and absolutely! it's pretty neat to have a f2p game where you feel ok keeping up with fancy meta builds and trying dumb builds when the opportunity arises (like, i have my eye on killer axe+ for fred for no other reason than i have extra beruka, so why not. actually, moonbow/killer axe fred. yolo)

x_x Been talking to Thomas of my progress but I ended up with a spare 5* Rodrick when doing the free pull on the TT banner >_>, Not sure on his IVs compared to my bad IVed maxed one....but I don't feel like leveling another Rodrick even IF he has good IVs. It was just too painful.

I feel you, I hate getting duplicates of 5* I already own! XD I never know what to do with them, I'm not really into merging but I also don't want to waste them. Actually I got a second 5* MCorrin today. I never bothered to build the one I had, but this one is +Spd/-Hp so I should probably take a look and see what I can do! I also got Brave Ike today so I'm really glad I managed to pull a focus unit before the banner ends :D

Meanwhile, after 6 months of only ever getting one Nino, I've been granted with three of them recently but they never seem to be +spd or +atk. I guess the day I get one with the right boon she will have the wrong bane (': One day I'll get my perfect 5* Nino!

Since I last posted on here I've added a Hector at long last, a 5* Clive and a Brave Roy and Lyn to my collection as well as Promoted Lloyd and Xander

Between Promotes and luck I have 35 lv40 5* now....and still many more to get up to there >_> -thinking on getting F Robin, Navvare, or Ursula next-

Hahaha I'm happy you finally got around to promoting my boy Xander! He is so reliable, he'll serve you well.

I always park my Gunter next to cavalry units when training them to 40. +6/+6 on attack and speed makes training most of 'em a breeze. Plus it boosts his hero merit, which is nice as he never normally finds a spot. I have too many good horse units haha, I can rarely fit Brave Lyn on my squad, even.

Oh wow such bad luck on the Ninos! I really love her as a unit, I will always attempt to shoehorn her into my squads hah. I've been getting into merges recently and now have +1s on my Nino, Reinhardt, Azura and Masked Marth (obvs). I'd still rather work on existing units but the resources have been there so I've committed.

Working on chain challenges this week. Only have Hard Chapters 11 & 12 and Lunatic Chapters 9 & 10 and Chapters 11 & 12 left to finish now but they are hard. There are some horrible maps on the latter, in particular.

Okay I just thought I'd pull for another Hector because I'm not 100% on the new banner (might go for red flier, will see about stats. Not going blue because that Oscar looks like juuunk) and ended up with a +Res -Atk 5* Fae hmmmmmmm.

In my tiredness I failed to give Masked Marth the entire skill chain for the SI so I had to kill my last spare Florina to fix this and I'll have to promote my last fredrick just to ensure the first Fredrick didn't get wasted even though he already is no matter if I give up giving Luna for Moonblow or not --; -doesn't have any Rebeccas nor a spare Catia-

rng has looked kindly upon me ;o; my free pull on the dauntless banner was elincia! she's +atk/-spd which i guess is considered an "okay" roll (i guess -res is preferred?) but tbh i don't really care about her bad bane, she broke my -atk streak and i didn't think i'd see any of the new units so this is amazing ;o;

Good news, I got one of the focuses from the new banner this morning already. Bad news is it's Oscar.

Got my Bow Lyn up to level 40. She kills pretty much everything provided nobody gets close but she is delicate. Also finally got quickened pulse and distance defence from the Tempest Trial!

The random number generator has been playing with me a little. I pulled Delthea off banner, got a random Olwen, then a Brave Lucina and then on my last attempt to pull Brave Ike I managed to pull... Hector. Well I already have one of him so I guess I have me some distant counter fodder now - just have to decide who I want to give it to! My 5* pity rate was broken on the Radiant Dawn banner by Mae, but at least I now have some more Desperation fodder. I really want an Elincia or a Nephenee but so far all that has come home is Hana, Stahl, Subaki and Gwendolyn.

I've been building my units and I finally got another Lon'qu to put Vantage on Hector. I also got another Camilla so I've put Savage Blow on Takumi and I'm really liking how that works on him. With the boosts from Ally support and Summoner support he's pretty strong at the moment.

