I think i got all packed accept my toiletry as i still need stuff. I hope it will rain when i am inside or in bed. Still debating on the shoes. I got 1 peair that is open, i can walk on all day and can get wet. Debating on the second one, open or sneakers...

lol i am a packer the day before but been busy with the list days before. I got everything in my suitcase, it just fits. I am not getting the big one out as it's half a size bigger and then more stuff (clothes, disney stuff) can get in and gets more heavier.

I'll have to look for it! Little by little I'm trying to get back into exercising and I've been incredibly sore lol.

Shivers is so cool! Honestly I relate the most to half-light. I've spent a lot of my life in fight-or-flight mode so it made me feel seen, I loved how sometimes Half-Light's suggestions are really silly too.

I would highly suggest posting to Archive of Our Own (A03) for fics, if you aren't already, as the tagging system is great. The site is an archive so you don't need to worry about any algorithm.

No, no, no..you didn't dredge up anything bad at all. It is all on me and I have gotten over it...mostly, so it's ok. Don't worry :)

As for my kitties, Spot (the black one) can be a real brat at times such as picking a fight with Callie (my calico) but to be fair I caught Callie instigating a few too :D

Spot insisted on having a piece of potato again when I was preparing one but I decided it would not be a good idea as she horked up the last piece I gave her. Funny that when they want me to lay on the bed with them one or the other will meow and act like a real dope then when I finally get the message and lay down then they run into my room and jump on the bed with me. Kind of interesting that if we just relax and open our minds to our furry friends they communicate in ways we never realized!

Sometimes if I leave the room Daenerys/Dany (one of my cockatiels) will cry out to make sure I'm not dead xD

No..it was just plain potato but to be honest i gave her more than one piece so that was probably why. She also likes marshmallows too...strange kitty.

I know what you mean. My cats do something similar; they can meow like there is a problem when often they just want me to clean their litter box but on second thought that can be a pressing issue.

Also...like babies, once I clean the litter box then Spot (the black one) has to step in and make a...umm...'deposit'!

and Since they made a fuss about cleaning the litter box, it might have meant that they needed to go! lol Mine seem to feel like they won the Olympics if they are the first in the box after cleaning. Can't really blame them. :) It really is funny when I go to the bathroom and I close the door. Two of them sometimes yowl (getting louder if I talk to them) until I get done and open the door. Then they are like "Oh good you are ok, never mind..." or "How can you possibly close the door - I can't get in and you are unsupervised!" The third one will bat under the door but rarely meows. She is also the one who most often just pays attention and slips in with me - problem solved according to her. Ha!

Trixie, my mom's cat, is the first cat I can never have in the bathroom with me. First night over and Mom didn't warn me how interested she is in the toilet.

So there I am stepping away from the toilet and pulling my pants up when Trixie's investigation leads her to falling into the toilet and jumping out like Superman. Which meant she had to be bathed and that lead to my back being torn up.

Pokemon! Its my first time writing a story though so I dont think its very good haha.

Right now I'm using Royal Road. I did look at A03 but when I looked at the fanfic category for Pokemon it was all uh... Lets just say NSFW stuff. I ended up getting too scared to look at the rest of the site X_X

The funny thing here is that the litterbox is easily accessible but I also discovered that with Spot, sometimes she wants me to be in the room with her when she uses the box which is understandable as she almost always follows me into the bathroom and waits with me. Callie (my calico) occasionally follows me in but mostly Spot.

OMG! That was hilarious! Funny thing is that I bet the cat will do it again too!

However on a more serious note, in the wild the act of relieving oneself makes it vulnerable to attack so it stand to reason that your dog or cat is protecting you from possible danger while you are doing your thing.

ALSO perhaps when Spot uses the box immediately after it has been cleaned out is an act of marking it so no other critters other than her and Callie will use it. All those wild instincts are still there.

- When I had cats, they would bat under the door until I came out. Funny thing, my kids started doing the same thing, batting under the door when they wanted in. 😆

- Everyone thinks their own work is horrid. You'd be surprised at how much of it isn't actually bad. It may need a polish but that's it. You can go to my blog and see some of the stuff I've written. None of it is fan fic, though, but it's all short stories. My blog is here. It's also safe for work. It only includes a small portion of what I've written. Most of my stuff is on a thumb drive that my son keeps. I may post it to the blog but right now I'm trying to cure my 10 year old writer's block. :D

Oh, ouch! Need welding gloves and one person holds and talks softly, even if its colorful metaphors, while another is doing the bath. Although for less dirty jobs, I've found a wet washcloth works great without them near the water. And they like being fluffed with a towel, tho it might take several tries because they walk off. :)

I've seen two of my cats that I previously had in the litter box at once. Happened a couple times. Neither was happy and usually were not able to do the job properly, so I ended up cleaning again.. Ugh. There were several times through the years when someone got attacked in the litter box. Just not right! I would sometimes be on guard duty if the same two were involved. And once the attacker just got shoved out the kitty door to the catio and locked out. I was tired of that behavior after he did it multiple times in one day involving several cats. They loved the catio, but all of them, esp that one, hated to be locked out on purpose. Let him back in an hour later, after him pawing the door and yowling piteously, and it was peace for weeks. At least for that. lol

Mine did that too, and so did Rox and I. We would sometimes play with the paws that reached under the door, but you had to be quick to not get clawed. They were hysterical sometimes..
