I'm just working my way through quests, kissing as I go haha.

I didn't do legacy quests yesterday. I did my reflection paper (last assignment for the one class) and then ran to meet Ryan and give him his drivers license and suit coats. And got Zaxbys for dinner since thats where I met him at. And then I just, read. On my tablet. I just wasn't much in the mood, after I finished kissing people back.

I have already bought EVERYTHING new that I wanted. From both Skitters and Louis. So now its just collecting hearts to collect hearts. :/ Its great for all the new people, they need to catch up on all the old items, but there was so few new items (they were lovely tho!)...

I am neglecting quests HARD at this point. The lag and the kissing take it all up! But all good, I'm having fun and you're absolutely right, Kat, it's nice for me to be able to collect on the vaaast backlog of items. Also I'm zombify-ing! Kind of debating putting something on my HA to "fit" the zombie skin I'm developing right now, kind of... not wanting to put up with more lag haha.

Berry - seeee! I warned you about the lag!!! :D I've got about half my legacy quests done right now. Going to try and finish them today. Then I need to do some tidying up in my bedroom/closet area around my desk, I've just tossed a lot of my schoolwork onto the ground lol Along with other random things.

Oooh yeah, subeta event lag is legendary.

But also like.. I don't know, at this point, it kind of feels.. homey? Like.. that's just how it's supposed to be, during an event. Is it annoying and awful? Yes but.. it's just.. how it is :P

GUYS. Jolie is coming back to work on Monday.. she can't lift more than 5 pounds, she wants to do HER job and won't do a sitting job... but even the EMPTY trays weigh 3.5 pounds. She's not oging to be able to do ANYTHING, we're going ot have to keep doing it.. AND our jobs.. AND she's going to be getting paid the real money, instead of us!

AND.. on top of that.. she truely is an awful boss, and everyone is legit depressed about her coming back. Like, we're all actually upset.. including our big boss. This is just so stupid. She should be staying home for another week or two, for sure. Like. UGH.

Aww I'm sorry to hear that Mieke. If she can't do the job, why are they letting her come back? And if she's that bad to work with/for, why hasn't the big boss fired her or moved her somewhere else?

Totally!! If it wasn't laggy and glitchy during events, it just wouldn't feel right. I'll be in shock if that day ever comes.

After going really fast for the first two/three virus stages, I seem to be frozen. I did read Keith's post about the downtime not working right and something weird going on with the zombie stages, so I guess thats part of it. If I haven't moved stages by morning, I guess I'll do a ticket or something? I've also noticed on kumos I do not seem to have a virus at all, but here on legacy I'm stuck on stage 4. Hmmm. Posted in someone else's bug thread about it (the only place I see the bread face is on the chats in the kissing booth, anywhere else i go on the site, it shows my normal (hairless) head.

I don't think anyone realized that she was ENTIRELY the problem.. but also, you can't fire her. She does her job and fairly well, she's just an awful manager.

And Erin doesn't want her to come back and tried to tell her not to, but she can't forbid her, apprently? I don't even know. It's just all. Urghhhh.

Yeah, from reading the news things seem to be stuck. Maybe after the cron resets at midnight?!

Mieke that really sucks. Having a bad manager has such a giant influence on how work feels for everyone. The fact that even big boss is upset someone who reports to them is coming back to work... does sound a bit absurd! Happens more often than it should too, where someone can't be fired because they do their job well, but they're absolutely awful as a boss and are poisoning the work environment.

Seems like my zombie virus is progressing? I don't entirely know what's happening there, I'm just excited to see when I can maybe bite some people...

Stage 6 I think is when you can start biting people. However, its hard to find people to bite, and in order to be nice, you have to make sure the people you are biting want your virus (some people don't care and bite indiscriminately which is not nice! Because many people are trying to get specific strains, which is the whole point of the main bite board!!)

My virus is still stuck. I saw Keiths update post and visited the healer who said my virus would be restored at stage 6. However (its only been a minute or two) my virus is still stage 4. So....I'll give it a bit of time (let the cache catch up) and see...

- I put a whole bunch of flowers in trade because the gift box wasn't working the other day, but you haven't bid on them. Were you unable to see the links to the trades? I just sent some giftboxes this morning, it worked for me this time.

Yet my HA is still showing stage 4 ??? SO CONFUSED. Gotta love subeta events. Also I checked at the healer again and it is giving me the opportunity to "fix" it still - if it had gotten fixed, shouldn't that have gone away? sigh I posted on a bug forum.

Ohhh I missed the trades! My bad, Kat, I was too distracted by the Kissing going on 8) made my offers now, and gifts were received too, thank you so much - flower count is already up to 189 :D Doing legacy quests means I get to pick up some flowers on the way so I've been doing them today, haha.

I see, Kat, with the biting - that does seem a bit complicated. We'll see if I can get a bite in somewhere or no, whenever my strain is fully matured. I think it's not one that's widely requested!

And it's hard to follow the zombie strain for sure, I'm definitely with you there. So confusing! I don't know what's happening at all! But I have seen the final stage of your virus, and I think it's honestly pretty cute, so hopefully it shows up soon. Fingers crossed!

[edit] 4pm Ok so at some point during the day, my HA got the virus removed. But the skin is available in my wardrobe. So I went to the VIP and I could get a new virus. So now I have fresh. Since I was at work and had no idea what old skins I needed, I just chose another new one. I see my hair is STILL gone. Guess I'm just a baldy now.

Yay new virus! Also I think being bald during Survival makes sense, I have the impression hair doesn't play nice with the skins :')

Eh. Its not intentional. I have hair on in the wardrobe. Its the glitch from the update/transfer or whatever Keith did. But yea, being bald and naked helps you see the zombie skin progression better. I just usually don't care if I can see it under my clothes or not - because I can go to the Healer or the forums to see the stages lol

Okay I wasn't going to go for a virus this year, but Fresh was too cute to ignore, after seeing it! Pleasure isn't too bad either. But I wanted Fresh for sure! And some skins are friendlier to hair than others. Like the Angelic skin I wear almost year-round now that I have it! (but Fresh might compete because the final is SO CUTE!) (I also go for skins that are cutesy more than horrific looking ones-but I do like zapping random ones at the zapper that gives skins!)

I understand coworkers you have to lift the loads for, and them still getting paid! I get so frustrated when people show up just for paychecks in a NURSING HOME job. I get we're in the food area, but we're some of the ONLY faces a good portion of the residents get to see.

Totally agree Beth, "Fresh" is really cute :D I think right now I'm team "try to collect as many skins as I can" regardless of if I'll ever use them. Subeta does itch my collection instincts, so this is just one other thing to collect, and I think getting a random infection is kinda fun!

Signed on this morning, and Kumos went down like a brick. Can't kiss anybody so far. Heck! I need to get so many more candies still so I'm a bit hyper focusing on that. The Parlour has many pretty things and I'm trying to work my way through the years in chronological, currently working at 2015. So it's going well and I'm confident I'll get to 2026 - if Kumos comes back up and I can go ham in the kissing booths, that is! I'm having a lot of fun in my first Survival :D

Oh what a surprise. Kumos down and glitched HA's :P (NOT! Not a surprise). Well. Guess I'll get started on my legacy quests and kiss off my list.

Beth - school is good. I have two assignments that need to be graded in my classroom management class to get my final grade. But as usual, so far, I have full points on all graded assignments. And on Monday I start my "solo" teaching using the lesson plans, ideas, books, etc. that I chose. My university supervisor (professor) is coming in on next Thursday to observe again, this time for my small group assignment on sight words.
