((OOC: :( You are starting the werewolf on Monday which is great but I won't have internet starting on Tuesday so I'll follow along as best I can with my phone. I'll be moving so I might not be able to get to it and that is what makes me sad. :( But I will do my best to be here a TON. lol Hopefully you all won't notice anything different. As a side note the Dr's finally figured out what has been causing me such severe chest pain! :D My cardiologist told me that I have inflammation of the cardiac sac and it is not life threatening though it can be quite painful. She sounded really hopeful that if I started to eat more healthfully and put on more weight, that I would be fine again in no time. :D <3 ))

Fade had been so preoccupied with the unicorn that he failed to notice the latecomers join up with the club. It wasn’t until actually bumped into him that he snapped out of his trance and removed his hand from the mare’s shoulder. Blinking away his dreamy state he wondered why she looked so worried. He wasn’t sure quite what was going on but he felt inclined to apologize. “Sorry.” He smirked at her joke. “I’ve been great, what about you? Have a good holiday? Oh, and this is uh… Katsumi, right?” (()) This time he blushed a little, it really was quite rude to forget someone's name who you had only just been introduced to five minutes before hand. His hair however remained curiously white.
((OOC: oh that sounds like good news. hope its a quick process so you will feel better. Don't worry, we'll try to make sure you get to be around for the werewolf part XD)
(OOC: its fine. Did I type the wrong username??) Sauvage realized she was a bit high strung and just too worried about her surroundings. Being back at school with classes and trying to be involved in so many clubs had wound her up a bit too tight. She calmed down when Fade asked about her holiday. "Honestly?" she asked. "I didn't do much. I went back home to Montpellier and visited some friends there for the summer. Nothing too exciting. What about you?" she gestured to both Fade and Katsumi () when she asked the question.
Katsumi nodded as Fade introduced her, though her expression did nothing to reassure him after he fumbled for her name. She wasn't bothered, she just usually seemed less approachable than most people. She offered the newcomer her hand. "Hello. Montpellier...isn't that in France?" The name sounded sort of French, at least, and the student thought she might have heard it before. She wondered if the girl had ever visited the wizard school there -- assuming she was indeed French, and Katsumi hadn't just screwed up. "I spent most of my holiday in Japan. Dad decided he'd put up with apparating instead of dragging us with to where he's working. Vacations can be nice, but if you do it all the time it starts being more of a hassle. So I spent a lot of the summer practicing for Quidditch tryouts."
The way some people spell makes me wonder about their pronunciation. My CW shop, and my ping group
"Yeah, Montpellier is definitely in France. Sorry, about that." Sauvage shook her head while rolling her eyes. "Sometimes I forget who I tell and who I haven't. Originally, I'm from Montpellier. I used to attend Beauxbatons and then I moved to London a few months ago with my parents, so I know go to Hogwarts." Sauvage managed to sum up the past several months of her life into two sentences, feeling a bit homesick with how easy it was to mention her old life like it was so long ago. But it was what it was, she supposed, and looked back up at Katsumi. "So you play Quidditch? I wasn't all that interested in the sport at Beauxbatons, but I feel as though it's a lot more popular here. What position is it that you play?" Sauvage was about to ask which house Katsumi was in as well, but noted the Ravenclaw colors and made the connection silently.
Magnus called attention to himself with a cough. "As time with our horned friends winds down, I need ta make a few announcements regarding our next meeting. We meet at dungeon 7 next meeting at dusk. If you believe your pet will be scared, please leave it in your dorms. I will be less able to control meself. Me Dad'll be here in the morning to start setting up the security precautions along with some other Unspeakables. 'E will be running the session whilst I am er...indisposed. On that note, I might be extremely violent, which may disturb some 'o you." He wasn't sure what else to say at the moment.

“I spent time with Gaia and Magnus’s families. Had a lot of fun. Brushed up on some Quidditch practice too.” Glancing sideways back toward the unicorns a heavy feeling began to settle over his chest. Their time together was coming to an end and it was surprisingly difficult to accept it. Just before Magnus addressed the group, Fade swallowed his sadness and said his farewells to the mare and the foals.
