I AM DONE DONE DONE DONE DONE Finally, no more going to the daycare LOL Finished all the work in that class too, tho I am going to go over the final project one more time to make sure I didn't miss anything or mistype something before I turn in the final draft. I did turn in the "rough" draft that was due by Dec 7th lol Since I'm DONE with it except for a final check. I completed TWO! YES! TWO other assignments for my other class since I was sitting there on my butt doing nothing at the daycare today. Got them turned in too. That leaves the reading/quiz and finishing up the lecture notes assignments - which I started at home but forgot to take with me today. Or I could have finished THAT too.

And I think I already said, but I'm ALL done with the OTHER class too - so now its just to focus/finish the ANNOYING class :P Which - yes. Is a lot and is annoying. For example, this week ON BREAK we had FOUR assignments. Next week we have three or four and the final week we have like two PLUS the presentations!!

edit: 655pm I ... spent ALL my csc ... and didnt even buy ONE book. Where did all the BIRDS come from? 😮 And I got all my minions and other treasure chest items. Now I can't buy books sighs one day (not in a rush for them, I plan to buy 19 of every book, so yeah, thats a long-haul goal anyway!)

I've done all my quests, read all my excess books (ones I'd been hoarding until I had time to read them) and updated my minions checklist AND updated my food/books wishlists. Busy me.

Going to get off here, read a little bit on my kindle and go to bed. Dr apt (check up for the gastro/fatty liver thing) at 8am, and then pack up and drive to Katies for Thanksgiving! I'm going to try to get on while I'm down there, but depends on how busy I stay.

I am back, and I bought SO many clothing items in the sale (specifically backgrounds)

I also bought the last couple of Cash Shop challengers I needed, and got a subscriber account again (mainly so I could auto-book all of my pets at the resort for a few weeks and the vouchers for the custom wearable shop!)

HI Beth! Totally ok to NOPE out of things :P I'm at my daughters now, but they and the other parents had not eaten, so they went out to lunch while I cook pies :P I didn't want to leave my dog alone in a strange place, so me and Nathan stayed while they go eat. I also need to make my broccoli/rice casserole, and that way I don't have to use the oven tomorrow while she apparently cooks a turkey, a duck AND a ham :o ambitious girl!!

However I may have to run out to walmart. This child has no large mixing bowls eep. Need one for the pudding pie and keylime pie. AND Nathan left our dog chain at home, and I worry about leaving the dog out in their backyard free w/o someone watching. They blocked off the gate area, which is the main opening she could escape from - but I don't want to risk it. So I wanted her chain to tie her around a tree or something. So I may run up to walmart for a chain and mixing bowls LOL (Mostly for while we eat, since there will be 7 people in here and I don't want her bothering the cats or people while we're all busy) She's doing good so far. The cats are hiding in another room and she's in here with me LOL

El stopped by and made dinner (that was great!), and Alex and I started some things for tomorrow.. boiled and peeled the eggs for devilled eggs, he made our dip for lunch, and I finally cut up the stuffing bread to dry out LOL. That's.. about as far as we got.

Well you spent more than I did - well maybe not more (I probably spent more thanks to that generous anonymous gift!!) but you spent to a lower amount lol I didn't want to spend all of it just in case - and I was glad I didn't because I got the 11th constellation battle figurine thing for Shassy's treasure chest!! I need to figure out which order they go in. I can't remember the zodiac too great anyway and I just tossed them all in there when I bought a bunch during the sale.

School (College) is ALMOST OVER! Only two more zoom meetings for this semester. And ALL my assignments in my TWO classes are done - but I have FOUR assignments to finish in the other one (yes, the annoying one of course). Two of them are group things - so I need to meet up with my partner again via zoom I guess this weekend and finish them. Its one that was supposed to be IN CLASS (but we didn't work on it in class really - and the teacher changed the due date to Sunday instead of that Monday night - so my partner didn't want to stay online and work on it) - and we have to finalize the unit project stuff. I sent an email to that teacher to verify a few things about some stuff - and hopefully can turn in my final IEP - as I felt I completed EVERYTHING that needed to be on it - and the only feedback she gave me was "excellent work". No corrections or asking to include anything else or whatever, so umm hey? Does that mean its good and I can turn it in for the final grade??? And of course, the last assignment is a quiz. I need to read two chapters (snore snore snore) and do the quiz.

