I could tell after my first battle with the final Hyrda that I wasn't going to get to five wins, which I'm REALLY hoping I'll be able to do, so it prompted me to stop procrastinating on battling the challengers with Cross and using all my saved stat boosters on him. I've never really exchanged my battle tokens before, so that boosted my number a lot. I ended up with about 1300 boosters total and battled all of the Secret and most of Cash Shop challengers (already had most of the Normal ones done). I'm pretty proud of the results and wanted to share!

- yes, the trolling group was very nice. Unfortunately, they haven't yet implemented a ping to phone for when you're not at your computer. :-) So yes, being away from the computer when the winners were discovered wasn't very lucky - no wonder you had to find winners yourself!

- the 60's were William Hartnell and Patrick Troughton. Credit where credit is due, they got things started, but I sort of think of them as the boring Doctors. Things pick up a lot with Jon Pertwee and (of course) my favorite Tom Baker, who is still the longest Doctor and one of the most popular overall. If you're looking for all the love interest and intricate/complex plot of the current series though, I admit you won't find it in the third and fourth doctors. As for a least favorite companion, I don't know Clara (haven't really seen much of any of the new doctors) but I nominate Adric.

Getting distracted forever in the entire story of my whole life. I know I want to try to battle more, and I managed my bqs yesterday, but then I spent the rest of the time playing Zelda.

Yeahhhhh I caved and got a download of Breath of the Wild for my WiiU. I didn't watch any of the ... hype stuff when the Switch was coming out. Nope, I told myself, I'm going to stay strong and not buy ANOTHER Nintendo system. Then it came out and I wasn't even mad I didn't have it. Then I started seeing stuff about BotW and I was a little mad I didn't have it. Then I found out the Switch is just a tablet basically, no console, so I could have taken it with me anywhere to play?????? Yeah, more than a little bummed I didn't get it lol

But then I found out Zelda was released for the old system too, so I promptly downloaded it and proceeded to get distracted doing EVERYTHING except the main quest lolol

- for awhile the trolling group was regularly finding weapons and getting some long sessions when pings went out and everyone who got them was able to come join in the wins. Were you in the really big group that created or in some other group that was trying to beat the troll?

High fives for getting then quests out of the way early~ I don't remember which group I was in. I know we were like all assigned pages to test weapons. I know I still have a single set of random t1 weapons in case I randomly decide to try on my own. Those days don't happen often lol

Did you leave the group you were in? Because that does sound like our old group but you're not currently a member. You could always get lucky like and find the current winning weapon. I don't think we're even sure any more if it has to be T1-T3, there has been talk about T4, but I don't know anything for sure.

Yes, you have to be willing to lose many many many ... times to beat the Troll. If you wind up in a troll group again, maybe it would help if you just think of it as testing, so the loss isn't a loss, it's just a test result. because you're not trying to beat him, you're trying to find out what weapon will beat him. It's only a real fight to win after the current weapon is found. (I hope that makes sense. :-) )

Nah not even the love interest thing, I just like the storyline for which creature they are going to encounter and special effects better. The story was just very dry and poorly acted, but that was just tv at the time.

- as I said, I agree with you about Doctors One and Two, I really liked Doctor Three and loved Four. Have you seen much of them? Just curious. We are all different and have different preferences. Part of what makes Doctor Who so totally amazing is how it has changed over the years and yet still stayed such an enormous hit. And there are many things I too enjoy about the new Doctors. Clearly the newer shows win special effects hands down! Have you seen the original Star Trek? Or even the original version of the first set of Star Wars movies - remember that George Lucas redid the special effects for Star Wars as the technology changed. The first three movies were even rereleased in theaters for the twentieth anniversary of the original film (although not all the changes were considered to be for the better).. Given the technology of the time some of these originals were made, "cheesy" special effects were actually part of the fun in some cases. :-)
