it so far. I'll probably preorder the new one later, maybe closer to the end of the year. I already pre-ordered the newest DLC for Destiny 2 and I plan on pre-ordering Red Dead Redemption 2. I'm just spacing out my pre-orders so my bank account doesn't take a huge hit.
There's family drama on both sides of my family and my husband's family has some drama too. If we got in October, the weather will be cooler and there will be a small chance it could snow. If we go in December, there will definitely be snow, but honestly it would be really nice to see some snow again. I'm sorry you haven't been feeling well. I lounged around all day yesterday due to stomach pains and a headache, but I'm feeling much better today.
Questathon coming up. Ah darn, had to start this weekend didn't it. My computer isn't working right and I'm going out of town. Good luck to the rest of you and I'll do what I can. And I really need that pet slot.

Some people are just too inconsiderate and will never learn :(
Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance is another great game! It was first released for the DS but it was released for the PS4 along with Kingdom Hearts II.8. Emily and I love that one too. You get to play as both Sora and Riku (it switches back and forth between them). Donald and Goofy are not in it (fine with me lol) but you get really cute spirit animals instead. You can train them up and they fight with you. It is not a very long game, but it is pretty fun.
Yay I was hoping we would get one soon. I need another pet slot too!
I only need 2 more pets for the achievement, after which I will be giving away 10 of them. Have a loyalty box and potion waiting for an aqua blob but still can't think of a name. Just wish they'd waited another week for the thon as my computer isn't working right and I will be out of town for a few days. Hopefully the rest of you can get a lot of quests done so we get this. ;) And I see most of the error messages have disappeared, finally.
Edit: Still having computer problems so might not be able to do all the quests each day. So far can barely get my minimum done. :( Hopefully the rest of you can help get it done. We all need more pet slots.

I've learned that some people are very inconsiderate when I lived in the city, just didn't think it would continually run into back home. This is the last weekend for the diner to be open this year. I work two nights and two mornings. I'm assuming it's going to be busy all day this weekend.
I planned to be on yesterday but I had a busy, productive day. Helped build electric fence in the morning, then did a little thrift shopping after lunch. When I got home, two of the shelving units I ordered had arrived, so I put those together in the upstairs storage room and got that room organized. Took me about 2 hours to reorganize the Christmas decorations on the shelves, then go through all the other boxes to figure out what was in them and slim down the number of boxes. Both shelving units are mostly full. I have at least once more coming that will go up with the rest. I think I'll put board games and puzzles on that one, then order a few more for some of the other boxes that need to go in the storage room. With no A/C upstairs, it was enjoyable to go downstairs after I was done.
I knew there was a game where you could play as either Sora or Riku, I just couldn't remember which one it was. I got Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 & 2.5 reMIX and KH HD 2.8. I haven't played KH in a few days, I switched over to Neverwinter because they released a new storyline and I needed to play something different for awhile. Had to create a new character in Neverwinter just so I could relearn the controls.
I'm glad the Quest-A-Thon has started, it'll give me something to do on Subeta and be a reminder to get on the computer every day to check on things. Not too happy about the lag I've run into though.
I wonder if the new shop is ever going to stock. Haven't seen a single thing in it yet. Only really want the laser pointer. "There are no items stocked" Of course the very 1st time I finally see stuff in the new shop and my stupid computer freezes and by the time it started working again everything was gone. Grrr. Hey, do you think we'll make the needed quests for this thon? I'll be out of town for a few days so not sure how many I can do starting tomorrow but will try. Just glad the error messages have finally disappeared.
Edit: Managed to grab a few things in the pet shop but not 1 of the items I want. Darn.

Sounds like a very busy weekend! All of my boxes are shoved into a closet. I dread going through them, but one day I need to sort them out and put the holiday stuff in the right boxes lol. Lag always sux :( the only drawback to any event.
I haven't gotten anything from there either :( Hopefully we will make it. I really want another pet slot (not that I really NEED another pet lol)
Hey and Hi everyone!
It has been a pretty busy weekend so far. Only one more day left at the diner, then I'll have free evenings at home again and a much happier kitten. Work wasn't too busy today due to stormy weather. If it isn't busy at the diner tomorrow, it will probably be open next weekend to use up all the food. I have boxes in the basement at my parents' house and more boxes in a storage unit. At some point I need to bring them all here and go through them...not looking forward to that. I'll probably find a lot of the stuff I'm missing though. The weird thing is, I have less lag when there are more people on, and after midnight the site was almost lag free. I almost finished all my quests last night. I had 5 more left for Wizard, but the lag was horrendous. I also got screwed over by the lag too. I was trying to buy an item for a quest and kept getting a message that the transaction failed. I bought the item at a more expensive price and completed the quest. Went to my inventory to find over 6 of the item I was trying to buy. I haven't been able to snag anything from the new pet shop. Every time I go there, its empty.
Out of town on mini laptop and Subeta is showing up really weird. Can't delete any events and can't get to hardly anything because everything is all strung out way to the side. Can't do quests or training and can't see any posts in the forums. Grrr. Will be back Wed night so hope nothing interesting happens until then. and can't do any quests at all. Darn. Good luck to everyone, hope you can work on the quests.

