- thank you all. is the real star here. She came up with the battle set and strategy, and then she got five wins with her T8 pet Oranos! Still, I am very proud of my new accomplishment. I am still learning so much about battling.

Yep 29. A handful of those were from me playing around with what works and what doesn't. It took a lot of potion chucking lol. Oranos literally has no more dark x potions. I like to think that anytime you use a potion or pylonic, your pet is literally throwing the little potion bottles at your opponent.

Of course your pet is throwing the little potion bottles at the challengers. What else is there to do for it????

Thanks for the interview luck! I think it went well enough but all of my personality won't make up for my lack of experience if someone else is better qualified than me. I think I did okay though.

But home now grilling a steak because the weather turned gorgeous after a real gloomy morning. Going to gobble that up then retreat to the basement for some battles! Gonna see what kind of foes Pacifist can take on with 's weapons.

- yep - although I sort of think of it more as throwing little vials with a big kick, rather than bottles. Just sounds more manageable to me in battle, somehow. I mean, where would you keep all those bottles? And think of the chaos if some of them break! Or do you actually have to conjure each one right before you throw it? ... :-)

Oops, I forgot about that month off! I guess Tharg will just have to put up with me at the helm for awhile longer then. :-)

- glad to hear it went well. And you might be surprised. It turns out that experience can be gained, and skills can be learned so personality can make a big difference in choosing who to hire if the company and the person doing the hiring are smart enough. And I also was taught that it's not about who is better qualified, but, rather are you qualified. Because that better can be very subjective and hard to judge. Bottom line is, if you have sufficient skill/experience for the job (and/or they are willing to train) and they like you, then you have a reasonable chance at it. Wishing you good luck.

Yep, Rainbow Jello. Probably won't happen this year. I would have to get a set, scroll. Equip a bunch of pylonics, dark potions, and shards. I'm good with one pet getting the loot. XD Did I say I was lazy.
Well, that's good that the interview went well. Being eager about learning new things is a good thing. Enjoy your steak and get those battle challengers!! Ditto. Lazy after I did the challengers with my main... You're doing great. Before you know it your pet will be reaching the highest tier... time flies when you're having fun.

I like to think about what it actually looks like fighting opponents like crithbolcan. Ok using the trident makes sense because it causes havoc but when Verdugo uses the syringe, what exactly is he doing, punching mountains? Chucking potions at the ground? Lol

Oh yeah that's what I meant. Small potions and vials, it sounds ridiculous lol

His stats can definitely get him there and I'm sure your armory has what he needs. His AP is definitely low compared to his tier so scrolls will probably be a challenge. Bless him he tries.

Can anyone remind me the difference between somas and truth serum? Soma tablets turn a random weapon in to junk and serum actually steals, right?

Soma blasts a weapon and activates either a blessing or curse at random. It also has the chance to freeze and steal. Truth serum steals 2 of your opponent's weapons and shows you a third weapon. Are you using cronus blade against meatslab?

Welcome to the battling thread! You're friend was right, you've definitely come to the right place =) The 7-headed hydra is where you will probably get stuck. You can beat him with the right equipment and scrolls. Feel free to ask questions if you get stuck. There are a few people here that may even be able to lend you weapons if you need. Happy battling!

Don't get too excited! It's a rare curse. I have yet to see mine activate. At the stage I'm at, the heal on natasha is also much more reliable.
