I will keep that in mind! Oh, well, the otorhinolaryngologist is the one who I talked with yesterday. She is going to help me keep this allergy/recurring inflammation at bay while I have to go to the neurologist and see what she has to say/do about my sleep problem. When I go to the psychiatrist I will also see with him if is there any possibility my ADHD medication can be affecting my REM sleep, though unlikely.

And when I talk to my DeRose instructor, I believe he might seek out any practices that might be helpful, I believe. Besides meditation itself. Which I've been neglecting. haha

... Well. I'm not moving tomorrow, after all. Had some major problems. The real estate office was supposed to make the request so the new apartment could get electricity, but I've been told today that there has been no request, so I made the request and there is a 5-day wait to get it. I can't move there this way. Another thing is that I have completely forgotten to call the internet provider to change residency... So there would have no electricity and no internet, which would had been terrible. So I called the transport agency that was going to help me tomorrow and they got really pissed off at the cancellation. Well. If he's pissed off, imagine how pissed off I am. This whole thing is taking it's tool... I have some weird pain on my face, right on the eyebrow, and it keeps pulsating, almost like a headache but not quite. Among other things. I just want to get over with it. Sorry for the rant.

oh, I really don't like all these television contract disputes with providers. It just really is silly with the amounts of money, but then I am not a corporation.

oh, no you went alone? I would never do that to a scary movie in the theater. You are brave. I have never seen It and likely never will. My older sister was so scared of clowns we couldn't even mention the movie without her getting the shivers.

So I finally went on Pokemon go. Might be a reason for me to do some walking since there is a pokestop a five to ten minute walk at a dog park. Got my framed prints from the art show last month and a book from the library. Dad is improving a lot and started up outpatient therapy and it is intense.

no no not alone. I went with a friend I never go to any scary movie alone.

So glad today is Friday. Internet was out at the school yesterday morning, so of course, most of the kids couldn't do any work at all, lol. The teacher and I totally had a competition on the Dinosaur game chrome has for when the internet doesn't work...I totally won! xD

I know therapy is intense but looks like it's helping him. so glad he is doing better.