Good to hear everyone's been keeping busy.
Speaking of fingers, my right thumb got a bruise from overknitting. I got the hang of it again and went back to crochet to rest it. Zelda's naming is perfect! It's so common for people to mistake Link for the princess that it's culturally significant.
Ah, no washcloths or blanket-making in this home. All this yarn is going towards tops and maybe another plush with the scraps. Too many bed sets in the linen closet as it is. We buy Japanese washcloths in bulk for the price and quality.
A crochet stitch encyclopedia -- that sounds grand :O Good luck on that Hufflepuff scarf! Here's an online yarn dollar sale if you're interested. I went overboard and bought from them again before a full month even passed. It's been a full week and they still haven't processed my order. Then I have to wait between 2-5 days for shipping... Meanwhile someone in Missouri has confirmed to getting everything by a week. Maybe it's because of the size of my order, trying not to stress out about it. I've been working with Textures - Sun Rays in plain knit and Ice Cream Sprinkles - Sherbert in this crochet pattern
I'm picky with stitches and material too, I found out I can deal with wool blends under 30% and am okay with manmade fibers. Otherwise I break out into hives and sneeze. That's funny, I like Red Heart colors but not their softness. My current favorites are the two series mentioned above :)
strange lag is strange.
I jammed my left index finger at work (at least I'm assuming I did), and it's starting to get better. It's feeling more stable at least. Zelda was the perfect name, until the kitten got a few decent meals and started growing. Now the she turns out to be a he and the name has stuck. I've tried calling him Link a few times and just get this look of 'who are you talking to?' I'll keep trying Link to see if I can get it switched over. My linen closet isn't full, but I don't think I've found where the rest of my bedding is packed away at yet. I've been in this house three months shy of a year and still have unpacked everything. I have an overload of washcloths though, so the ones I make will be used for washing dishes. I've actually got two stitch encyclopedias, one was my grandmother's and the other one I bought a few years ago. Her's is in black and white, mine is in color, but both are great references. Thanks, I've still got the yarn for the scarf sitting upstairs. I may have to order some yarn later. Shipping times are getting kind of ridiculous, especially with Amazon. I order something and it takes days before it gets shipped, yet if I buy something used from a seller on Amazon, it gets shipped the same day. And now all my packages go to either Florida or Illinois before they come to me. I had a package sit in Florida for 4 days, and another package sit in Illinois for over 4 days. I've got a package sitting in Florida and another one sitting in Illinois right now that will supposedly be delivered by the end of the week, and I'm waiting for two seperate orders to ship. I already stressed myself out to the point I felt sick today. I went grocery shopping with my mom today and did some other shopping. I always hate shopping the same day I've deposited checks into my bank account because I worry that my expenses will clear the bank before my deposit will. That is a pretty shawl, I could see it working for a Ren Fest outfit.
My part-time summer job is done, so now I'll have time to get back to going through the magazines. Which will be a good thing, because once I'm done with that, the living room will be cleaner and spiders will have less hiding places.
The lag is very strange. I can going 5 to 10 minutes without any lag, then get hit hard. The past few days, I've had 504 errors too, mainly when questing. Last night I ran out of time to finish all my quests, and it will be the same tonight...maybe tomorrow I'll get them all done.
Back now but computer still not working right so will do what I can quest wise. Have to finish unpacking 1st though. :) Looks like we're less than halfway to the quest total needed. And I see that the star gazer is still broken. Thought it would have been fixed by now.

