We would like to remind all users that using the same password on all sites is a massive security hazard.

Then you'll be pleased to hear that the series has continued with a few new additions--
now at your favorite toy store! :)



For those of you who have a Deleted Account problem, don't worry! We are still working hard on a solution for you, and it should be available for you very, very soon.

If you haven't already, make a new account, as the process with include moving everything from your deleted account, to your new username. (If it's taken, we apologize, there is nothing we can do about it :()

Make sure to have this information handy, as it will be required to process a request:
- Old Username
- Old Pets
- Items in Inventory
- Items in Vault
- Items in Shop
- Was the account ever warned, either verbally or officially?

There may be other information required, but those are the main points that will be needed. You don't need to list every item that you had, just enough to verify that you are indeed who you say you are. :)

The Cash Shop has been updated with some old items, as well as a new one. :D

Although we say this everytime the Cash Shop is brought down, some users insist on doing it anyway:

IF THE CASH SHOP IS DOWN WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING DONATIONS VIA PAYPAL. IF YOU SEND US A DIRECT PAYMENT WITHOUT USING THE CASH SHOP YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND US PAYMENTS IF THE CASH SHOP IS DOWN. Many users realize if our method of accepting payment is down we aren't accepting payment.

If you are otherwise missing an order, please follow these steps:

If your order was sent via PayPal:

Smail me (ONLY me unless asked to do otherwise):

  1. What you're missing

  2. Your exact purchase date

  3. The email address attached to your PayPal account

    If your order was sent via snail mail:

    Your order will not be counted as "missing" unless it was sent 1 month ago from within the US or 2 months from outside the US. Average delivery takes 3 days - 2 weeks from within the US, 2 weeks to a month from outside the US, though this may vary.

    If your order IS missing, please smail the staff member you sent it to and include:

    Your address

    Your name

    What you ordered

    When you sent your order

    How you paid

    How much you paid
