I get that most days at work, since I got dx with being unable to process carbs. If you're living State-side, it seems like everyone is living off of take-out nowadays. It makes sense, in a way. Our brains have evolved for millions of years to go for the easy calories. And now corporations can capitalize off of our evolution by offering cheap, delicious junk. I really miss all that cheap and delicious junk. But I do feel a lot more energized with this healthy regime and I'm glad you're taking care of yourself too 👾