My PO even lied about trying to deliver the second part of my last Amazon purchase, they said they came and left a notice but I was home all day and there was no notice at either my door or mailbox downstairs. The USPS site displays tracking just fine but doesn't work for the other important stuff like rescheduling or emailing. I had to speak to 3 Amazon reps on three different days to get a call through to USPS. The last two times Amazon said USPS said they were going to reschedule which they NEVER did. What they did was take my tracking down and on the following day put it back up. I ended up getting my package myself when it was raining Saturday morning last month so I understand the stress.
Speaking of which I'm unnecessary anxious again. That's what I get for ordering online, haha... But seriously the company site I posted earlier isn't helping. It seems they're swamped with clearance orders seeing that they recently limited one skein per customer of each color and only one order of each size of needles per customer as well. Since I have no idea how they pack their orders I'm just left wondering if my order was too big that they put it behind everyone else's, as I have no idea if they process fairly: by number order or fulfill the easier to process orders first: bias towards small to large leaving large packages like mine at a perpetual risk of being delayed. I'd rather they do number order or big orders first since if they prioritize little ones, the big ones will always get delayed bc they'll risk running out on the one or two required items they pulled from the big order in order to ship the small. Also the ones ordering larger are paying more. Once they process it I'll have to wait another 2-5 days anyway and the last time I ordered from them the first part of my amazon order came before their package did.
Today's the 8th day in waiting for 191 items to be processed, 4 of which are needles. I went overboard to stockpile and it took 3 days to finalize my choice. I scribbled project ideas for everything before ordering so it wouldn't break budget. Hopefully I won't touch online ordering for another 2-3 years with the yarn to be delivered and the projects I have to occupying myself with. :D:D:D
Do you have any crochet/knit contests or fairs out there? The fb group I joined have a few members who are fortunate enough to live where they could participate and win ribbons and cash prizes at those things. The shawl is currently 6 skulls high. I stopped after my tension fingers were getting a burn. Going to add more today.
An upswing of spiders and flies have taken over the apt. I thought it was the produce sitting around but it turns out they're in neighboring residences too. I think it's because of the flood-preventative construction going on downstairs. A lot of lumber and other supplies are taking up space in the green patches that surround the buildings. What's not being occupied is being dug up and it probably threatened the bugs living in that environment that they've taken to flying into people's homes.
edit: So maintenance for two things didn't show today but LB delivered an hour ago. :) It was a nice surprise, they didn't send out an alert on their site or to my email about it. Ahhh catching up on AHS and continuing the skulls B)
We're not even halfway to the total for the questathon yet and it ends in a week. Darn.

That sucks. I live out in the country, so all my mail is delivered to my mailbox down my very long driveway, but bigger packages are brought up to the house. I (and a lot of other people) don't like the current mailman. He will leave mail in the mailbox but bring packages to the house and leave it on the step, so if its raining you get a soggy package. He's folded my magazines in half, which isn't necessary, and has delivered mail to the wrong address. I think he's also been keeping my equine magazines and thumbing through them before finally delivering them because my first one was over a month late and I haven't gotten any of my September magazines. I've had FedEx leave a notice on my door about attempting to deliver a package, but I didn't find it until 3 days later because they stuck it on the outer door and the wind blew it off. Fail on their part, but I'm really not a big fan of FedEx anyway. I'm still waiting on some of my packages to arrive. Package from Amazon finally made it to Kansas after sitting in Florida for 4 days. My quilting planner should be here by Saturday or Monday (even though FedEx claims it won't be delivered until next Saturday). Items I ordered last week from Fragrant Candles finally shipped today. The hoodie I ordered Saturday hasn't shipped yet...or even been made yet and my LootGaming August crate hasn't shipped yet either. The hoodie I ordered is a Red Friday support our troops hoodie that's personalized with my last name. I had hoped that I'd have it by Friday of this week so I could start wearing it, but no such luck. Luckily, I paid with Paypal, so if my order never gets fulfilled I can have Paypal step in and give me my money back.
I would sure hope that they process by order number. If they process by shipment size, I personally, would be finding somewhere else to shop. I also don't like when businesses take a long time to fulfill orders or keep customers updated about any delays (looking at you Loot Crate). 191 items is a big order, though I probably have that much yarn sitting around here at my house. I've never ordered yarn online before. I think I'd have to know the specific brands that I want before I order, since most yarns feel too scratchy to me.
There are county fairs in the summer that I could enter crocheted/knitted/quilted projects at and there are two clubs that my grandmother was a member of that put on shows as well. They aren't well advertised though and the judging at the local county fair doesn't seem to be all that great/fair since there aren't many categories. The arts and crafts categories are really poor. I make chainmaille jewelry and have to enter it in the 'sets/collections' category and the 'other' category, which puts me up against random collections or other items that didn't fit into any category.
I've got a few flies in my house as well, one in particular keeps flying in my face. I had a cricket a few nights ago, but it was dragging its back legs instead of jumping or crawling, so I squashed him to stop any suffering. I've had scorpions too, but they only seem to show up after I've gone down to the cellar. We've also had a very rainy week this week. The weather we've had in August and September is what we typically see in the spring. I haven't been down in my cellar since the rain started so hopefully the limestone walls kept the water out.
I need to catch up on America's Got Talent and Making It, and a whole bunch of other shows on Netflix and Hulu. The quest-a-thon and shopping has prevented me from doing from else, but I did get my last shelving unit in the mail Tuesday. Set it up tonight and got my puzzles and board games organized on it. The local diner will be open again this Saturday to continue reducing the amount of leftover supplies., so I'll be working there in the morning.
