In this case the narrator was Alex. I make sure that the narrator's name at the top is in all caps and bold to make it stand out more.

I don't have his last name at the top to match the fact that Jash only goes by one name.

Maybe your screen reader has trouble picking the narrator's name up? I don't know if a word being all caps and bold makes a difference to a screen reader.

- I saw that part but the screen reader did not pick up that it was in all caps or bolded. It basically ignores things like that. Next time I will make sure I pay attention to the beginning. :P

ACK I'm having a hell of a time. I got a notice on the Site Update group about The Subeta Team buying up stuff again. I went to reply and found out that I couldn't because it's in the Kumos side and I don't know how to do the forum over there. So, I spent almost 2 hours trying to figure it out. I got so far as to figure out how to get into the posting area and then got stuck. I couldn't get out of the posting area to actually post my reply. XD I tried everything I know to get out of that input square and all to no avail. Ugh. Does anyone know anything about that side of the site and if you do, do you have any grains of wisdom to impart on how to post on Kumos? If it turns out that I won't be able topost on the forums because the screen reader just doesn't work there then there will be little reason for me to play Subeta. I mainly come on to see how you all are doing. I'm going to tool around on the screen reader's web site and see if they have anything I can use. :/

Yes life did that to us, it tells us other things are important and we will be back when we are meant to be. Learning for first respont carer, means i am in charge of my clients and are first to consult when there are things. So i can have talks with family, docs, etc and i have final say. big thing but not liking the presentation part.. i had to invite my manager and the person who is overseeing me (co-worker). Will be a thing in june... sheehs.

I now have a week off, disconect from work stuff so just me time. It's nice and sunny here, bit chilly but washing are in the sun and even my duvet. Will smell fresh when i will make the bed.

- Exactly. :) You'll make a good priority nurse. I guess that is like a charge nurse over here. I don't blame you for not liking the presentation. I always get nervous when having to talk in front of people. Do you know if they will go? Are they part of the presentation or just guests? It's getting warm here, in the 70s. Well, it was. Now it's raining and in the 50s. Silly Spring weather doesn't know what to do. :))

I got a new chapter out.

When I outline I do a big outline to pace the story and when I get to individual chapters I 'finalize' that chapter's outline to make sure it's fun to read.

In the big outline the only thing of note in the chapter was basically Jash talking to Alan. Past Me had too much faith in Future Me xD

No, Past Me didn't mention anything that they wanted Jash and Alan to talk about.

I do go on Kumos if I have to in order to use the wardrobe. Because accessing it only from this site sometimes doesn't work for some reason.

they will be guestst for the presentation. Not sure if they will come, we shall see. I am not liking to speak in big groups, small groups are ok but i also have to defend my stuff so.. thats a thing...

And thanks! prioraty nurse/charge nurse seems the same to me with some stufff we do here and not like you. I am there for my residents and now i can have a more say in things.

You certainly are entertaining. :)) As for Kumos, Now that I know what doesn't work for me I can figure out how to fix it. I just hope it won't entail talking to the programmer because I doubt a programming fix would be instituted just for one player. XD

- It's good that you're advancing your education. I've never liked talking in front of anyone but will if I have to. Once you get up there and start defending your work you won't have any more problems because you know your work, you got this! I still miss when I was in school. I wish I could go back, but I can't because of student loan reasons. :D

Future Me hates that Past Me has so much faith XD

Migraines have been going on for a good week. Hopefully once the rain stops they'll go away. If not I will call my neurologist as waking up in pain isn't fun. I was going to call this week (as I was having migraines last week) but with the rain it might be that my weather predictor (aka migraines) is acting up for that reason.

Hi all! Well, My office is finally mostly together. My computer desk is in, and my son did an amazing job on it. I have a matching desk and hutch that was stained to resemble cherry that Rox found outside a bank. It only had a few blemishes. Couldn't believe they threw it out. Anyway, it's a normal depth but my legs are much too long. I had to be able to stretch out some, so I used a door (cut just over half) laid horizontially in between the desk and hutch. It was the wrong color and the worse for wear, but I made do. Anyway, Cory built a new piece to replace the door that is perfectly suited for the desk. He covered plywood cut the right size with some of the flooring from the first time my office was done that had to be taken up. I really love it and the color is beautiful. He trimmed it out and stained the edges very close to the cherry, and now it really is all one set not a mismatch. It looks like it was originally made that way. He is so talented at so many things. <3

I hung some curtains I found that I'd bought years ago, and I still like them a lot. They are bright jewel tones in a geometric pattern. And I was finally able to put up the pretty new paintings I'd gotten and framed, as well as two pieces I did a number of years before. A colored drawing of a D&D character I played decades ago and a neat bear at the edge of a river. He was done by using different tools on both sides of a sheet of copper to create an almost 3D effect. I gave it to my father for Christmas a long time ago, and he always loved it. But my favorite is a signed Boris Vallejo print my daughter bought for me a few years ago (when we were still speaking). AND I'm quite happy to report that my computer got moved from the dining room table, and I have sound again! I really missed that. I still have to get my shelves arranged and both my desks in order, but I'm getting there! So excited. :)

Oh I HATE migraines - esp when they last for days, much less a couple weeks! Yuck. I'd have already been in to get anything to help. Hope it goes away soon and never comes back!

My father would be a little shocked at all the changes, but he would eventually approve. :) I like the Wizard for the tokens and the other stuff now too, and I play the Library sometimes. Thanks! Most of my art I gave away or sold through the years, but here's some pieces I did that are left:

1. This is Zilvra one of my many D&D characters.
2. This is a cool experiment I think - I painted Gemsbok on two pieces of clear plex and Dad framed them about an inch apart like a shadow box to show distance.
3. And this was just for fun - a New Daddy Knight I drew for my son-in-law at the time when my grandson was born. David was really tall and I just thought it was funny that his horse is so short. lol If you look close I wrote labels on things, like the diaper pail, and added baby bottles and stuff. Everyone loved it, but David left it, and Dad grabbed it and had it all these years. I think I'll finally frame it. :)

Animals just do their own thing. Like when my birds decide to fly all around for no reason (which ends with Jorah usually crashing so I have to race to save him). Or when Dany decides to yell at the top of her lungs if I leave the room. Or if I'm in the room.

Sorry i am poofing at random. I needed more me time, Leonie (emory) is aware what is going on and i asked her to keep quiet as i wanted to tell when i was able. Been not doing so well, dizy, feeling drunk in the head (while i am notdrunk), can't concentrate, etc. So i called in sick and went to the doc. I am on the verge of a burnout, (who diagnosed me) and worked called the work doc. Long story short i am home hoping to get over it, the work doc said i will be out of the running the rest of the school year. So i am home, resting, doing so excersises, going to the psychiatrist.

So on when i am up for it as i can't concentrate much...