- of course it means you can turn it in now and get a 100% on it, after a quick review to catch any missed mistakes, that is. I bet you're glad the class is almost over. :D

I don't remember the order either, but I know it started with the Zentu. When in doubt, check the news posts! Or the fandom page. I know my one late June was the Ontra for Cancer.

- I sure hope so! I am SO DONE with this class :P She responded to my email and only answered the FIRST question (about the ungraded assignments) ARGH. I did notice I had some "dates" on the paper wrong hahaha Kind of hard to send a 2nd notice before you send the first notice :P (We didn't really send ANY notices, I just wrote in dates, and didn't realize how I put them) But that's an easy fix. But yes, I am hopeful that since that was all the feedback I got, it means its good and done and I can turn it in. This assignment was three part turn in - so she could monitor how we were doing, and provide feedback at several parts. I completed everything, instead of stopping at the part 2 spot.....

Thanks - I have a couple other zodiac things in that treasure chest - I hate going back over old news posts, its annoying. I just have to figure out which ones (figurines) are which zodiac sign and then put them in zodiac order hahaha I'll do it eventually. All my other zodiac items are in order. - No, I don't need the actual dates, thanks Beth!! My treasure chest is in order now!! :D I had wondered for a moment about the stones being a key, but realized fast that they werent - can't be since zodiac usually covers 2 months, not just one.

I like the zodiacs, though I am not all into the reading the horoscope at all. I like the imagery and the signs and stuff. I'm a Gemini, my kids are Leo, Scorpio and Sagittarius. I also learned about the Chinese zodiac and if I remember right, me and my daughter are both year of the snake, but I don't remember what the boys are. Some of the zodiac things in the treasure are from that too! Coins and minions. I need to look at the random items and see if there are matching things for the other signs. Shassy's Page

EDIT: Ok since I mentioned it, it made me curious and I had to go look. I was right, me and Katie are both snake - she is Metal Snake and I am Fire Snake (and I did not know before there was more than just "snake!") Shane (my oldest) is Earth Tiger and Nathan (my youngest) is Fire Dog (Hey, we matched too, we're both Fire!) LOL :)

- Have you thought that you're getting unhelpful critiques because the prof is already on Christmas break in her head? I had a couple of profs like that when I was in school and it drove me crazy too. Then, in my last year of school, I just let myself go on Christmas break early and still got an A. Go figure. 😂

- No I don't think that is quite it - It's more that she has been in Kenya visiting family for the past two weeks AND was stuck in an airport for Monday's class ROFLMAO Poor woman. Before this past grading session, I've had decent feedback. I think she just had a WHOLE lot to catch up on as she wasn't able to do her normal routine as she was out of the country.

I AM ready for Christmas break tho!!

Honestly? I don't know. I'm happy here. I enjoyed my experience in Jamaica for my 20th wedding anniversary- but it was at an all-inclusive resort - I didn't go exploring the actual country. As a kid I visited Mexico, that was fun, but not sure if I'd enjoy it the same way as an adult (we went to Tijuana I think, and explored the market, and I remember getting to buy a puppet). I think now, if I travelled, I'd prefer to go meet people, so maybe England - where I have a few online friends.

Yep, almost done with this semester. Then spring is my final semester - and yesterday the PreK director did a walkthrough at our school (admin from everywhere does it at all schools once a year), and stopped to ask me how my schooling was going and how close I was - she seemed excited I was almost done, and said she'd keep an eye out for openings and let me know (I will also be looking at the in-house online job openings come like Feb/March!!)

[edit] 120pm DONE. Well, almost. I do still have to read 2 chapters and take the quiz. Thats my last assignment. (I do have to do the presentation and submit the IEP still, but eh, its DONE). Was in a zoom meeting for almost 2 hrs working on the unit project (Final) and the other group assignment. Hope we did alright on that 2nd one. No idea if I understood the directions correctly. We tried. She agreed with how I interpreted it so, eh.

