I'm 30% to my goal of 3000 if I want a chance at a core. Will be taking another average of the damage engine can do per battle shortly after dinner just to make sure it wasn't a massive overestimate last time I calculated, but I upped my goal by a few hundred regardless.

is right that averaging over more battles will give you a better estimate, but I think you'll be okay with the numbers I gave you. If you want to and have time though, you can always do more battles just to be sure. I'd rather have underestimated and done a bit more than I needed to than the other way around.

Good luck with your 3000 battles! I'll probably need around 2000 or 2500 myself if I want the Core. I'll work on it and see if I don't get tired of it before the week is over. :P

Sooo not sure if something changed, but when I first started battling this jelly, I was getting 2-4 hits in at 1.5-2.9HP a pop before game over and as of 5 minutes ago, he's destroying me on the first turn and I'm averaging 300HP each battle. I'm using the same weapons. Is this happening to anyone else?

So I decided to spend some EXP and boost Tziety a bit. Only had enough for 29 STR (2,500 STR total now) and 319 HP (2,800 HP total now) :P

Time to resume battling to reach my goal for today!

Wow, I might have gotten more of these than I thought. This is the 4th one I've noticed today, approaching 80 battles.

Nice job!! I don't know how but I just got in 35 hits against it but I wasn't watching how much damage I did lol

150 battles done, with an average of 5.3k per battle and a total of 737.5k damage dealt.

Time to spend time off the computer. I don't think I'll be questing today :/

Thanks, it's super hard for me to believe that I've been getting crit hits like this so much. But hey, it helps the battle averages, so I'll take that damage in 1 turn.

20 battles so far with ~50k total damage. Looks like it will take me about 2000 battles, around 250 per day. That's not so bad, I guess.

- you're welcome. Getting somewhere between 3K and 5K damage per battle - not too bad. Need about 1500 - 2000 battles to earn a core. :-) Would not be bad if it wasn't for Minis (I still need another 2000) and Wizards and TBT and Quest-A-Thon and real life. :-) I might get there though. Maybe, I'll save all those little guys for another year. Not sure whether that will let me do anything with my other three pets, but they can wait too if necesary. Taking too long per battle because the new UI and I are not completely friends - but should go faster when I stop trying to check damage so I don't have to scroll up and down constantly. Thanks for asking.
