The truth is that I'm not into pets anymore as I used to be, so my pets are actually rotting since I've lost the interest to work on them. That being said, I decided to put most of them tentatively UFA. If I find a suitable owner, something who will do something with them (train, work on their profiles or something like that) they're all good to go. If not, I'm going to keep them. I must say that I'm more attached to some than others, so I might end up not adopting out them all.
I hope they can be nice belated Lumi Gifts for whoever ends up adopting them. C:

Application for Indulgent
I'm Engrave. I work part time in a pet store. I'm knowledgeable about small animals. I've been living on my own (not far from my parents. I'm just a 10 minute walk down the street) for 8 years now.
I've been playing Subeta for 10 years, going on 11 at the end of January. After I joined, I started writing some of my own pet stories because I was really into characters (alot of the stories have been revamped to sound better by other users). I have some art work and profiles done. I'm actively trying to seek art that does not require real money or CSC as payment at this time. I have 21 characters and they all have stories. The rest of my pets are plain because I'm not sure if I just want them as pets, or if I'll eventually have an idea for all of them.
I've adopted pets from other users. My two latest adoptions are Pelorum and Lexon, who I'm going to keep training. I've had three spotlight wins (Leeona, Solar and Freedom).
I'm really interested in Indulgent. When I think of Indulgent, I think of chocolate and sweets. She will become a food related pet, most likely sweets and chocolate. I'm planning on making her a sweet-obsessed teen with appropirate TC items (a lot of my characters have TC items as well). I will buy her art and get a story made. Indulgent would be great for me. I have a sweet tooth myself and still eat them even though I'm diabetic.

About Me
Hello! I'm Yoshi, and here's my application for Sadness. I've been on subeta for a little over 10 years now. I'm very passionate about making characters for my pets. I primarily make quad characters for them and draw them as such, however I do use human versions of the characters I make as well. I enjoy coding my own profiles, as well as drawing my own art to go alongside them. Along with this, I also like collecting art for my characters to decorate their lookups with. If you'd like to see my art, feel free to check out just about any of my pets! Building TC's to compliment characters is another thing I love spending time doing.
Current Pets I'm constantly working on (and sometimes reworking) on my pets. Even though I'm often busy with real life responsibilities, I still passionately work on my pets whenever I can. I can proudly state that none of my pets are completely blank, as I usually have some sort of idea of what I like to do with them.
At the moment, the pets I'm most proud of are Eisen, Frostbites, and Feathery. Fireworks is another pet that I'm very proud of, and it's actually difficult to narrow things down to just a couple of pets to show you. Because my characters are always changing and growing, I wouldn't say any of them are 100% complete. This isn't a bad thing for me, since I actively use them in growing plots, and will always have things to add to them!
Plans and Ideas I'm especially interested in Sadness for their name. If I were to adopt them, I would change them to a female angelic ruffie. I have a character I've dragged across a couple of other petsites that I would like to finally have on subeta. I'll be referring to the character by their name, Cry, throughout the rest of the application. Like all of my pets, Cry will have a custom lookup, artwork, and the entire package that the rest of my pets get.
This is what Cry looks like! I own her as a custom pet on another site I play. She also has an alternative human design, since the friend I plot her character with roleplays humans. However, the site I have her on doesn't allow as much creative freedom for profiles as I would like, hence why I would like to port her over to subeta. Cry is a pit bull/chow mix who grew up in poverty, raised by a relative of her parents. Growing up, her best friend was her twin sister, and the two of them were nearly inseparable. Although they didn’t have much, they made dues with what little they had. The two of them spent a lot of time together outdoors, especially in the summer chasing fireflies.
Unfortunately Cry's twin dies at a young age from leukemia, and her death pretty much tears Cry apart. She struggles to be cheerful in everyday life without the support of her sister. It isn't until years later that she sees her sister again in ethereal planes, her dreams. As time goes on, Cry slowly begins to feel better again. However her own health begins to deteriorate. Because she wants to so desperately be with her sister, she sleeps a lot more than what is healthy for anyone.
Conclusion If I'm chosen to adopt Sadness, I would be able to take her after the 29th when we get our quest-a-thon slots. This character is still a new concept for me, but I'm looking forward to fleshing her out more here! My friend is actually applying for another one of your pets that's the twin to my character! This is exciting for the both of us.

I will certainly be applying for Reveille! That name is very special to me and my family (irl)—it's the name of a dog we had and a university mascot as well, and I've been hoping it would become available for awhile. :)
I've been a user of Subeta for nearly 12 years. Feel free to take a look at my pets—most of them have profiles and artwork on the way, if they don't have it already. Doing another overhaul revamp since my older self isn't fully satisfied with the work and ideas of my younger self. Haha. I also train them all—pets like Talrashya especially. And you can see based on the pets, especially the ones that are highest on my profile like Kavo and Siku, that they stay with me for a LONG time (read: always)—you can see their IDs. They're Legacy.
Reveille's name, species and color would likely stay. I'm building a Legeica team of sorts, each with a unique aspect to their character. I was considering making Reveille my cloud herder, which is not only part of the storyline I have going with my Legeicas, but also relevant to the type of dog he was—a collie, a herding dog. I'd treasure him for a long, long time, and be sure to build up his art and treasure chest, as well as continue training!

