Hmmmm yes, I'd say it's worth going for the 1500 points if possible, as you'll get a few orbs and feathers, and poss climbing to 6000 points if it's doable.

Looking at the maths here, it looks like clearing the easiest difficulty perfectly gives 75 points. Youch! If you're able to clear the first challenge on hard, that goes up to 151 points. Going by that, it'd take around 800 stamina to get masked Lucina. And if you could do the second hard map, even if you don't win every time, you'd be in a really good spot. So yeah, maybe I'd focus on building your core units slightly more, with a few runs in the training tower, and go from there.

Personally, I'm running a buff Blade team that might be doable even if you're lower levelled: the key units are Tharja and Nino, and possibly Odin at a push, and the strategy revolves around piling them with buffs to abuse their tomes, which add a point of damage for every point added by buffs (only buffs that are displayed in stats count, not spurs etc). Look for any units who run Hone or Fortify in the C slot; I run Sharena with Nino, who provides Rally Attack and Fortify Defence and has a Fortfiy Res seal attached.

A dancer completes the strategy, no matter what their level (just keep em out of trouble) as a great way to both play offensively and defensively. My Nino can dismantle units she loses WTA against, it's insane. Mages are very good for this mode, imo, because they're less liable to taking damage.

Just popping in to say Draug is stalking me :/ I did manage to pull a 4* Lilina which is pretty exciting, I think I'll train her up. I've also managed to pull a couple of Shannas too, so I just have to decide who to put Desperation on. I'm kind of tempted to put it on a tank like Hector (ha, who else?).

Also I have dusted off my Marth, Nowi and PoisonStrike!Cecelia and am training them up. I've been so focused on my Fates Princes I'd forgotten how much I liked using them.

Desperation works best on your fastest units as you still need to be able to double to activate Desperation. My Darting Blow 3 + Desperation Nino is so grateful for it, and I have it on my Linde too. Mages appreciate it as it's easier for them to stay out of range, hence stay below the HP range.

Tempest Trials last map on Lunatic is pretty insane! I'm sitting on 7.6K points at the moment. I really hope to get to the 50K seal reward. Since we have 11 days left I think I can get it with a few stamina potions (unless they release new quests like they did with Zephiel, ahah)

Since I don't always get to win the last map (damn you Reinhardts and Olwens), I've found that doing the 7 Lunatic maps (losing at the final one) is more profitable for me. However I do the 5 Lunatic when I have less time to play (and since I sometimes win, it helps me get through the quests too). I did a bit of SI on my best heroes this morning so hopefully it will help!

Basically what I'm doing is starting with Nowi (bonus unit)/Hector/Celica/Fourth unit depending on the dominating colour of the first map. Sanaki's been a huge help for the last map, I don't think I could have managed any win without her! Maybe with some SI I can make her even better, I have to look into that. I kinda regret not having five starred good units such as Reinhardt or Nino (even with their bad IV) now though! haha (and I don't really want to get through the hassle of doing it now and having to level them up...)

Hahah yeah it's pretty intense. My team can clear on the first attempt pretty reliably now; Lucina with Reciprocal Aid is great with Falchion's innate healing. Sadly I don't have Fae for Renewal 3 inheritance, but she still does a great job. If Lucina/Sharena/Nino/Azura can't clear, I run Ryoma/Eirika/Linde or Tharja depending on final map/Olivia and can usually take it with that. Ryoma can usually kill Veronica in one, so I just need to bait out and play around her. I'm a couple of runs away from the Breath of Life seal, which I'm going to give to Nino for some clutch healing.

So I looked at a datamine tonight.....so other then two new GHBs and Michalias (typo) returning we are going to have a HEALER gauntlet apperantly.

.. granted the first unit I promoted to 5* was my Serra but still this seems pretty unexpected. If Ginny or Elise is on there, the rest will be toast but otherwise this could become a interesting gauntlet ( the fact you'll have to have a healer on the team for the bonus adds to that...>> makes me want to give Serra a Wrys before I promote one to 5* even though she won't get Live to Serve 3 that way)

lol my choice of healers is... limited. I guess I'll be supporting team Lissa! Or maybe Sakura. We'll see who's available, I s'pose!

