So when do you guys think Fireside is going to start?

I was kind of hoping for some time over the weekend, but realistically I think it will be more like Monday or Tuesday.

Yeah I am completely not happy about the nerf on him. He has the chance to drop a tome on any win, so essentially win 5 means nothing now. They should have at least added new loot on him if they are going to take away tomes.

24th would be a bit late, I looked at the past few years in the archives and it seems like it starts usually around the 20th or so. That would give us about 10 days instead of just 7.

some of these loot changes have really deflated my interest in speedy progression for widow and the rest. though that's good for my vault, i guess lol

i'm betting monday, since fireside usually starts the monday before american thanksgiving (or, the way i prefer to remember it is, it starts the monday after my birthday haha). but we've also got pawn shop/black friday sale shenanigans on monday i think, so if it gets pushed back i will be understanding but unhappy p:

I hope Fireside doesn't get pushed back because of the sale. Does the BF sale always start this early though, or is it usually later? I don't normally pay much attention to it, so I'm not sure.

I hope Fireside would still start on Monday, or maybe even tomorrow evening if we're lucky. I noticed it's started on the 18th or so before, so it's not really too early for it to start right now. But yeah, I'm not sure if they would want to start both at the same time in case the site goes under again.

Sometimes the sale starts early but last I remember it was only 1-2 days early. I guess Subeta really needs the money.

i think the sale usually starts on/closer to black friday. not much else we can do but keep an eye on the directory and wait for news posts, though i would love to see fireside start this weekend ;w;

Yeah, I didn't really remember the sale starting this early in the past, but I wasn't sure.

Oh well, I know the holiday will start when they're ready so I'll be patient. I can do some more battling while I wait ~
