- I really appreciate the offer. With Tos AP she would only be able to equip one of those plus Aftershocks and I'm not an experience enough battler to know whether one mostly guaranteed freeze would be better than 3 possible freezes with the Whirlpool. If I can't get that 5th win tonight, I'll probably be ready to try anything, if you're still willing to lend then. :-)

Meanwhile, I hope you're enjoying your own battle quests. It does tend to be habit forming after hanging around this thread for a bit. :-)

But I'll definitely put up a trade before I go to bed (Which will be roughly 10p Subeta time) But I mean, if you want them back or want to lend them out more, I'll put them up now. Laughing - first The Gate Keeper flattens Tos in the Battle Coliseum, and then he sells me a Vengeful Kiyo Plushie at Blackheart Hollow. So, was he trying to apologize, or was he trying to rub it in? :-)

It is strange doing Battle Quests with all these borrowed weapons, but probably a good learning experience. Somethings were easier and some were harder. Very interesting.

Grats on the BHH snag! I mean, plushies aren't really my thing, I prefer books and wears, but a snag is a snag is a snag.

I managed to claw my way through 17 levels of BQs before getting tired of clicking lol We'll see what happens after the gym and shower. Maybe I'll feel refreshed and ready to do the last ... thirteen? idk how math works

- you can do is. I made it through Gate Keeper at Levels 21 and 22 (first time I've beaten him). If I can beat Gate Keeper, you can finsih off those battle quests! Go for it.

Okay - battle quests done. I'm looking at Surge and loaded with weapons doing water damage. I think I'll just let him sit, take a short break, and then go back after that hydra. If there's time later, I might try Surge. (I couldn't beat him with my regular battle set and I already got past Gate Keeper, so I'm counting today as a win.)

RE: training and keeping logs, I feel like I recognize Pacifist from the motivational thread we used to run. I really wish I hadn't had to drop it. It was really fun watching everyone's growth; I just didn't have the time to do the updates anymore. And it used to motivate me a lot to keep training too. Once I dropped that project, Thracian's training slowed to a crawl.

I think I'm going to hit the hay tonight. I have an interview tomorrow so I'm nervous and while it seems like battling would help get out some of my nerves it would just make me angry every time I lost

- thank you - that was hard. Not as bad as it could have been though, I did manage to stay under 100 battles. Poor Tos, I keep throwing her at big scary things. Her current battle stats are -

- Thank you. I am really enjoying the progress that Tos, Tharg and Gulp are making. Also I am still learning new things about battling which is fun.

- all this talk about caps has made me realize that Tos is only about 1/7 th of the way there. And here I thought that T9 was starting to be a BIG battle pet. :-) You can use the free time to comb the site for more intelligence boosters and books for Wuf (if there are any left anywhere). :-) You can never read too many books, but I'm guessing, at some point, you can probably equip more than enough scrolls.