I managed to get my Quickened Pulse yesterday morning. :D I don't really think the orb rewards are worth it tbh but I have nothing else to blow my stamina on, aside from promoting Alfonse up to 5* and levelling him to 40. But that'll take a day or so, max, so I'm planning to carry on and see how far I can make it. I'm also at rank ~6.3k at the moment which gives 6000 extra feathers, so I'm going to try and maintain that. The battles are LONG but I'm trying to be diligent in using my stamina. Omg I'm not ready to be married to a gauntlet after though. I hope it happens when I'm on holiday so I have a reason to slack haha.

I finally got my Masked Luci....I meen Marth XD so back to taking some of my crew threw the training tower. Cheche will be my next 5* x_x but at 15k-16k feathers it'll be awhile ( had to realice a small number of units for space but I'm feeling desperate on feathers).

I am tempted to pull reds on the Heros with Fury banner. :p a instant 5* Hinata would be interesting if his IVs are good....but I'll be mainly after Eldigan and will hope afew 4* Reds I am missing show along the way. I still need my Chrom, Roy, Seliph, and Lilina after all.

Haha I just pulled on the Vantage banner. :P I have just over 300 orbs and want a Reinhardt so figured, eh, now's my chance. Pulled two blue orbs, 3* Shanna and 3* Sully, exited out. Pulled one blue orb, Reinhardt. Finally! Hahaha I feel so lucky. He's +Def -Spd which isn't bad. Can't wait to use him. I don't have any Death Blow fodder sat around so hmmm will have to think on that one a little longer.

I gasped when I saw Infernal this morning noooooo. I will beat it though! Just after the weekend, maybe. I want to see what everyone else does haha.

I'm also tier 19 in arena this week but have zero chance of going up. I think you might need merges. I was right at the bottom of the ladder going up last time with a deathless streak, full 5* team. But the rewards are still decent at this end. I've secured my 4k score so I'll get the feathers from there, plus rank feathers.

I managed to beat hard after to attempts. This is our first Defensive GHB as a fyi since you have to outlast afew waves, I thought the map would be quick at first...until two more Legion and two blue units showed up...then I got scared. I nearly lost Serra again after her falling the first time cost me a attempt, but I needed her heals.

I passed the vantage since I have Reinhardt, only thing I wouldn't have minded was a good ived 5* Lon que as I only have a single 3* but that's not enough to blw my money on orbs on.

Of the new pulls my units ended up getting IVs that didn't help or hinder ( but aren't neutral) or had a good boon...but a questionable bane. --; Seriously WHY all these +spd/-Atk units?! Now my Athena is one! This worked for Jaffar and Azura but not sure on Athena.

I'm also having a rough choice on Barties (typo) I have one with a boon/bane that doesn't hurt or help and another with a good boon but a bad bane.

I pulled today on the Tempest Trials banner because I figured any of the four on offer would be fantastic (Nowi, Lucina, Tharja or Robin) and instead pulled a 5*, focused Roy.

Uhhhh. Is that even supposed to happen? OH WELL WHATEVER.

I'm also terrible enough that I can only manage the normal, lowest level of Tempest Trials, but oh well, at least I tried!

Ohh i've been poking at heroes since release hahaha it's fun

For a while I've been happily running my half-built horse team all with reposition (love reposition): Fred (brave axe+/luna/wom3/hone cav) ^recently switch in and out with an untouched Camus (gradivus/goad cav) Cecilia (plain old gronnblade/iceberg/attack+3/escape route3 for some reason/spur atk2) Reinhard +atk/-spd! (dire thunder/moonbow/vantage3/goad cav) Xander (siegfried/bonfire/qr1/hone cav)

right now i'm facing the decision of whether to sacrifice a 4* reinhardt to either Xander or Camus for a fury/vantage build... I only have enough for one and that rein has decent IVs so it's a pickle... i also have two 4* effies i could feed to any of them for deathblow but i don't want to...

While waiting to pull good si units for my horsies i'm like vaguely assembling a flier team that's been swordless for so long im considering promoting a 3* palla lol. mounts only on this mobile device

Haha that's so unlucky! Yeah you can pull off focus, it's 50/50 to draw a focus/non-focus 5* unit. Roy is a good unit though, he has a niche. He isn't top tier but Triangle Adept 3 is brilliant at shutting down greens, and sometimes a hard counter can prove essential. Particularly for GHBs where the units are statted so high.

ohhhh that's an awesome team! Jealous that you managed to get everything together for it! I'd probs sacrifice the Reinhardt because your current is flawless, unless you're desperate to add merges onto him. Depends on your resources really and where you are with other units. Merges are my last priority at the moment, but they are necessary in breaking into the top rank of arena from my experience.

