I think there should be a color the opposite of nightmare. It would have the ethereal quality, but would be lighter (white or light grey) and the pets would have a neutral expression instead of snarling. Maybe it could be called "daydream" or something along those lines. Arid is too cutesy with the pink accents and glacier makes me feel bad for the freezing pet. I like how nightmare looks insubstantial. I also wonder how a transparent skin would look. Any thoughts?

I consider the Angelic pets to be somewhat ethereal....

I like the concept of the angelic series, but it's too "cutesy" for my taste. I want something that looks a little older...

The angelic pets are a bit too... set in religion for my taste? Very difficult to think of a subeta pet with the colour. I like the idea of daydream/afterlife!

It's not just the color and "cutesy", but also the ephemeral feeling. It's "wispy". That's what I like about nightmare. Also the fact that the pets aren't googly eyed or too sweet. make sense?

I would love to see an Afterlife pet. I do know what you mean by being too cutesy, I am quite curious what the artists might be able to come up with for an ethereal Afterlife feeling series of pets.

They're pets in a white/light blue color scheme with a serene expression. Wow, there is a MOUNTAIN of difference you have here.

We already have three pet colors, excluding Arid, that have the same base color with White. Angelic, Glacier and Spectrum. Do we really need a fourth?

After what happened with Blacklight, Staff are not going to turn reposes into recolors again. Considering that your suggestion seems to fit an overlay better...get an overlay?

I think "afterlife" would be too close of a name to our current angelic theme. The website Misticpets has a theme called Daydream--it's very colorful, slightly more akin to our rainbow theme.

Other than that, I'm kinda having a hard time imagining an afterlife/dreaming pet different enough from nightmare, angelic, and rainbow...
