Good morning all and happy friday!

I had a tooth pulled on Thursday. The doc's office forgot about me for an hour (you have to sit in your car and wait to be called in due to Covid. They never called me). The doctor said it was MY fault for being late. I'm still mad about it lol

he's said "oh you have to complain more and stay on top of them here" It was like a weird mansplaining moment. The only thing I did wrong was obey their rules and instructions.

Like wow. I shouldn't have to complain. They should do their jobs correctly. I'd been going here for 10 years.

I had tried calling a few times and all I got was "please hold"...then the office recording forever...it was impossible.

He had given me a break on the price and everything, so I don't wanna write a ton of bad reviews or anything. He was mad he had to stay late but.... don't blame the patient, dude. He's fired lol

: I do a lot of extractions in my practice and I would have pulled your tooth like pronto, no waiting. I only charge cookies. No, I'm serious. Well, maybe cookies and fresh produce or eggs. And you wouldn't feel pain either because we use some very potent natural herbal knock-out meds here at Healer's Hall. As Master Healer, I guarantee my work. If you're not satisfied, I can return your produce and put your tooth back in. (I cannot return eggs though....)

Seriously, it's inexcusable for the medical profession to botch the operation of their practices and then blame COVID-19 or especially their patients. Holy Moly, what kind of insufferable incompetent boob does that? I mean, it's enough that you have to endure the pain and suffering that leads to an extraction in the first place, then to be gaslighted and marginalized by your dentist. I'm mad for you.

Thank you for understanding. It means a lot, really. Funny thing...on my extraction day there was "No one allowed to sit in the waiting room..no exceptions" When I went back for the follow up? There were THREE people sitting in the waiting room! Me thinks they changed the rules because of what happened to me....so yeah he knows his staff messed up lol

I'm liking the time change and I was the same way too, It takes me about a week to get back on schedule with sleeping.

I bet the valley looks beautiful with all of the Spring flowers blooming now! Our yard was full of what people call weeds, like dandelions, clover, wild onions, things like that. Of course I have now learned most of them can be eaten :)

We got a lot done in the yard this weekend. Veggie and herb seeds have been put into the seed starters, so I am hoping they all grow! I also planted more flowers in the two flower garden bed. Our bluebonnets are coming up. It was a good and productive weekend.

: Wildflowers aren't allowed in Healer's Vale. Out on Glen Meadow, yes, but they arrive in late April, unless it gets hot soon. I'm hoping we have some more rain before the wildflowers bloom.

I have three gardens to plant this time of year. My personal garden I tend with my children, the medicine garden for Healer's Hall's many herbal remedies, and the Farm Garden, which grows everything we need here at Healer's Hall to be self-sustaining (it's HUGE!). Mr Lungwort, our cook also has his kitchen garden, but he won't let me anywhere near it because he's afraid I'm going to swipe his purple basil to use as a chest plaster on some poor unsuspecting patient. I wouldn't do that...I'd swipe it to have Welly make his famous purple pesto!