Next week would be a great learning experience, and Fade would be glad to see Mr.Lee again. There was no doubt in Fade’s mind that the unspeakable team would keep them all perfectly safe. He admired Magnus for his willingness to share his experience with the club. “We know you don’t mean it.” He grinned at the other boy attempting to lighten the mood.
He gave Fade a half smile. "Thanks, mate. You know Dad told me Mimsy is always talking about Master Fade and how he left her a drawing. They framed it for her."
Fade blushed slightly. “Aww geez, I’m glad she liked it.” He chewed his lip and started to fidget with the hem of his robe sleeves. “Wish I could’a spent more time on it, you know, made it really frame worthy.” Mimsy had been so gracious and eager to please Fade couldn’t help but leave her a small token of his appreciation. He hadn’t ever spent much time with any other house elves. His mother had grown up with an elf named Berkeley but he still lived with Fade’s estranged Grandfather who he had never and probably would never meet.
Paddy looked at the eager, slightly apprehensive looks on her fellow students' faces, and tried hard to be excited for them. As much as she knew what being a werewolf was like, she'd wondered what it was like to be a human and witness a werewolf transformation. Magnus' father had asked to see her the next morning, but she had a feeling it would just a chance for him to say she wouldn't be able to participate, as two werewolves in the same session would be more than the school could agree to. "Mouse won't be in the dungeon," she said to Magnus, "but if you howl too much, she might try flying to you - she seems to be attracted to werewolf howls."

Not really sure what to say and seeing as how Sauvage had never witnessed a werewolf transform, she gave Magnus a nervous smile. Then, thinking how he might feel, she bit her lip and tried again, attempting to provide him with a genuinely reassuring smile. She trusted him, despite having never really talked with him. She knew she'd be safe.
Millie bid farewell to the beautiful unicorns. "Thank you for putting together such a great meeting, Magnus." Millie said. She scooped up her little cat and started making her way back to the Hufflepuff dorms.
Aderyn listened to Magnus () as he warned them of what to expect during the werewolf session next week. She was mingled nervous and excited, but she trusted Magnus so she was reassured that no harm would come to anyone. Smiling to reassure him and boost his confidence, she leaned closer to whisper to him.
"It's going to be just fine - don't worry. It'll be a great learning experience for all of us, and I can stick around if you need someone for support after you change back."
"If she liked it anymore," he said with a laugh," she'd be trying to change families."
The unicorns went very well and he was glad. He was more nervous that his friends and club members would be disturbed at his violence or at watching the painful transformations. But he was prepared despite his nerves. He didn't have the heart to tell Paddy there was no way her owl would be able to get to him. "Thanks, Aderyn," he said quietly, "if you want, that's okay with me. Don't know 'ow its gonna go. Me dad said he might 'ave to give me a sleeping draught depending on 'ow things go. 'E's not 'appy about me doing this at all. But I know 'e's got tighter security messures than maybe even Gringots."
"I'd be happy to stay. I can send an owl to my dad and see what he recommends we have on hand for potions and draughts for any kind of injury, or to help you through it all, too."
Oh there would be injuries, he thought to himself. He nodded not knowing what else to say. Part of him longed to be one of the other students to watch rather than be the one being watched. Yet, he wouldn't focus on this. No, it would do nothing to change what he was.
Werewolves
http://i.imgur.com/b6HHKWS.png"> ((ooc: art by )) Dungeon 7 had a bit of a change since anyone had been in it. Half the room was a normal dungeon, with several chairs set up. Towards the wall was a line of refreshments. Lots of sweets, drinks and fruit. Oddly no meat. Well maybe not so odd considering what they were about to do. Magnus and his father where there waiting for the rest of the club to arrive. Magnus glanced nervously at the other side of the dungeon. It had been magically extended and currently looked like a very, very large cage. Two of his father’s coworkers were standing over in each corner near the cage. Another one stood off to the side of the entrance to the dungeon. All three of them almost blended into the walls. If he didn’t know they were there it would be almost impossible to see them. Suddenly, Magnus heard a bleating. He went over and saw a little llama tethered inside the extremely large cage. “What’s this for?” he asked his father.
