In the feedback thread. Whenever we have team events it just causes drama and it seems some feel that it'd be better to just have community based events so the players aren't pitted against each other. Which I think is silly. Even if it were the players vs some NPC/thing somebody would still find some sort of thing to complain about. Don't we go through something similar to this every time we have a community boss battle?

[edit] Let me add that I don't think the complaints are unfounded. I don't think the staff response to the issue was all that amazing myself. But after a certain point it's not just the staff's fault. It's not a secret that some people in the community aren't, well, team players. It takes one read the the Mysterious Melody threads to see that. And these people can sometimes make events less fun, but you just gotta get through it and be able to tell yourself that at least you tried your best. And if you were vocal about it on the forums, then everyone else knows you tried your best too.

That's a shame. I mean, I get not every event is going to work in a way that makes everyone happy, but it was really nice to have a discussion and to cheer people on. Most of the time like in masquerage or ToT, I try to get on the claim threads to get whatever it is I need, but there are so many, Ive gotten lost in the shuffle. This one was relaxed and fun. We got to strategize, even if I figured out some tricks late in the game :)

Well the claim threads aren't great for discussion. Hell, they're not even always great for claiming.

But yeah, the slower threads are a bit better. It can be hard to keep up with a lot of people at once. Since this has turned into a chit chat thread you could probably just come here a discuss instead. We had the 3rd largest team but the smallest thread.

This is such a silly question but how do you get a Neela? Do you just adopt one?

Not a silly question. It costs 250 CSC to get one, you also get a book and some other things as part of the package. I believe you could also buy a potion to turn your pet Neela (either from the cash shop or from another user) I hope I am telling you the right thing. Check out the cash shop.

You can buy an elixir from the user shops but it won't be cheap.

The official way is to buy them from Qazim in the cash shop. You can create a new Neela for 250 CSC or buy an elixir of your choice for 250 CSC.

Does anyone have the book available for sale. I have been trying to get one since it was released. My pet is up to 1469 books read and I want that book, lol. It's rare, not super rare, but never seems to be there. Anyone?

Is that one of the news ones from Atebus? You might have to wait until a quest giver gives it to you or be there when it restocks. Hopefully the price will go way down in a couple months.

arid neela elixirs were in the free shop, so that's probably the cheapest way to get one right now? (elixir is 9mil vs like. 20mil or s/t 250csc)

Yep, well it's just a matter of time. I'll get it, I'm simply impatient, but not so much that I'll buy it for 5 million. All the other new ones dropped, but this one is stubborn.

Yeah, it's really fun that we're all in our blanket forts!! You're are MORE than welcome, it was really fun for me to participate in that way. I'm working on pulling myself out of a funk, so anything I can do to be more involved in life helps. :) I'm glad people are posting here cause I really want our little family to keep going.

Hey wouldn't it be cool if we started doing some group things such as making peoples' wishes come true, helping each other in more ways--we pulled together for the event, why not for the game in general. For example, when someone wants an item we could help that person obtain it by donating, or by seeing if someone is willing to give it away, I know this is a half baked idea but we could come up with some guidelines--maybe start a wishlist for the group where people put their name on a list and we do a drawing, and then once a month or once a week (or whatever) everyone who wants to donate pools together so we can get the item? That is a very rough sketch of how it might work. Any thoughts

I like the idea of keeping things going by making mini events or something.
