- I got Spring Camilla instead, I'll take that as a consolation (And also that army of Arthur, I pulled 5 of him along the way, I'm thinking of setting 4 of them as my arena defense team and changing my UN to 'I just want Hector!'). I've been using stamina potions all day to try and get as many extra orbs as I can, but now I'm down to three, and rate has been reset, I'll start saving my orb until Hector comes back again because really... there are VERY few characters they can introduce at this point that I would want more than Hector. Like, if they add a beast pool I'm all over that, I would possibly pull hard if they had Shigure again, dancer or not, and Scarlet. I will drop everything for Scarlet. Other than that, I don't think there's anyone I would be that enthused about. Like there's other characters I'd like to see in the game, like Rath, Haar, Michaih, Ross and Ewan to hang out with Amelia, some of the older dancers like Tethis or Lene (Reyson and/or leanne), but like, I don't care about them as much. And I don't really care much for the alternate outfits either. I went hard on the summer banner because they were hillarious, but the rest are kinda meh. (though I'm happy with spring camilla cus magic flier) And as with any fire embelm game, I'll try to use the characters I want to use, not just the characters that are good. So like I know Dorcas is a really good unit, but as a character he kinda sucks, so I don't really care.

omg, with everything going on i forgot that the warriors maps are coming back ;o; i wish it overlapped with the 2x exp/sp event, but tbh i can't complain about that, i didn't think the maps were coming back at all!

true! i wouldn't mind that at all, the kids' designs were nice. guess there's not much to do with that but wait and see what they do... either way, i'm certainly not in a rush to do another tempest trials anytime soon, haha

i only know fates from reading the wiki, they like... put the kids in pocket dimensions or something, right? tbh that whole plot sounded like someone just kept pulling ideas from the plot jar without discarding anything, which... is not always successful haha

Thanks for the tips on my Hector everyone! I'm keeping him for now, but I doubt I'm gonna use him. I have 30+ built up 5*s so I'm not really struggling with Arena Assault or Squad Assault.

I really want Shiro because I loved him in Fates, but I already have a godlike Lukas and an amazing Ephraim, so I'm not really scrambling to get him. That being said I got a 3* Est on my free summon so lame... :(

At this point I just... who knows what's going on but the universe is looking out for me. Got a +Def/-Spd Siegbert from my free pull. -Spd is probably the worst but shrug, free Siegbert. I do have a healthy selection of red cavs already but can't say no to a freebie.

Congrats on your Siegberts! I eventually got one too, but I had to burn through a lot of orbs (and Chroms apparently). I haven't looked at the IVs of mine, I'm just happy to have him.

I also really want a Shiro, but blue orbs are apparently rare for me on this banner and then I got pity broken... by Ninian. I feel so conflicted? Ninian is cool and all, and a lot of people want her, I can't say no to a 5* but still... she's not Shiro and I'm out of orbs :(

Ahhh, I am sorry Hector did not come home, but congrats on your Spring Camilla! I hear she can be quite a good unit. If you do that with your Arthurs, I will keep an eye out for you. I know what you mean regarding the units you want vs. 'good' units. I'm not sure who else they could add at this point that I would really desperately want (except maybe Kiragi, or maybe some of the sacred stones banners). I really enjoyed playing with Oboro so I think I want to do her up at some point, and now that Killing Lance can be upgraded I think I will feed a Peri to her so she gets a good base weapon.

The fates kids were very contrived, the deep realms were kind of dumb... but we did get a few decent characters from them. And some of the parent/child relationships are very interesting.

Also - looking through my barracks at the moment, I have 9 Chroms. 9! They are all 4* so I am tempted to merge them and make a mega-Chrom since I don't really see any good skills on him for inheritence. My 5* Chrom is already a combat medic, so I might look for an alternative build for him. I seem to have a lot of Hinatas and Lonqus lately so maybe I'll Fury/Vantage him.

Ninian is really cool! If you have any Roys to spare then she really appreciates TA3. I've also given mine Lightning Breath+ from a spare Nowi I had, lets her become a bit more versatile and have some presence against red mages with her already decent res (her attack is so low so she kinda needs that TA3). Fortify Dragons is nice so I have her paired up with my semi-built Nowi for a good counter against the always pesky Brave Lyn. And it seems that dragons came out best from the recent set of forgery buffs, so a dedicated dancer will certainly be handy.

I've actually never pulled a single Chrom hahaha. Now I know where they're all hiding.

I'm kinda bummed I've dropped out of the top 10k in this week's Arena Assault. I spent quite a bit of time going in for a perfect run - kept losing a unit to stupid stuff - and led with Hector, Effie, BK and Lucina so I was scoring just under 700 a battle. :c Oh well, the difference in prizes is miniscule. Just annoyed I could've given myself an easier time if I'd let with toned down units.

i... i have found my arena defense team thanks to reddit. seigbert and his three dads. i don't care that my spring xander can barely kill anything, it's gonna happen. (at least until i finish building halloween henry, so i can have my all green nonsense team, haha)

and i'm sure you know this already, but make sure you give oboro killing lance+! it was super deflating to realize that i'd need a bunch of 5* fodder for each of my healers before i could refine any of their skills, even though i had been dumping extra healing skills on my girls whenever i needed barracks space x;

I have a 5* merged +1 Peri for killing lance + so just got to work up the courage to feed her to Oboro ( I always find that hard, no matter who it is). I only merged her for barracks space, I kind of regret that now.

- They managed to make Odin and Laslow and Selena sort of make sense (and for the longest time I was convinced that Effie was Kellje, but nope, they just look similar but aren't the same) But Rahjat, Asugi, and Caeldori were just really random and unnecessary. Especially considering the fact that you can in fact make Servera her own 'grandmother'. True, 'my kids each had their own pocket dimension' isn't too far a stretch for a fantasy game, and fire emblem has always sort of had alternate dimensions (usually inhabited by dragons, so totally safe to send your kids there), but when you said that I thought of something else.... why didn't they at least put them in the same pocket dimensions? So they could grow up with other kids their own age?

I tempted a last pull on the Legendary banner on the last day and I know somebody will hate me here haha, but I got a spare Hector and another Fjorm too. I guess I just have to find someone worthy enough of Distant Counter now! (knowing me, it could be a few months until I finally make a choice, haha) Fjorm I don't know yet what I'm going to do with the extra one. She's +atk/-hp so I'll probably keep that one over the neutral, (I still didn't train her because I focused on finishing TT first) but do I merge her or keep her as SI fodder?

Also I think the voting gauntlet is starting tomorrow? What team are you going to join? I have Katarina and Faye but they probably don't stand a chance against Sigurd and Rhajat though. i remembered athena has sword exp 3 so i trained my 5* so i could sit her in my training tower team with spring xander and raise some partially trained swords sitting around -- she's really good?! i feel so dumb to have neglected her for so long, ;o; e/ i just finished leveling joshua. i just looked both of those up to make sure i was thinking of the right characters -- tbh, they do look similar but i think that's just a problem with the class, there's not a huge amount of variety in the designs awakening/fates armored units imo. kjelle and effie having similar bangs doesn't help, either p: and yeah, that's the one thing that gets me -- why use more than one pocket universe? i mean, i guess that packing all the royal kids together would be an awful target, but separating them all so you can't easily get to 'em in times of emergency doesn't seem much better :? i dunno, it's just awkward no matter how you look at it, haha

(unless priscilla wins ofc, but i kinda doubt she's that popular.) i don't get separating rhajat either. dorcas was on a banner that ended right before the b block banner, so why not have rhajat on multiple banners? idk, that was a weird choice.
