Today I signed up to be a girl scout leader next year, because I am a sucker.

But also we tossed Iz's booster seat when we got home today, she's tall enough to not need it at all anymore, which is VERY exciting!

Oh wow. Yes very exciting!! I probably got rid of my booster seats earlier than I should have, what with complaining kids and all. Did no one else want to sign up? Shane was my only scout, and he only did a few years of cub scouts. He did NOT like it when the pack changed and I had to become his year leader, so we ended up quitting. (Not sure why he didn't like it anymore, I just remember he didn't - I think maybe he looked forward to being around other kids and there wasn't any his age when the pack changed). I was a girl scout as a kid and my mom was pack leader. I remember her teaching us how to sew buttons onto cloth lol I have a vague recollection of a dark haired little girl being my friend and when I look at old school pictures I can recognize her - and her name was Elizabeth :D (which I only know because the names were listed on the picture)

oh I forgot to mention that the principal came by - I did NOT ask him about the list for next year - but he gave me my - oh what do you call it? I forget - anyway the paper that says if I am doing my job right all year. Everything was marked proficient (excels is best, but no one ever marks excel, you know?) - you only get in any kind of trouble if you get marked below proficient - there is good and poor below that or something similar - and the "trouble" is that they monitor you more closely the next year to see if you improve and THEN if not, you get moved for let go because you aren't doing your job. so again, no reason to think I'd be fired, if I am proficiently doing my job :P I should have asked him. I just didn't' think about it. The teacher next door stated that if she saw him she was going to ask why there wasn't any para's listed beside the PreK names hahah but I doubt she did either.

haha. Well, I think everyone had theirs until at least 5th grade here, Iz is very nearly done with 5th grade and only 6 weeks until she turns 11. Which is insane to me! :P

Nope. I said I'd be COleader, so they'd have to find someone else, I'm not doing it alone!

Oooh well congrats on a good evaluation! And I wish she would have asked, I think we're all curious now :P

Work this morning, then I have to bring a music jacket back to the embroiders because he got the name wrong (AGAIN?! Two years in a row he got a name wrong), then this afternoon I have a nominations committee meeting at church and tonight I have a womens civic league meeting. Busy day around here.

... I think I'm gonna stop and get ice cream for lunch.

Ahh yes busy you Me, I think not much happening after school. Maybe burying a dog. I think she maybe passed this morning it was very hard to tell and I didn't have time to deal with it, so I will see this afternoon But she moved her head around 6 when I first went out there and then I didn't see her move and could not tell of she was even breathing when I checked her before we had to leave. 😢

So. Yes. The dog passed on. So we are dealing with that now. Well Nathan is mostly. (Digging a hole)

No, we only get them for the juniors at the end of the year. So it was a different kid than last year :P

Yeah :( Or about having Nathan do it here at home either....if I couldn't find a vet sooner. And honestly I really prefer them to pass on their own as long as they aren't in super pain or suffering (and I think she was getting there but which is why I wanted to go find a vet or do something...but...well. As you said, she decided for me) I didn't think Nathan was very bothered by it all, but at the end he asked if he could go get something for dinner because "he wanted to drive for a bit and clear his head anyway" so I was like, about the dog? "yeah" - ok go ahead. So dinner out again but I don't think I can put in the effort to cook right now anyway. Maybe tomorrow.

Oh no Kat i'm so sorry :( that must of been so tough, but at least she went naturally so you didnt have to deal with the vet and everything, so sorry Nathan had to deal with it too :(

I hate needles too. I simply cannot look whenever they draw blood or give a shot....and I freak out and have to control my breathing if they go near my back (oddly, I am fine when I know they are giving me a shot in my upper hips/butt area and I have to turn around for that...but I haven't had anything other than that in years - that and my arm - but even the thought of a needle in my back makes me cringe - due to an issue I had over 26 years ago)

edit: Oh yes. I forgot, so yesterday on the way home, Nathan asked, can he stay home the next three days, as tomorrow (today) is senior exam make up day, and then nothing doing at all thurs or fri...they have all of next week off anyway due to being seniors and graduation practice. So I asked him how his exams went (Knowing he has currently a 67 and 69 in his two english classes, BUT his teacher hasn't put in new grades in 2 weeks) - he said he couldn't remember Mondays exam (Hahah whatever) but the one yesterday - 12th grade english - he said he got a 95 and finished the exam in 7 minutes. I said "CAN I SMACK YOU?" He was like? What? Why do you want to smack me, I did good on my exam!! NO SHIT SHERLOCK!! I want to smack you because if you can get a 95 on an exam that took you 7 minutes if you'd put in the SMALLEST bit of effort all year long you could have had a passing grade!! I did also tell him I was proud of the 95. BUT STILL FOR CRYING OUT LOUD KID!!!

Was supposed to go volunteer at park cleanup today, but it's raining and Lily and Iz aren't feeling super super great so.. staying home this morning. And poor Alex is at work soooo. Quiet morning!