I was going to apply for Reveille as well, but since there's someone else that already applied and they have a personal connection with the pet I think they may be better suited to having the pet.
Instead, I'll go ahead and apply for Venture.
In any case, I have a pet Nascent which was recently adopted from another user that I was going to eventually conjure up a civil war/rebel type story for, and I was going to include Reveille into that storyline, but since someone already applied for Reveille I'm more than happy to come up with something else for Venture.
In terms of pets, I have several pets that have recently won spotlight. The most recent one was Xian, and Geppetto's profile is still up as well though it won spotlight a while back. Bedtime is nominated as well. I've also been on the site forever and still have the original 4 pets I had when I first joined the site. This December was my 12th year on site.
Note that currently my slots are full, but I should have another slot opening up once the quest slot opens up on the 29th.
Currently, I'm thinking of something set in the old west, a pioneer, journey to the west type story, but that's all I have in terms of ideas though.

I'd like to put my name in there for either Endeavor, one of my all time favorite pets on here so I could come up with all kinds of stuff for the profile, tc, etc. or Grabby, that name just makes my mind go in a million places XD I have some of my pets done, Pamela, Godzilla, Roman, Seth, Dean and working on finishing up Mothra as well. I do intend for all my pets to have finished profiles and stories (possibly even overlays for some) within the next 6 months. I do train all my pets, even my newest ones are tier 3, a few are tier 4 and 5 and Roman my oldest pet is tier 9.
I'm not good with formal applications, not like the awesome one that's already been submitted, but I've been here 10 years and I'm not going anywhere, and I'm trying to make sure all my pets get attention as much as possible.

Oh my goodness, I'd like to apply for Grape! I've been thinking about renaming my pet Dapple for a little while now and that name would fit so perfectly. I don't do much in the way of art so he's pretty much 'finished' as far as my pets go so I can't give you much more information than what's on his profile already. :) Obviously not as impressive as most of the other applicants around here, but I've been around ten years and still pretty active. Yo, hello, I'm Frey and I'm applying for Remain! I'm an on-again-off-again player of 12+ years who this year started getting into Subeta a lot more to start developing characters here. I'm big on making queer lady characters in all flavors of fantasy and reality, and I'm big on designing and drawing them too. I'm not as great with the coding side so oftentimes helps me with that (hehe) but I'll write the heck out of my characters! A new job halfway into the year has sucked up most of my time but now that it's panned out I'm back into the character game. I've been porting information from another site over to here and fine-tuning it to make pretty profiles!
Pets
I primarily have simple profile designs, but the content I hope shows what I can do, until I can get more extravagant coding under my belt. I do have a handful of blank pets since I have yet to get their content pushed over, but that won't be for much longer. You can see examples of finished pets on Clan, Distance, and Trial. I realize that I look fairly behind with my work on profiles and I'll admit that I am, but I have a few others with WIPs. Oftentimes IRL interferes, but I try to take time out every week for character work.
Plans
Like , I'd be working with the name Remain on a character that is the twin to what she would create for Sadness. She'd be Darkmatter, and be a character that was borne off of the same site she posted, haha! Here's her custom image from that other site:
She'll have quad and human designs, plus I've showed mega interest in getting custom overlays here to practice my quad art. Like 's character, Cry, Mana grew and lived in poverty, but she had her twin sister to keep her company, her best friend. She became sick at around age ten, and died at age twelve of leukemia. When she died, however, she found herself in a strange plane of existence, something like 'limbo'. Time there is different, and she can see everything that happens in Cry's world, but wasn't able to communicate with her or do much else until they were both older.
Seeing how much her death affected Cry, she became sad and withdrawn in her existence, alone and left to her own devices, living in the shadow of her sister. Once she was able to really control the world around her, she realized she could 'meet' Cry in her dreams. She became stronger, able to affect the outside world more and more, wherein it would appear Cry can use magic. Fireflies appear when Mana's emotions peak, ghosting over Cry's life and helping her... mostly. Things can get more chaotic when Mana gets jealous, angry, or protective. The two of them are just trying to live together in any way they can, as far apart as they now are.
In Conclusion...
If chosen, I'd grab her on the 29th when we get the quest slot. As said, we're plotting these two together, and she'd get just as much love as I keep porting over profiles! I'm particularly excited for these two because of their potential growth as characters. Thank you for your consideration. c:
Wow, you have so many beautiful pets! I know that I have looked at them in the past, since two of your pets would work for this character I have in the making. I only have the one character, but either name would be perfect!
Application for Venture (or Longitude)
I have this HA I made and fell in love with. I want to make a character about life being a journey or adventure. I want the story to make a lot of parallels between life and and geography. The idea is to have the character be more abstract, and the pet will represent a place. It is kind of hard to explain, since the character specifics are still in the works, since I do not have a pet/name yet. However, if you want me to explain more, I certainly can.
As for my pets, I have 10 spotlight winners, and one more in the queue right now. I have three more that are about 90% complete, and another two pets that are about 50%. I always have stories in mind for my pets, and I put a lot of effort into their stories, profiles, and treasure chests. :) They are the main reason I am still here after all these years!
