These days have been rainy here. I enjoy it, though it isn't good for drying clothes. Will be doing a lot of reading and studying from now on, since I got into the Scientific Initiation program in my university, besides all the stuff I was already doing. Currently doing a checklist so I can take my medicine properly and also practice the angas. Today's reading is Antonio Candido's "A Personagem de Ficção" (something like "the character (of a work) of fiction").

Happy sunday all! Nice and sunny here today, bit cold but i am not complaining after all the rain we had yesterday! 3 days of birthday celebrations are over, my week vacation is over so back to work tomorrow. But today, relaxing!

Can you believe it's October already? Septembers don't usually seem to go so quickly.

Sorry not been posting lately. Been around but not tons. Played tourist a couple times. Mom had several days she did not feel well but hopefully that's passed now. One more week here in NJ, planning, weather permitting, to head home next Monday. Have a few other touristy things we want to do, cleaning needs to get done, and otherwise just want to enjoy being near the ocean.

Morning Everyone! Sorry I haven't posted in a few days, I have a test for Anatomy and Physiology tomorrow, so I've been spending a lot of time studying for that! Anywho, other than that tomorrow, this week will be fairly slow until Friday, when mom and I leave to visit family for about six days. :D Then when I come back I'm on a small break from classes, so lots of time to get Subeta stuffs done!

- I'm sooo glad it's October! We finally have a house, so we've been looking at Halloween decorations and such! It's been fun. Believe it or not, in the townhouse community, we didn't get many kids for Halloween, but here apparently they get around 150+ ('cause kids come to trick-or-treat who don't live in neighborhoods). So I'm super looking forward to seeing all the costumes again!

- I'm glad you had a good birthday! Going back to work is never fun after a good time though!

I know all about the studying. sometimes it feels like your head is going to explode. good luck on your test.

I'm glad it's October too! My 2nd favorite month after May. ❤ Oh wow, 150+ totrs! I sure would like more (we get maybe 10 on our little cul-de-sac) but I don't know that I would want that many! That is a lot of candy to buy! But all those costumes will be fun to see! And decorating! I gave up decorating outside other than some basic autumn stuff (mums, pumpkins) awhile ago. Was more work than I wanted to do just for us really. I used to do quite a bit - not scary stuff though, just cute stuffs. Good luck on your test!

Well, no alegarten this year, that's disappointing.
I don't think we need a holiday in summer because we can always get some special event type thing. And it's such an autumny holiday to move it to summer just makes no sense. Guess the lore/story will be changing now. Guess I can go play in the wardrobe and change out of my alegarten outfit.

My cold is going away slowly. I went out to dmy's restaurant and did some office organization for them. So sore today. Been doing my ten minute poke-walking daily.

I read in the comments that the artists were a little overwhelmed with the keel haul, Oktoberfest, Halloween item work or something like that and it makes sense. I am going to see how it goes and hope for something interesting next summer.

Well honestly it's not like they couldn't work on items over the summer. When we pixeled we did holiday stuff well before we'd use them or gift them or put them up for sale. That's just a matter of planning.

Glad your cold is going away. Hope it's not hanging around much longer.

wow, good luck with your tests! May I ask what your major/program is? I currently am a Japanese Letters student, also full of stuff in my head. Currently the problem isn't Japanese language itself, it's those complicated, similar words they keep popping up on theory books.

Afternoon Everyone! I have my test this afternoon, which I feel pretty good about! I'm getting ready to review one last time, then going to take a good break before heading out to babysit.

- Currently I'm Pre-Nursing, with the intent to get into the Nursing program at my school for next year (aka, fall 2018). So right now I'm just fulfilling some pre-reqs. :D I am taking Anatomy and Physiology though, which I think is interesting!

- I hope everything goes well at the docs!

Good afternoon! I feel like a pillow is attached to my stomach area, it feels very uncomfortable... But today's practice was great! I thought my stomach and sides would keep me from doing stuff, but after all my preparations for my comeback at the school (been away for a while), I actually did better than before. Aaaand when I arrived at the school Ringo, the owner's dog, greeted me in a playful mood. Made me happy, because I kinda miss my cat. She's only coming back to me in December, I think.

Oh! That's nice, indeed. Besides the memorizing factor, these subjects really seem interesting. Good luck!

ty but it really didn't go well. I have several tests coming up so see what they can do about my heart. doc says I have fluid building up around it and they need to do something to get it off there. sigh. oh well, God is in control.

Heading home Thursday. About 5 days earlier than originally planned so we will miss the art fair this weekend (instead we'll go to the farmer's market at home Saturday and get pumpkins and winesap apples) but it's supposed to rain for nearly the entire distance on Monday (unless it changes but we can't wait to see, a decision had to be made) and 9 hours driving in the rain (and therefore not using cruise control at all) is really difficult on me, plus mom hasn't been feeling well on and off and she wants to see her doctor.

So I'll be mia Thursday. May or may not pop in when I get home but it always depends on how the drive goes and how tired I am.

Sorry to read you're having heart problems. Hopefully they get your treatment going soon!

How'd the test go?