I was busy over the weekend and a lot of stamina went to waste boo. :c So I've dipped out the top 5k for the Tempest Trials. Oh well, still gonna be 6k feathers coming my way at the end. Looking forward to them ending so I can crack on with training my fresh units! They've been so draining!

Thanksss haha yeah i'm so lucky to have pulled my +atk reinhardt and my wife frederick x'-) Hmmm thanks for the advice, i might feed him to xander cause he's been really reliable and it would definitely make him even tankier. In arena rn i just try to break 4k every time which keeps me basically where i am (tier 16 after not participating last time lol). I've been lucky where my horse units are sometimes the bonus heroes, like this season with Camus i can probably stay fairly high up haha. But I haven't put much effort into the other heroes for a few months xD Time to grind!

Yeah I think that's wise. In my head promotes are probs the best use of feathers, having a reliable roster of heroes to tailor to situations. Then skill inheritance. Then merges. I managed to get up to tier 19 but then dropped down this week and I'm not that fussed tbh, the rewards are so similar at the top end as long as you're scoring 4k.

I just hit 50k in Tempest Trials today and I'm so. done. with. it. Well it's the last day anyway but even if I hit the 50K mark earlier, I wouldn't go past that score! I finally could do the Lunatic GHB (not doing Infernal for now, I'll have a try at it when it comes back later) and I'll have time to focus on finishing the June quests and training my new units!

I was blessed with a 5* Kagero (with really bad IVs though ;_; still better than not having one at all) and a Katarina lately! I also got a 4* Effie, and a 4* +atk/-res Cordelia I seriously consider promoting to 5* since I think it's the best IV I could get for her! And I think it's time to use the 60k feathers I have to promote my Reinhardt and maybe Xander too. I really need to prepare myself much better if there ever is another Tempest Trials!

I still have 2k feathers to go and deciding between Michalis, Cheche, or Narcian. Cheche is probably going to be the winner as Narcian is lower tier and Michalis is 3* currently but I need a decent 5* green as I currently have a ok Fredrick and a bad IVed Bowey for my 5* greens.

It's really hard to predict who's going to win with the increasing multiplier though. Also, it might be harder to use bonus unit because lot of people have them as their lead... I just had a match with MRobin and 2 Lissas, thankfully the 3 enemies were red so Robin dealt with them, but I would have been screwed with a green!

Wow you're so good at these! Haha I love it. I was swaying to team Lissa but pulled a 5* Maria a couple of days ago (was just gonna target colourless orbs... then got her on my first try :P) so went with her. I spent max flags on four bonus rounds earlier so I'm comfortably in the top ranks but yeah, it's hard to predict what's going to happen and when the best time to use them is, too. Being team Camilla last time was a bit of a double-edged sword as there were very few chances to score cumulative ranks with no bonus periods available, aside from the first couple of hours.

And yeah, I've come across a few unwinnable challenges. Very first battle with my level 1 Maria was three healers vs three healers... all without weapons hahaha. And just had another with two healers and an Anna (omg I'm being matched with so many 2* Annas) which got decimated by a Lon'qu, Tatania and Niles. Might try and recruit a couple of friends from Team Maria on Reddit so I stumbled into fewer duds.

Bleh, bough 20$ worth of orbs for both the Fury and Cleric banners and got nothing when trying not to pull any color but what I needed >_<, I think next time I'll try a full pull on the swimsuit banner and then pull from the other two with what I have left.

Edit: Failed to get my goals on the cleric banner in the end, but I got Eldrigan from the fury and also got a 4* Roy, Seliph, and Jakob and a 3* Saizo who I didn't have in the process.

..............though seriously what's with all the +spd/-atk units I'm getting anymore especally with my 5*? I know it's not ideal but this is starting to get kinda hillarious. My Athina, Jaffar, Azura, Jakob, possibly Male Corrin and now Eldigan are this Boon/Bane.
