That's true...but since I got the achievement, I'm not sure I'll go for five wins again...plus the items are too hard to sell. I still have the totem...I was able to see the shirt...and the stone pile I used as partial payment for some art.

I was complaining (to myself) that the rreign wasn't giving me the books for prizes, but then I noticed they were Charity prizes LOL Now if she would only hand them over :P

And it doesn't bother me if I can't sell the battle loot since I pretty much never do that anyway. I just enjoy the team work.

- books always seem to be more rare. I've had the most success when I give her large numbers of items all together (one after the other). I have gotten one copy of one of the new books, but most of the other books she has given me have been older ones. (So I always figure it will be easier to get this year's books next year. :') )

I've also had luck with previous years books, but I don't want to wait until next year LOL

- that's not very surprising - most people don't. But after the first year, it works pretty well since things are either cheaper or easier to get, or both - and you still have an entire year's worth of new things to look forward to each time. LOL

Still - I hope you are able to get this year's books this year. I think there are only three of them so you do have a reasonable chance for success.

I tend to be on the impatient side of the user database :P Though I agree that it's easier to get things next year, I'd rather not have them on the WL that long :P

- I can understand that. Personally, I usually solve that problem by not putting them on my wishlist to begin with. :-)

I know right? I would buy a bunch of intel stats and then read that remote to get an AP out of it. But with my luck, I've been missing it. I have a lot of books still to read to my pet... I keep at it, one book at a time. XD

I hear Natasha is a really good weapon to save for. I hope you are able to get it soon.

I only have one single T10 weapon right now (Unstable Sample Syringe) and I have Paintbrush Blades waiting for when Tos gets to T11 (couldn't resist grabbing one when they were sooo inexpensive for a bit). Other than that I pretty much need all of the T10 and above weapons. (Natasha is on my list too - but waaaay down near the very end. :-) ) But I'm focusing on the T10s since it will be a while before my pets can use anything past that. :-) I do have some solid weapons that I expect to keep using so I'm not feeling overly rushed. It just happens to be the first time I've approached a tier that is above weapons I already own and have been waiting ages to use. :-)

- if it was me, I'd use the Universal Remote on my second (and third and fourth) battle pets (of course assuming I could even get one) and then just use a pile of stat boosters and one of those other books to gain AP for my capped pet. (LOL - listen to me, fantasizing about the day, waaaaay off in the future, when I finally have a capped pet and also enough crystals or sP to be thinking about getting a Universal Remote. :-) When I first saw that item, I actually thought it was called a Universal Remote because using it gave you a choice of various mysterious but wonderful Subeta functions - I can't remember when I finally learned it was a really big stat booster - or a regular but horrendously pricey book. I sort of kind of wish my original impression was right ... I just like the idea of the mysterious remote.) In my case - I guess I can think of my saved Loyalty Boxes as being Universal Remote substitutes for now. Good Luck finding the remote in stock for your pet(s).

- oh no - so sorry to hear that. It's one of the difficulties that sometimes happen working in tech support but it's tough when you're not getting enough sleep. (At least it's not like fire fighters or police officers and no one is at risk of being seriously hurt). Hang in there. I hope you have another bottle or two of that beer - or maybe some of your chosen bourbon waiting at home for you when the day is done. Your work is very lucky to have such a talented and dedicated person to turn to when things all break.

Haha - just looked at my inventory and found a bunch of red rreign floating stuff and a bottle of Brandy. :-) I could always send some of that your way later when you get back home. :-)

I'm going entirely butt-backwards on my big weapon purchases. :D I bought my Natasha first, followed by The Ether. Now I'm saving up for the OHS which is T10 so I could have been using that one for ages. I guess after I get it I should start looking at T9 weapons...