“For you to eat, son.” Bartley replied simply. Magnus looked at the shaking llama and almost started to cry. Bartley sighed. “Magnus…” he started. Realising his son couldn’t handle the idea no matter what he said, he muttered under his breath, “what the hell am I going to do with an Alpaca?” Then he crossed over to the animal took it from the tethered spot and removed it from the cage. Waving his wand he did a silent spell. “There, now he’ll remain this size. I guess we can shear it and make jumpers, though lord knows your mother is going to have a fit if he eats her flowers. I guess you ought to name it. I’ll have some food sent for the stupid thing weekly.” The tone was slightly dry, but Magnus knew his father was slightly amused. The llama was shaking as Magnus tried to approach it and he realised it was too close to him shifting. “It’s okay Freddie,” he said the name coming to him in an instant, “I ain’t gonna eat ya.” His father’s eyebrow raised slightly at the name and Magnus answered the unasked question. “Freddie cos it sounds like Fraidy.”
Members were starting to arrive, and Magnus pointed his father to Aria. Bartley Lee, smiled and went over to the girl. "Hello, Aria, I'm Bartley Lee. Magnus has told me a lot about you. Could I speak with you in private for a moment?" Bartley walked to a nearby dungeon and guided her inside. He knew he looked intimidating with his height and all, so he choose to sit on the edge of a desk and smiled. "Aria, Magnus has told me that you are without a family. Well..." he paused, "I know this sounds kind of odd seeing as you only know us through Magnus, but see... We would be honoured to welcome you into our house. Stella and I wanted children for a long time. We have been so happy to add Magnus to our small family and we would be thrilled to add you as well. If you wanted to that is. We have plenty of room, and we could even get your Dax a mini little home to sit in your room. If you didn't want to make it permanent, we would understand but still would be happy if at the end of the term you would like to come visit."
Aria smiled politely at Mr. Lee, “It’s a pleasure to meet you Mr. Lee. Magnus has said so many wonderful things about you.” Aria followed Mr. Lee into the dungeon and listened as he asked her to become a part of his family.
Aria didn’t quite know what to say, “Um, I –“ She looked at Dax, who had followed and was sitting by the dungeon door, and thought of Magnus. “I would love to be adopted,” she said in a whisper while looking down at her feet. After a moment she took a breath and looked up into Mr. Lee’s eyes, “but I am afraid that Dax and Magnus will have a hard time together.” Aria’s lower lip quivered and a tear snuck down her cheek, as Dax walked up to her and sat beside her leg.
Aria smiled and said, “Dax has been my only family for so long.” She looked at Mr. Lee with hope in her eyes, “I would really love to have a real family again, but I don’t want to upset Magnus.”
"Sweetheart, we wouldn't have suggested this had we not asked Magnus how he felt. Magnus will be fine. He told me he petted Dax. That watching him be so tender with the unicorn and with you makes him less scared. Trust me, the boy is tenacious. And he would be more than happy to have you become his sister. If this is you're only objection then I'll start the paperwork tomorrow. It will be official by the time term is over."
Aria was overcome with relief and joy after hearing that Magnus was warming up to Dax and that he wanted her to be his sister! "Thank you so much Mr. Lee!" Aria exclaimed exuberantly while throwing her arms around his waist, hugging him tightly.
Bartley laughed and hugged her warmly. "Bart, Bartley or Dad. Whichever works for you. None of this 'Mr. Lee' business." He reached into his pocket and pulled out a very old looking locket. "Stella asked me to give this to you. It's been in her family for over 1,000 years. Goblin forged. She's so happy to have a girl to hand it down to. Trust me," he said laugh," she'll be doting on you and fusing over you the moment you arrive home." He handed her the locket, which had a picture of the Lees on one side and a picture of Dax on the other. "She told me to tell you she'll take you shopping when you get home to help pick out things for your room." Standing up he smiled once more, "well we better get back, Magnus will be transforming soon. Come, my daughter." He put his arm around her and ushered her back to the dungeon.
