My lab results showed a vast improvement, and al I did was cut out one thing. Which was to stop eating sweetened breakfast cereal. I was suggested to cut down my sugar intake, this was the easiest choice. It helps that I have diminished appetite from the side effects of my meds. Its not evolution, just sloth...
