I know I'm not alone in wondering why we've been experiencing error pages and such lately again.

I'm baffled; last summer, during the plot, I cannot recall any downtime or any sitewide errors occurring. Things were really great on here during summer, Morostide and Fireside. Then we moved servers, and now we're back to the same ol' problems.

May we have an explanation for why these site-wide errors have returned? Subeta was doing so much better on whatever servers we were on before. What happened?

An explanation would be nice assuming they know what's going on.

True...it can take awhile to diagnose what exactly is the true cause. But it would still be nice to maybe get an update or what is being done

You'd think by now they would know what's going on.

My guess is the server migration didn't go exacty as planned or it's still not set up to optimal settings since we migrated. Just guesses though. I'm sure the ddos attack in there didn't help.

I thought i have cache problems or something in my pc, but seem like i'm not the only one seeing blank pages instead of wearables preview etc.?

At this moment it's my first concern Subeta will be not down. It doesn't make sense to complain about little issues if Subeta is down so often, but that's my opinion.

I'm not so surprised if this is also the first concern from the staff.

What I would like to understand is whether if it's a good idea to down Subeta temporarily altogether, so that the staff has rest and time to work on these faults to solve this problem permanently. (Not fun at all, but maybe it's necessary).

If I know what I stand for how long it is necessary that Subeta must be down, then I can better accept the waiting time. If necessary, it will take a month before dissolving.

Anyway that's what I suppose about what's really needed.

Even this topic CSC gift Cards is a less relevant issue for me, compare with the fact the site is so often down.

For me, I'm not getting blank pages or errors, but I am having a hell of a time just accessing the site. I had to give up yesterday because it wouldn't load, then came back like an hour later and was able to get on. Now once I've gotten the site to load, it's fine. It's the initial loading that's just not happening.

On my iPad and phone I still get DDoS checking every time I come on. I wonder if that has something to do with.

Staff has said that there isn't any reason to take the site down for them to be able to work on it.

Well, they know better what's necessary than I, I believe so. It's fine if it isn't needed.

I'm already glad when the site hasn't need to be down for them to fix some problems.

I don't know why we had to move servers at all. It just made things worse. Apart from more blank pages and errors, it also caused that unicode characters issue that is STILL present and STILL not 100% fixed.

That is getting worked on at least in the subetapedia at least.

I have to admit I would like some explanation. I really don't mind if it's as simple as: We're not sure. It could be this or it could be that but we're working on it and you'll know when we do. I am just so tired of the seemingly constant loading, slow site and host servers failing to connect. This has been going on for over two months now. I know they were busy and we had the holidays and the effort the staff put in to fix the tree issue was fantastic. But I would still like some answer, some clue to why we are having these slow periods. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to when they happen. On really bad days I have to close Subeta and reboot my browser if I want to brows any other site without it being painfully slow. If I do it without Subeta it runs as its normal speed. Why is this? What is it about Subeta that makes things so slow?

Still nothing?

Today has been horrible. Can we please get an idea of what is going on? Those damn 'checking your browser' things are still around and now lag with blank pages... making Subeta super un-user-friendly.

And just as I try to post this, I get a ton of 502, 504, and blank page errors.

It's still happening! Can we please address this or at least know why it is happening?

Every time the site goes down randomly like this, it makes me nervous it won't come back up :/ Its one thing if its during an event and unfortunately you expect the downtime due to high traffic, but nothing is going on right now? And with Masquerade coming up I'm guessing next week, just wondering where this will leave the site's condition.

Masquerade starts around the 20th, sometimes later.

I don't mean to complain or be negative, but now that someone's started this conversation I'd kind of like an explanation as well? I admit I just assumed the DDoS attack or w/e was still happening. (I still get checks for that every now and then.) But it's happening every day now. The site's going down constantly, there are white pages and errors all over. Completing quests is kind of the worst...
