the problem with the antique shop is that they're taking forever to go and find rates to make things fair.
"Soon" as always, right?
Hopefully people will actually buy them, but I feel like it doesn't matter what you price them, someone's bound to complain.
of course "soon"! everything is always "soon"
someone is bound to complain no matter what. she mentioned the prices for RD items will be better because the prize points were in a more dense range so things won't be so ridiculously priced.
So how do you suggest we make sP? By scraping the bottom of the barrel of a Main Store RS and selling it for a teeny profit and just HOPING one day we get our hands on an expensive item we can make more than 10k profit on?
Games don't give a great sP reward.
Inflation is something people moan about, and right now, it is NOT that bad, it's been worse. A lot worse.
Quest rewards are just fine.
What it feels like recently, is that older users who have accrued a substantial amount of sP, in the 10's and 100's of millions, are whinging about others making sP
"We earned that! wahwahwah" "Don't take away my vault interest (free sP)" "reduce quest prizes, it's too easy to make sP"
Do you have numbers to back up this affirmation?
. No, because I have not sat on my arse for the 4years I've been here and noted down every item, it's official price, the price it is resold for, and the difference over the years. That's ridiculous. I have SEEN inflation, and stabilisation though.
A lot of factors play in the value of an item, not just the price.
Only items that are considered ETS can be safely used to gauge the health of the economy. Most potions, especially the token shop ones, wizard tokens, CSC cards and such.
Wearables are especially bad to evaluate inflation, because fashion changes and what was desirable four, five years may no longer be in. (Hello Bunny Bubbles and Skull Mask and Panda Beanie)
Also, when you talk about inflation, you can't really look at say "Wow, this is way more expensive that it used to be". You have to consider how much SP the average user has as well. 4 years ago, the average user had around 6M to their name. Now, it's around 14M
I am so down for epic gem like pets. TAKE MY MONEY. But hell yes to a species you can only get the MC, or MC only colors. I miss the old custom items though. I would pay a hefty SP amount to get a custom plushie that restocks so I can hoard a billion of them.
I can slowly see Subeta turning into a site that you can only fully enjoy if you plunge stupid amounts of RL cash into it. Especially if those who whinge about it being "too easy" to make sP get their way and have everything from games to Quests to RS'ing nuked.
We have Silver and Gold so why not gem colors. I think this is the most fitting color for a place known as the Millionaire Center. :D
But you know me, I'm always SIGN ME UP FOR MORE PET COLORS, ALWAYS.
My taxes are high enough irl, christ. I wouldn't be against it since I barely use these. But taxes on trade? Not sure, really .. Would it be applied to CSC? Because then, no than you. I already pay my CSC at a higher price than the current USD.
Honestly, I would love to pay to see some Delish lines back (but then, would they really be sP or CSC only? .. ) I'd pay to have more battle challengers and Gourmet food (distant thoughts about the Peka-Boo food truck thing - I loved it).
Perhaps we could impose solid limits on forum image and signature sizes enforced by code and not staff, and we could pay sP to increase these limits.
Why not have all colors that pokemon games have versions named after?
GENIUS! Lol I kid.
I am so down for gems. Even if the colors amongst them are just a recolor, I want a faceted sparkly design. So one faceted base per species colored x amount of gem color times. Opal, Diamond, Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald and then perhaps some other pretty but semi-precious color.
Red = Magenta, a darker version of Dawn
Blue = Cyan, a lighter version of Dusk
Green = Forest/Jungle, another green. I don't care which, just a green with green accents.
Yellow = Yellow, duh
Gold = We have this!
Silver = We have this!
Crystal = This is one of the ones I'm not too sure on
Ruby = Hell yeah
Sapphire = Hell yeah
Emerald = Hell yeah
FireRed = Reborn is there!
LeafGreen = Glade is there!
Diamond = Hell yeah
Pearl = The other one I'm not too sure on
Platinum = Eh...too close to silver, but I wouldn't mind Bronze instead!
Black = Twilight does a great job at this
White = Arid is great too
ALL IN ALL, I AGREE WITH LIKE 85% OF THIS.
Opal are smooth stones, not facetted gems, so I don't think it would work as well.
Diamond, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Topaz and Amethyst would be my choices!
Was it you who suggested like outlines of the scribble pets? Cause I am also down for that and a pixelated version kind of like 8bit(is that what neo calls it) cause video games!
Well they have those nice multicolored flakes in it that could sit well with the facets, but that is very true.
I have LITERALLY been wanting a Stone/Gem pet colors for years. I want a pet color like the Saheric Slide Pieces since this plot!!! I already have a pet that I would make this color. I'LL DROP THE CASH FOR IT, YO. GIMME GIMME.
THAT WAS A JOKE POST.
Yeah, I suggested that, and I suggested crayon too. kbbob improved the crayon idea by making it a even messier version of scribble.
JOKE COLORS.
Nuu I actually liked the idea of just outlines. Macaroni Art is a better one.
You want pet colors that would be recolors of each other ? Can we get some brains back into this thread ?
