I remember being twelve years old and SO proud to save up for a pink mini phone for my pet Gavaudine. I remember the Subeautique opening and thinking I'd never be able to afford a full set of anything from there. Maaaan, it's been a while. I come back a few times a year and have fun questing, it's nice that it's still around :)

g o d I DEFINITELY remember those longcat times!! Also, why is your dad like that 😭 It's funny because they're so terribly rude there that they know that when it comes to being an artist, you need to know your fundamentals with basic shapes and whatnot (basically shapes into realism before stylized art). Never ever changes that that site is a breeding ground for very very questionable people - it's like an echo chamber lol

Whew that was a tangent but yeah I was around during longcat wayy back. It was funny because back then Gaia was a big thing with different art too. And I remember that one shirt item line with the stripes had different art and how I was like oh cool dark matter Kumos LOL. Now I just like Angelic pets mostly and Galactic? :o

My favorite memory was getting frustrated at neopets and googling "pet sites" and stumbling upon this wonderful site! I've enjoyed my time here for so many years

I know, right?! Ngl I do like Nightmare but the Angelic pets are too cute 😩 if anything I'm more of a fan of edgy Dark Matter where they look like they're up to no good versus just lowkey creepy with Nightmare :o

I'm late as heck, but the two latest Morostide plots. I wasn't really around for the earlier plots, and I'm biased against Bad Omen because I despise cliffhangers (sorry, Elwood!) but honestly, the excitement and worry and happiness I had during those plots? Those are precious memories to me. I do a reread every year, but nothing can beat the memory of being there (I was bad at the ghost-hunting minigame! But it was fun anyway!)

A Spirited Journey was also loads of fun, and I still wish there were a black and white avatar filter like we got then!

i remember my first plot, my goodness, what did i struggle with the language, but i had so many friends who patiently helped. without her I would never have made it and it has stayed that way to this day, no matter how often I ask; there is always someone who listens patiently and helps, that's what makes subeta for me.

I don't need any new events, a server that works every day, no constant refreshing and error messages, that's enough for me ;) ;)

I've been off and on this site before it had human avatars. Kinda miss the old Paralix art and the names for the original custom items. They were made before I created an account but they still had their original names.

Also Mythica, one of the site's artists from a while back. She was a real sweetheart. Kinda miss Quetzal, too - her art was so prolific on the site.

I've been on Subeta for 15 yrs and never would have imagined I'd play this long! Even when I take breaks I still always come back. I looked for other petsites after Neopets did the revamp with no warning or user feedback. Found Subeta and have been here ever since. I looooved the plot where Amy died (even if it was sad). Killing off an NPC boggled my mind at the time. I remember loving Fantine and Skitters getting together and being disappointed when they broke up (still hoping they get back together). I loved Esther's and Emma's wedding. I miss EPICon and the reading drive (or at least the book themed reward items). I enjoyed the Masquerade plot more before the timey-wimey stuff though. Love the zombie plots.

I hope we get more expanded lore for Subeta and more lore heavy plots.
