((ooc sorry, have to give you all a description because wardrobe is broken for me)

A very tall older teen walked into Las Palmas. He had hazel eyes, pale skin, and was dressed in black, from his suit to his shoes. He glanced around, then made his way to the counter and signed in. Once finished, he glanced around again, then stepped back outside and lit up a cigarette.

"Ah.. fellow Slytherins" Rosie muttered to herself. She glanced beside her and noticed Niall's skin turning pale. "You alright kid?" She whispered to him. "I can go talk to them. Introduce you or something..."

((OOC Sorry wardrobe is broken, will have to get a description for the newcomers. Lottie has a long shaggy black prehensile tail and 2 sets of ears. One set is black lined with gray, they look like tufted bear ears, the other set is small ear points where normal people have their ears. She has orange eyes that can slit (hidden behind sunglasses), retractable claws (which look normal right now) and a full set of canines (though she usually smiles with closed lips. She is short and has a hour-glass figure. At the moment she is masking her smell (for those who have smelled her in the past, I might change it to the normal smell, usually it changes with her diet but for now...cant smell me) any questions ask please. Will put up a pic when wardrobe fixes))

Lottie walked down to Las Palmas, wearing mostly black and gray clothing accompanied with sunglasses to protect her eyes from the bright light. Her black hair was pinned up and her tail swished following behind her. She had been laying low for a bit but wanted to get in on the food tasting. She wasnt sure about coming but she knew she couldnt hid in her dorm forever. She wasnt sure how much interaction she was going to do but a walk would do her good.

"This is my first year, actually. I've been homeschooled most of my life, so I just got to attend Hogwarts now. Been studying a lot for the past weeks to compensate, so it's not a surprise we haven't met yet." Kyros answered smoothly, if a bit embarassed to admit that for all his confidence there, he was still a newcomer. Nodding sligthly to Lenore's comment, he spoke once she mentioned her introversion. "Do tell if I'm annoying you, please. A... Friend used to say I spoke too much." He chuckled, and went silent again so she could go on. "It took me a while to decide to come as well. Mostly beause I wanted to sleep. But I've always been interested in magic economy, so I think I may learn some interesting stuff today."

Noticing a redheaded boy that looked like he had seen the ghost of Salazar Slytherin himself, Kyros frowned and, excusing himself for a moment, went towards the boy. "Hey kid, are you okay? You look like you're going to faint. Do you need to sit down?"

Joe watched a strange looking girl walking toward him. She wasn't unattractive, just unusual looking. 'This place seemed to have more than it's share of the oddities,' he thought. He caught her scent on the wind, it was quite pleasant, and compelling. Still, he remained leaning against the wall by the door of the restaurant, smoking casually.

More people arrived. His heart was pounding so hard. Then both Rosie and Kyros asked if he was okay. “I-I-I’m okay…” he replied looking at the floor.

Lenore had never met a homeschooled wizard. She wanted to ask more about it but saw that Kyros had noticed a rather frightened looking boy and gone off to help. She stood back and then noticed Lottie.

"Hi Charlotte!" Lenore waved at one of her few friends and smiled. This could be fun yet. Standing closer she whispers "Do you think we can do something for the redhead? I'm no good at this sort of thing but I don't want him to have a bad time." She looks curiously at the scared boy and the girl next to him.

Lottie wasnt completely paying attention to things as she had been withdrawn. She sighed glancing in the window of the restaurant getting her nerve up. Her last experience had been rough

((EDIT thanks Twilight, she looks close to the image but still different. Shes adopted darker clothing at the moment and I changed her eye color...lol...shes been very quiet as of late, even in the common room))

Joe asked casually, in his American accent " you here for the workshop..?"

She heard a voice and glanced in the direction, unsure if it was talking to her. Once she saw the tall man was looking in her direction. She gave a nod. (noises cant have an accent! LOL)) "mmhmm"

She looked back into the window. It seemed...cheery..inside. Was she up for cheery? she wondered.

"Are you sure...? We can get you water if you need it." Kyros was trying to be helpful, though something in the kid's behavior seemed odd. Perhaps the fact he seemed uncapable to look someone in the eye. "Are you uncomfortable? I can leave if it makes you feel better." Should I just go, or call someone? I just hope he doesn't faint. It wouldn't be a good start.

In the corner of his eye he could notice there was a new person there, close to Lenore. He gave them a quick look of I need help regarding the boy, only to see dark hair and a tail moving behind the new one. He did his best to hide his surprise, though to see it made him remember some things he'd rather not. Biting at his lower lip, he forced himself to focus on the matter at hand.

Joe nodded, and put out his finished cigarette, properly disposing of the filter. "You want to go in..?"

Niall's blue eyes flicked up to Kyros. "Y-ya are okay," he said, Irish accent thick, "I amn't gonna faint. Thank ya, sir." He took a deep breath. "Name's Niall, I-I am touring today...s-starting next term."

Lenore sees Kyros' pleading look and approaches the group. She's not good at this but tries talking to the redhead anyway. "Hi there, I'm Lenore. I don't think I've seen you before. You know, I'm not very good in a group but these always seem to help." She reaches into a pocket and takes out a few chocolate cauldrons. "They have fire whiskey inside." She grins and pops one into her mouth and offers a couple to the boy. Looking at Rosie she asks, "Is this a normal reaction for him?"

Lottie looked up at the guy and then shrugged but moved forward towards the door. It was now or never she thought. She went inside to the slightly crowded room. She glanced around, still wearing her sunglasses. She noticed Lenore's enthusiasm and gave a small smile. They seemed to all be attempting to talk to a ginger haired boy who looked...terrified. She wasnt sure how good it would be for her to come up as it could add to his already shell-shocked behaviour.

Joe followed the girl inside. He saw the kid who looked like he was going to faint, and people fussing over him. He mentally shrugged, and made his way to an empty table and sat down, taking the time to look at each of the people inside fully. Most of the kids looked younger than he was and seemed nervous. 'Strange, he thought, but continued to semi-casually watch their interactions.

Lenore figures that she's done enough and is glad to see others sitting down as it gives her a good excuse to leave the tight little group surrounding the boy. She walks back to her corner and sits down, this time pulling a book from under her cloak and burying her nose in it.

Some were really worthy of sketching, he thought. He saw Charlotte and an older boy he didn’t know. “’Ullo, Charlotte,” he said brightly, “Nice day ain’t it? Looking forward to this?” To the older boy he said, “Hi, me name’s Magnus.” He looked around knowing some of his friends were coming. There was a redhead boy he’d never seen before who looked peaky. Magnus wondered if he should talk to the boy?

Niall saw the older boy and girl enter but he seemed to be rooted in the spot.

"Salut Lenore, I'm Rosie" she addressed the blonde. Rosie shrugged her shoulders briefly. "I think it's just a lot of nerves. Hogwarts and all the people here is just a lot to take in." She turned her head to the boy. "You want some gazpacho? It'll be better once we get going"

Rosie looked at the entrance as Lottie walks in. Her eyes widen briefly. She had never seen someone so different before. Trying not to stare too much she turned back to the conversation.

Lottie looked at the tall guy and then at Lenore. She gave a head tilt to Lenore as if to say 'Follow me' and followed the older boy to the tables. There wasnt a ton of them in the place and she figured spreading out would be disrespectful. She looked at the guy and in a soft voice with an american accent asked. "Do you mind?" motioning to the empty seats at his table.

Lottie nodded a greeting to Magnus, still being quiet and gave a polite small smile.

Charlotte felt people look, which was fine. To her it was one of the benefits of being in the wizarding world she didnt have to hide herself.
