Apologies if this is a simple question, I'm just waking up and a little overwhelmed with info. I did look through everything 2-3 times but I'm feeling a little lost, so I'm terribly sorry lol
What types of items aren't allowed to be submitted? I cannot find a list of things we're not allowed to submit still? Or is... everything acceptable? I was mostly wondering about full body skins...?

And full face makeup (like the 'Makeup Kits' Staff releases for moro?
IT'S A FREE FOR ALL, EVERYTHING IS ACCEPTABLE!
Skins are okay. Full face makeup is okay (but if it makes a nose or lips with it it needs to go in facial features, not regular old makeup). Head replacements are okay. Go nuts :)
Do any line art edits count as a completely new item, or do small ones like adding in additional little accessories such as some chains / floating baubles / etc count as a 'new item', even if the original line art itself is unedited? I like adding in visual variety to stuff I make even if it's tiny, and the example given is a 'big edit' versus just adding in a few small floating orbs / chains on top of the original item.
We're not allowed to submit designer-named items on site or have references, but the old rules used to allow references to Cults - since cults are gone and were replaced by forum groups, are we allowed to have forum group related names?
e.g.
Question: when it comes to eyes can brows be included or must they be separate items?

Eyebrows are allowed to be included ! You can basically do an entire face like the official makeup kits, it just needs to go into the right category (so facial features instead of makeup if it replaces any facial feature).

(et al) it has come to my attention that I should have made it clear that me shouting ITS A FREE FOR ALL should not be taken literally. Remember there are still some things not allowed (and these are in the rules). But skins definitely are.

Is there any possible way we can get a character counter for the Followers Send Event page? Trying to send one is a hassle without knowing how many characters I'm at :(
Yes. This is of course subject to change if we get submissions we didn't think about and went hm maybe not that.

So this msy seem like s weird question. I am not sure though. If one of my CWs is purchased from my CW shop, is there somewhere I am supposed to go to receive csc profits? I am not finding it yet if so.
It automatically gets added to your on-hand csc !
What was your CW priced at? If it was the minimum amount (listed in your Item Management page), you receive no profits. So, if the minimum is 250 and you price the item at 350, you receive 100 CSC profit. If your item was priced with a profit, you should probably file a ticket about not receiving the CSC.