Anyway. I do NOT want to read 2 chapters. I already know I'll just fall asleep :P But I need to read them and do the quiz. Guess its time for that sigh

I'll have no college from Dec 11 until January something (5th maybe?) And no work from Dec 19 to Jan 5th.

I have finally finished reading my two chapters, and am ready to take the quiz. But Nathan will be home in less than 30min for dinner - and Shane should be at the truck stop by 7-730 for me to pick up PLUS Anna is dropping off some more of Shanes things, and I think she's here now in fact, Belle is barking....

Hey everyone, glad to see the board lively again!

THE CHRISTMAS MARKET IS OVER. It was a great year though, all the vendors, community people, and visitors all had a great time so.. at least there's that!

But OMG I'm so tired, I can't even tell you how much I've walked over the past three days haha. We left Friday directly from the school (took the girls out early to volunteer), then hurried and put many layers on before we went to finish setting up for four hours. Then market for 3 hours before another hour of cleanup.. and it was SO cold, like feels like 9f cold. Brrr.

So yesterday and today I wore three pairs of pants, instead of just two haha. But another 10 hour day yesterday, and another 8 hour day today.. so super super glad to be going to work tomorrow already :P

Errr yeah no thanks!! I don't like going out when its below 40F !!! BRRRR

I almost went to the Mistletoe Market downtown today, but it was too cold. Plus, I ended up running all over heck and creation it felt like (just to walmart 3x honestly!)

Shane stuff. Yeah. Right now I"m so PO'd at him. I haven't said anything because I'm waiting to see how it plays out. But TODAY - he first annoyed me buying a tv for his truck, but did NOT pay me any $ whatsoever that he owes me, not even the $25 for spending the night we agreed on. I DID mention this to him (about how he needs to remember to pay me for staying here, and that I set up a new sheet to record when he does pay me for that as well as for what he owes me from two summers ago).... Fine tho, he says he plans to pay me when he comes home for Christmas.

This morning I took him to walmart to do his shopping (where he bought the TV amid other things). I found a movie for Wesley for Christmas that I wanted to buy but it was cheaper to order it online for pickup and they WOULD NOT give me the online price in the store, so I ordered it online for pickup sigh So i went BACK to walmart two hours later to pick it up hahahah Then Nathan takes Shane to his truck to help him load all his crap AND set up the TV - to find out Shane forgot to get the mounting kit for trucks for the tv sigh So they come back to the house, I take Nathan to work, and Shane BACK to walmart at OMG 3pm in the afternoon when I HATE shopping because the lines go halfway thru the stores!! UGH. Anyway so on that trip TO Walmart Shane casually says to me (WHICH IS WHY I'M PO'D) "oh i've been talking to Anna and she wants to fix things with us. So I told her I would think about it, but only with certain conditions" UGH UGH UGH I wanted SO MUCH to yell at him about how stupid that is, because obviously you can't make it work, she's already had another "boyfriend" while you were gone for less than a week anyway, AND she's filed for the divorce supposedly. I only said "oh but she's already filed for divorce hasn't she?" Yes - "but we'll just go thru with that, and then if I decide I want to work it out with her, we'll just have a relationship instead of a marriage" AGAIN - UGH UGH UGH I also wanted to fuss at him about the freaking STRESS and MESS he's made, disrupting my life and Nathans so that he could "move" in here - more like store his stuff and stay a day or two a month, but still....it takes MY time and MY energy and MY planning to figure if I am feeding him or not PLUS MY CAR to drive him around wherever (pick him up, take him back, run him to the store, etc). He has no clue how much he messes with our routines, and I don't know how to tell him w/o sounding like an ass who doesn't want to help him, doesn't want him here. I ALSO don't want him in/out just because he's "Trying to make it work" with Anna. NO NO NO NOT happening. You can come here if you are DONE with her, but we aren't playing musical houses here ARGH!!!!!!!

On a much better, more fun note, my neighbor gave me an early Christmas gift, and we played it today - Monopoly Deal (card game!) yay!! IT was so much fun!