It's time for a new Tempest Trials! How are you doing? :D Thankfully I pulled a 4* Titania a few weeks ago, so at least I have one bonus unit for this TT even if it's only 20%. (it's the first time I can't have a 40% so can't really complain though XD) so Horse Emblem it is for me! Xander, Camus, Elise and Titania. It's been doing ok, but I struggle against the Black Knight - I should probably use Reinhardt instead of Camus, but he already maxed HM and he has more than enough SP so I'm trying to focus on other units. B on survival and A on speed brings me 1700 points with the multiplier so I think it's good enough! I have 9k points at the moment but it's only a matter of a few days until I get tired of it and I start doing auto-mode XD

Good old Ike is coming through for me this time. :D Running Ike/Lucina/Azura/Nino (the last three maxed HM a long time ago whoops). I really should... try to come up with another team but I love them too much. :c I'm tempted to swap Lucina out, maybe. I use her as a Reciprocal Aid healer but have been finding I don't need her much, really, just to top Azura up now and again. Ike is running Aether so self-sustains. She is handy for Bowbreaker, as bows can be quite bulky/fast and occasionally give Nino trouble, but generally she steps away from combat. I dunno! I'd like to swap Linde or Ephraim into her spot, possibly, as another blue would be really handy for taking on the bulky Black Knight. The map is okay but his health pool is gargantuan!

edit: Just did a couple of runs with Linde instead of Lucina and was pretty happy with the results, no casualties!

y'all. y'all the performing arts banner. my boy inigo is A DANCER. and azura has some crazy overpowered legendary axe, which, neat! bUT INIGO. INIGO CAN FINALLY DANCE WITH HIS MOM i told myself i'd save my orbs for the inevitable halloween costume banner but god, i'm gonna drop all my orbs on this banner. green dancer. edgy olivia with the sweet costume change. (dagger unit tho, rip reddit's Dark Olivia dreams haha) INIGO

loooooool I've crept back up to around 300 orbs. Haven't pulled an Elincia but there will be another day, think it's time to... dump everything on the new banner for all four of these beauties. I love dancers so much, I can barely function without them. 8) so of course I need four more.

i'm almost back up to 100, so i think i'm going to focus solely on green for azura + inigo, but shigure looks like he'll be fun to use too o: i do know i'm not brave enough for colorless hell again so i wish you luck hunting for the new olivia! she's going to be the focus for some crazy builds, i'm sure, but... the feeling of pulling 5* jakob while looking for frederick is. not something i want to repeat otl

That new banner was really unexpected! Since I never pulled Azura or Ninian so far, I really hope I can finally get another dancer. I'll take anyone really! They all seem nice. Even if it's probably a bait banner before Halloween haha

Hahaha the exact same problem . I'm excited for the new banner but dreading it nonetheless. It would be nice if barracks were a little more forgiving with space, up to 320 slots now and still struggle to find stuff to get rid of as the feather returns are so minimal vs. niche SI potential. It has forced me to actually inherit some stuff, though, which is no bad thing as I am a perpetual hoarder.

And yeah , I am so scared of colourless hell that like... I barely ever venture there, I'm missing so many colourless units haha. I've never even stumbled upon a Jakob thankfully. He seems to be the crusher of many dreams in all his beautiful mediocrity.

i honestly feel like colorless is the worst to deal with, though that's probably bias since it seems like all i get is niles... i was really happy to pull jakob as a 4* in the early days, but having him reset my pity rate on the summer banner was horrible since it was close to the end of the banner and i had to scramble for orbs ><; i'm hoping they shake up the 5*/4* pools soon, tbh, jakob's reign of terror has gone on long enough lmao

I know the problem has been acknowledged, at the very least, so I think we'll see something change sooner rather than later. Maybe, maybe not. But I do think they're adding far fewer useless units to the colourless pool than they did with the first few banners, which basically all contained some variety of trash healer.

SO results thus far, over 100 orbs in. Found a +HP -Spd Olivia, yay! I MEAN -Spd is trash but I'm just happy to have her, to be honest.

Then built up a pretty long streak and drew... another Hinoka. 8) Huh. My third. Not quite what I was looking for to be honest!

edit: wtf I just pulled a 5* Roderick. WHY ARE THEY STILL IN THE 5* POOL? oh well at least I won't have to promote on to pass on Firesweep Lance+ to Cordelia.

edit II: okay next orb was a 5* Inigo. He's errrr +Spd -Atk which is errrr a thing. Maybe I can stick a bladetome on him. Bladetomes fix everything.

edit III: OKAY OKAY finally pulled my Azura just as I hit 100 orbs which is like, the lowest I've been since launch hahaha. Yay! She is... +Res -Atk. Now let's all hold hands and pray that Sacred Coins allow us to fix IVs or something because my orb count hurts to look at and I can't roll again. :^) sorry Shigure.
