LOL I'd miss the upper body workout, but then again, a ft job that pays well would mean a gym membership. This job offers FT after a year, great bennies but not sure if I want to wait that long. They are always short-staffed and people call off or leave in a huff (invariably its the person who is supposed to close who leaves in a huff)

You know I'm a gaming nerd, so the only time outside of Chinese Art Exhibits I've seen pictures of Kirin was in the 1st Edition D&D Monster Manual, while I do like lionsmewthe deer or horse Kirin would look very cool

Speaking of D&D, guess who will be playing a bard in this new campaign? Me! Of course they switched over to a new leveling system all over, so it's not the same as before. Now it's about Adventure Points and Treasure Points, so leveling will slow down some. It's confusing as all get up.

gah. I'm not enjoying the voice on this library audio book - is that terrible of me? I'm going to see if an e-book is available (I do electronic checkout to minimize the chances of overdue books LOL)

ETA I have 2 younger bros - they turned out to be super cool. The youngest of the 2 I do remember being a real brat as a kid though :P

I listened to e-books before where the story teller didn't do a good job at voicing the different characters. So I understand lol.

Maybe it's ingrained in boys to be brats and rowdy haha!
