For those of you who have a Deleted Account problem, don't worry! We are still working hard on a solution for you, and it should be available for you very, very soon.

If you haven't already, make a new account, as the process with include moving everything from your deleted account, to your new username. (If it's taken, we apologize, there is nothing we can do about it :()

Make sure to have this information handy, as it will be required to process a request:
- Old Username
- Old Pets
- Items in Inventory
- Items in Vault
- Items in Shop
- Was the account ever warned, either verbally or officially?

There may be other information required, but those are the main points that will be needed. You don't need to list every item that you had, just enough to verify that you are indeed who you say you are. :)

Is the line you get in when you lost your account? lol I lived through the reset of early Subeta. For the last 2 years, I have pretty much always had a GA. I was in 2nd place in the Top Trivia scores! Second Place! Each month I bought a few DP. I had 3 galleries that were stocked several pages long! And here I am in line with the rest of you folks! I really hope they can get our stuff/pets back! I'm not sure that I have it in me to start all over a second time!

My account disappeared just today 5-9. I don't know if I need to be following these old instructions or who to contact with th information. This account is too new to use the forums and comments on peoples pages aren't working for me. I'm not even sure if the mail is actually working.

Uhh..Yeah i was doing really good..in fact the best ever since i joined and now it just got deleted!!! Is there like a place to give them our info or anything? i'm sure not all the users can remember all their items and all their pet names? isnt there like a pet database or a way where a user can look up their past user and define it by specific clues or something? like what color was the pet "babi3"? or something?

Here I am again. I am tired of having to recreate my account. This is the third time I've done it. I just had the coolest pet, Kkuhlaijaah, who showed my love for my fiancee. And now she's gone forever. This wild goose chase of recreating my account is starting to make me angry. STOP DELETING ACCOUNTS. Even if you're not doing it on purpose, it's ticking me off to have to go and remake my pets. I miss my pets before the first remake I had to make. Now they're gone forever too. I'm not RSing anything, making any new pets, or doing anything until I know that this account won't get deleted.

Excuse me for getting angry, but my sister's second account to replace her deleted one just got deleted also. I'll just be happy when I get my pets back...they were the best in the world. And I know I can't recolor them because some of them were limited pets, and I don't exactly have the money right now to do such. I sent in money for a GA, and I still need it...it's frustrating. But I shall not complain anymore, for I must look on the bright side.

My daughter is gonna keep some of my stuff, and hopefully I can get Nadis back too. My question is what if someone makes a pet with one of our petnames in the meantime. I mean, I absolutly love my pets and I would hate for someone else to be rasing them. Should I just make a pet with the old pet names I love so much?

...so...any word on the script? Once we get our info back, can we keep any items that we got before they restored it? Example: I got an Envious Matter in the trades, will I be able to keep it after my account is restored?

They are doing the best they can! Granted I to would like my stuff back sooner then later but they can take as long as they need to if it gets it back. At least theyre trying to help us instead of just leaving us and making us start over. Darn my mother for not logging out and not telling me she logged in in the first place...argh!!! x__x Anyway I think that anyone that got hacked or think they got hacked should contact a User Admin. I doubt youll get the help you need by posting a comment on here.

Once they figure out a way to return everything they will tell us what, where and when to send it. : If your account is missing like ours is then nothing on it would show up - username doesnt exists, pets dont exist, nothing you had exists. If your pets still exists then I dont think it has anything to do with this - as I told Ghost you too should scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Staff - scroll down there and pick one of the people in the User Admin section thingy and ask them for help. Do understand that I could be wrong and Im only trying to help - either way I think contacting a User Admin would be more beneficial to you then posting here.

I think I got hacked - The stuff in my pet's treasure chest appears to be gone. My account isn't showing up though, so I'm assuming it was deleted, although my pets still show. I'm so bummed about this, if I got hacked and I've lost all my stuff? Also, Yeah, blue building, trophys, and stuff. Can we not just unfreeze the account and re-access the changed password and email, so that I can get it again?

Alectos is right, I guess we should get off of the staffers back, I suppose it's frustrating losing everything we've done, but all there is to do now is wait for the news when it comes out. The staffers are probably as stressed as we are as they need to help us AND the users who didn't get hacked by releasing new items/pets for them too.

: It took a while to send me my activation code when I made this new account but...not that long. There should be an admin that you can ask about that. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Staff - scroll down there and pick one of the people in the User Admin section thingy and ask them for help.

It's just frustrating. Some of us have been waiting for more than 3 weeks to get our accounts back. And to me, transferring accounts, instead of just giving them back to us doesn't seem the best solution. I mean, seriously, what about our trophies, collections, blue building fulfillments, mystery island fulfillments, etc?

I just forsee problems, but I suppose that almost anything is better than starting completely over... shrugs

I just want to get some of the cool new items coming out. I made a new account, but am afraid to us it. I'm not sure if the stuff we get on this new account will stay when we transfer the old ones... sigh

Not to be rude but, for all of you asking where to send your information - they will tell you when and were to send/put it when theyre ready for it! They didnt say they want it yet so stop asking where it goes! I want my account back to but I mean come on... Keith said that we need to get that information ready for WHEN they want it which, oh look, isnt right now. He also said that they have not completed the solution...which common sense would tell you that they cant do anything with the information yet so why would they want it before then? And even if they did want the information now common sense would tell you once again that they would tell you where to send it. Stop asking.

Hi there my sis (user = scampybabe) was overseas when this all happened so she can't get into her account and although she submitted that lost pw thing her email was obviously set to gibberish so it's not coming through. I have searched her lookup/profile thing and it still appears so I don't think the account was deleted she just can't get in! Can anyone tell me who I can contact for help?