Aria was so grateful to have a new family, it was almost too good to be true. She accepted the locket, "thank you so much, Dad," she said with a grin while carefully putting the locket on. "I can't wait to meet my new mom!" Aria said excitedly. She followed her new father out of the dungeon feeling a hundred different thoughts and emotions swirling through her mind.
Bartely looked at the time. “Magnus, I think you should get into the cage, son,” he said worriedly. “Unless of course, you’ve changed your mind. I have wolfsbane with me and no one would think the lesser of you.”
Magnus shook his head. “I’m doing it. Plus Paddy’s gonna be able ta be ‘ere, and you went to all this trouble.” He pulled off his shirt, his small thin frame highlighting his muscular body and then he kicked off his trainers, his socks the only thing keeping his feet from the cold dungeon floor. Bartley had a sad, worried look on his face but said no more. He simply locked the cage with another silent spell after the door was closed. There was nothing left to do but wait for the members of the club to arrive—that and for night to fall and the transformation to start.

Aderyn made her way down to dungeon 7 on the night of the Care of Magical Creatures club's werewolf meeting. She was running a little early, but she'd wanted to arrive before everyone else, if for no other reason than to reassure Magnus () that everything would be okay. As she walked in, she felt like she was being watched and she pulled her cloak a little tighter around herself, shrugging off the feeling and approaching the large cage wherein Magnus stood. She stopped outside of it, smiling and waving to him and to the other man there, presumably his father.
"Hey, how are you holding up?"
Millie left Cleo behind in the common room. She certainly didn't need her cat getting upset. She ran up the check the post to see if her father had replied. She heard the concern in Magnus's voice as she was leaving the other night and sent him an owl. Her father worked on the first floor at St Mungo's, which was the floor for creature-induced injuries. When she reached the top of the tower, she saw a package addressed to her from her parents. She opened and read the letter from her father. It included personal notes on spells used to treat bites, some powdered silver and dittany mixture, and something else wrapped in heavy paper. Millie read the note attached, saying to give it to Magnus to help his spirits and when Millie unwrapped, she saw two half frozen, raw filet mignons.
She wrapped the steaks back up and took them down the kitchen to soak in some cold water to help them thaw faster. While they thawed, she went into the common room and grabbed two warm blankets. By the time she had gathered the blankets and the items her father had sent, she returned to the kitchen and grabbed the steaks. She went down to Dungeon 7 and walked in and saw Magnus standing alone in a cage. She called out his name and walked over and handed the blankets to him. "I thought you would be cold, so here. And my parents wanted me to give these to you to help your spirits" as she handed him the filets. She hoped it was okay. She knew this was a tricky time for any werewolf and didn't want to upset him more.
"Me dad," he said introducing her to his father, "Bartley Lee. Dad, Aderyn. I'm okay enough I guess. We are gonna adopt Aria. Got meself a sister now. Be all official by end o term." He smiled, "trying to focus on that before the draught o' peace wears off. You?" Then Millie handed him a blanket which he wrapped around himself and set the steaks on the ground still in the paper. "Thanks," he said. "Millie, this 'ere's me dad, Bartley." A slight tremour could be seen that had nothing to do with him being cold.
"Nice to meet you, Aderyn," Bartley said warmly, "And a fellow Ravenclaw I see. Both my wife and I were in Ravenclaw." He nodded to Millie. "Hello. Magnus said he had some very kind and thoughtful friends. He'll like those steaks better than the llama I tired for," he said with a little smirk as his head pointed to the llama in the farthest corner away from Magnus. "Oh well, now we have another pet." He did also have pyjamas for Magnus that he planned on using a spell to put on him as he transformed back, but a blanket on top would be appreciated he was sure.
