I quit chase on lv 73 thinking I would get the challenger, I did not get it...

Do you need to quit, or do you need to let time expire?

chase is unlocked by quitting IH on level 75 or higher, iirc.

I guess it is level 76 or higher then (as in, you have to complete level 75 and then you can quit).

And yeah, quitting before the time expires works. I do remember that part from when I unlocked him.

Oh, nothing like that. In fact, I often take mini-breaks from Subeta because some of the stuff gets too tedious for me, and even when I'm around I haven't always been questing and I rarely BQ, so my main battle pet is much weaker than she would be if I played regularly.

It's simply that I always wanted a Natasha, but I kept spending sP elsewhere. I think it was about two questathons ago I realized how much moolah I made over the course of the event and decided to get serious about saving. Having that goal made questing easier, but dang it, I didn't fight Hydragellos because I didn't want to spend that much money healing because that happened as I was getting close.

Once I reached 750,000,000 it occurred to me that I was really close to another milestone I never reached - a billion sP on hand. So I decided to strive for that first.

At a billion, I had another choice to make. I could get either Natasha or both The Ether and OHS. Seeing as Natasha was the original goal, I went with that. Besides, I was then only 150,000,000 away from The Ether. Buying that was another thing altogether as I was then able to do Sarah's quests again.

So there you have it. A long boring story about me finally getting some focus on this site. :D

- that's very interesting. It all makes sense to me. And as long as you're having fun when you're doing things on Subeta - it's all good. After all, this site is about being happy and enjoying yourself.

By the way, I wasn't a "regular" Subeta user for quite a long time after I started - and I've only gotten to be a semi-serious battler last year. So not all that different in some ways.

OUCH! You really are having a bad day when things like that go wrong in the Battle Coliseum (and I really hate when I do that - it's just soooo frustrating - with the length of a castle battle it must be even more so). You will beat that castle again soon though.

Battle Quests done yesterday. Completed Level 25. And Battle Quests done today. Completed Level 27. This is starting to feel like a habit again. :-)
