People have been discussing the Ether a lot on the past few pages or so of the battle chat thread, actually. I think it is pretty good if you have one, so it's probably worth trying out. It blocks physical icons, which are somewhat frequently used I think, although not necessarily in super high amounts. I'd say it's worth playing around with a bit though. c:

I bought two things from the pawn shop. One was something on my wl that I bought because it was half the price in regular shops, and another thing for the same reason, which I had on my wl before but I took off because I was indecisive but when I saw it I bought it anyway... If that makes sense xD

I browsed through the layers I use the most and didn't see much else I was dying to have. I feel like I already have a lot of cws and a good portion of them I don't regularly wear x.x It feels wasteful almost. But If it's something you'll wear a lot then I think you should go for it. With quests now giving out morty cards you'll build back up once you get back into questing. There are some cws I have that I can't resist adding to an outfit like the studded collar and spiked wrist cuffs I have on now.

Sometimes I feel like I should put the cws I hardly use in my shop but it feels sad to let them go. No idea when I became a cw hoarder lol

Were you able to find some wishlist CWs? I managed to grab a few plus some interesting things... got a cool dress for my Halloween outfit as well :D Came close to getting one last thing and then realized was 110 short so that's all for me :P

Well, it doesn't hurt to keep all the weapons you might use in your armory anyway, and then you can just switch them out whenever you need them. That's usually what most of the battlers do anyway, because all of what people call the "god weapons" mostly block a single icon type. So depending on what you need to block for a certain opponent, you can swap your set around accordingly. I think the Ether is a nice one to have anyway, especially for opponents that like to steal a lot because it generates other weapons that can be used as fodder lol.

I'm glad you got a couple things you liked! And yeah, I probably will end up buying it if it's still there later lol. I have some CSC saved up that I use to buy the monthly battle challengers, but I have a decent amount of extra from when they increased the morty card drop rate a while ago, and then CSC got pretty cheap a while ago too so I bought some extra lol.

The item I'm thinking of isn't even in any user shops right now, so you're right I probably should go for it while I have the chance.

I hope to get an Ether one day, but not sure that will ever happen. Still trying to decide if I should keep my sticky hand the way it is or make that new weapon.

And I ended up buying two more cws after I wrote that ;-; Okay I'm seriously done now. The first one I Bought I'm starting to have second thoughts about since I don't know when I'd use it... And if the thing you want isn't in user shops you should definitely go for it!! So far the things I've bought have all been in shops but since the pawn shop price is reduced so much I couldn't help but buy them. Cmon quests give me some morty cards

I've been MIa for quite a while. Things have been busy and hectic here. I almost quit my part-time job at the local diner three times in the past two months. My full-time job is helping on the family farm but apparently, the diner is supposed to come before that (more in the spoiler). Chris and I helped with wheat harvest for two weeks, so stuff stacked up at home. We steam cleaned carpets and I still have to get two rooms in order before Labor Day. And to top it off, I'm pretty sure I have stress fractures in my toe and I'll have to order a walking boot or shoe off Amazon.

So, when I started working at the diner last year, I agreed because my friend (the owner) told me she would work with my farm schedule and then never did. I ended up working at the diner during most of wheat harvest and that just slowed things down for my family. So this year, I wrote down I needed three weeks off for wheat harvest (I added 4 days to account for breakdowns and weather. Wheat harvest was done in two weeks and Chris and I planned to get the house cleaned up during the third week because I technically had it off. We ended up going into the diner on a Saturday to talk to my friend after she kept texting me asking if I could work multiple days during that third week. Her mother made sure she was part of the conversation and she was not mature about anything. She called me a liar and she called Chris a liar. When we said we needed to clean our house and steam clean carpets, her mother said 'well, how do you think my house looks?', I said we don't own our home, we rent, so we are responsible for reporting stuff to our landlord. Everything we said, my friend's mom had something to say to make it out that she has it worse. She fired my husband and she isn't even the one who should be making those decisions.

Now that Chris is home, we try to fix what we can without bothering our landlord. We inform them about it first and if we have to buy something to fix the issue, we take it off rent. Whenever I do laundry, the water backs up into the shower and the toilet. It's never made it out of the shower drain, but you can hear it. It's rough going without a working toilet. I went without one for three days when I had the water shut off for the big water leak. I just found out yesterday that Chris and I are hosting his family for Labor Day. Now I have a month to get a house back in order. Their last visit was a long one and I wasn't happy to find out that more of our steaks were grilled for his family to eat. Since Chris has been home, we've grilled 11 steaks and only gotten to eat 4 or them. His family always wants to come over to our place because we have a VR system and tons of video games for multiple systems. I honestly have no clue. They finally found some people to help but there were days when they didn't have the extra help. There might be but my hair is a weird shade of brown, it's more a mix of light brown, dark brown, and blonde. I did end up cutting myself some bangs though. I had a small section of hair near my forehead that had broken short, so I cut some other hair to match.

Thye either got lazy with the story or lost sight of where they had the story headed with all the stuff that was going on in the movie. Yeah, I've seen quite a few complaints about the soul stone. The directors must have assumed that everyone would just go with it and not question it. Or maybe it was because they were both willing to sacrifice themselves for each other. I love Loki too. He is getting his own TV show on Disney+ (Disney's streaming service). Honestly, though, I don't think I'll be watching many more Marvel movies. I'll watch GotG 3, Blank Panther 2, Doctor Strange 2 and that might be it. I may or may not watch the next Thor movie. That will depend on if I can find a good explanation for why Natalie Portman's character becomes the female Thor.

We got 7 kittens from a family friend. They've been living in the garage until they are big enough to be outside on their own. 4 of them come in the house every now and then and one of them is super cuddly. She might turn into an indoor cat.

It's bad enough that it hurt like a mofo for a while but the pain has receded and there's really only the fear that it's going to keep chipping. But that'll get taken care of as time goes i guess xD Other than that the day went well!

Ugh that is just awful! That really needs to get fixed soon! Did they volunteer you guys for the hosting duties? I would be bringing out the hot dogs and burgers. They can eat it or starve. They should not be expecting expensive food! I would unplug the tv and tell them it is broke lmao! Sorry but I can't really remember everything we chatted about last time :P my memory is awful!

I think they got very lazy! I gave up trying to figure it out. Made my head hurt lol. I will watch any GotG, Black Panther, Dr. Strange and Spiderman movies, but it is a HARD PASS on another Thor movie. I am not interested in a female Thor. Not every character needs a female/male counterpart. Not a big Natalie fan anyway. I thought Jane was boring, Her assistant/friend was way more fun!

Hey and Hi everyone waves

So I held off on the bath... took a shower (which is rare) to wake up... 1st shower in new apart and oh my goodness! I have a nifty mist function on the shower head which is supposed to be pleasant except it made my liner attack me like a poltergeist. Then the telephone shower head fell on my head, I kept having balance issues, etc. I had to go shopping anyways to deal with the problem screen & get attachments for my balcony string lights so I also got a new shower liner and a water pitcher since the water tastes of strong chlorine here and it's discouraging me to drink (we're in a heatwave... not good).

I was so exhausted it took me much longer to do anything today. I didn't advance as much as I had hoped; but, I did put up the balcony lights late in the evening. At least there's that :)

Have to eat again... behind schedule but at least I only have to go out for 10am tomorrow.