- yes it is a weapon, a rare one, one of the "legendary" weapons if I remember right. I vended one a LONG time ago, like within my first 5 years onsite. Sold it. Dumb me hahaha but I never thought I'd be into battling or want the weapons. I think I have an , and I had a at one point.

it is supposed to rain here too - the neighbors boyfriend/fiance (whatever they are, not sure if they are engaged but they do plan to marry) is here to do yardwork before it rains more. It already rained all day yesterday so everything is WET. Fun for him :P I'll wait til it dries a bit more and have Nathan do it while I'm at work - hopefully before everyone starts showing up Tuesday/Wednesday lol

Papa (my dad) and Kathe are coming Tuesday afternoon/evening. No idea if they will come to the house - papa is going to a Mason's lodge meeting that night, so Kathe may or may not come to the house or she may go to the hotel. Shane and Anna are coming Tuesday or Wednesday. Asher (Nathan's boyfriend) is coming Wednesday. Everyone else (Katie and Wesley, my mama and dad (stepdad but he's my DAD as I have a papa!), possible 3 nephews, Ryan with maybe plus one, and his dad/stepmom) will come Thursday I guess (they are more local, GA and FL). No idea if anyone plans to stay at the house other than Asher - I only have the one extra bed (Shane is taking it back with him when he leaves) and two air mattresses. And well the two couches on which there are four recliners which would work in pinch for overnight, I guess. Papa is leaving Friday to go to FL, Mama will leave Friday to go to a wedding, Asher leaves Friday too. Shane leaves Friday or Saturday.

And yes. He will need to get a job between graduation and his birthday (when ex stops paying child support) or he will have no food except ramen noodles because i won't be able to afford to feed him and buy his sodas and energy drinks. NOPE. Told him that already and will tell him again after graduation. (his birthday is in August, he'll turn 18 then)

All this chaos is giving me a headache to think about. Mostly because I know that I will still be at WORK while all these people are coming and going!! So frustrating. I really don't want Nathan to drive to Atlanta to the bus stop by himself to pickup/take Asher - but I can't get off work (no personal days left AND they frown on you being out the last week of school anyway). And I won't really be able to see anyone as they'll all be leaving so quickly after they arrive. (Except my dad I guess, I will see him Tues Wed and Thurs after work I think) And Katie - because she is going to the RenFair with me and Nathan on Saturday.

Talked to my mom last night. So no nephews, she and dad are coming Wednesday, leaving Friday. Will stop back by after the wedding and maybe visiting my other brother too, so not sure exactly what day they'll be back but they'll stay a few days then to visit with less chaos LOL Also talked to Shane - they are planning to arrive on Tuesday morning some time. With a kitten. There are a bunch of kittens around their house apparently and one looked abandoned and ignored by the other kittens/adult cats, so Anna took it. Then they asked if they could bring it since it's so little and they can't leave it alone. Spoke to Ryan as well, and he says his mom isn't coming, and no one else has said anything to him. So I guess we are good with tickets. Now to just be able to find Ryan/his dad and get them their tickets as everyone else (well maybe not Katie and Wesley) should be at MY house before we head off to graduation.

I'm working on dishes and tidying up random things around the kitchen and living room. Then I'm going to have to attack Nathan and/or his bedroom if he doesn't get his butt on it. his room and the game room. Because if my mom/dad stay here, Shane/Anna stay here, SOMEONE besides Nathan will be in his room. I need to inflate the two twin air mattresses and see if they both stay inflated (tho Nathan is just as likely to just sleep on the couch) and get some twin sheets because I am not sure if I have any left any more! I also need to hunt and see if I have any extra blankets that aren't just throw blankets. I got rid of SOOOO much last summer because "I don't need it" and I really don't - except when everyone shows up at my house for BIG events I guess! :P if needed I can just go run buy some cheap blankets/comforters I guess.

I hear that. It's easier said than done to get his butt cleaning his ROOM. He'll clean the rest of the house no problem, but when it comes to the crap all over his floor, he doesn't want it moved or touched. And I'm sorry but people don't need to be wading through your crap! (Dirty clothes/towels, old dishes and trash from food/snacks, piles of clean clothes, piles of books, tools, game stuff, bb guns and stuff for them, etc. ARGH. Just pick it up and stack it on shelves or something at least!!! One thing this house does NOT lack is shelves. And we have random stuff on them so if he needed one, he just has to move random stuff to another shelf that has space lol TWO of those are in Shanes room and he hasn't been here in MONTHS (close to a year by now!) so those would have been easy to clean off and take (Shane doesn't even have much ON them) He claims he vacuumed a couple weeks ago but I don't know HOW as the floor is still covered in stuff and I never saw it tidied up.

Speaking of Shanes room - hahah guess it won't be HIS room anymore. I will need to eventually paint over the crappy camo wall (teenage boys sigh at least the other three walls are basic brown/green) and I am not sure if I want to set it up with a bed as a guest room, or set it up as an office/school/storage space for me to do my college classwork in instead of being out in the livingroom and hold all the bulk items like paper towels that I bought... (my other option on that is to move my desk to MY room, which I now have space for, with the smaller bed, AND I don't have a needy dog out here to whine at me if I am in there either now miss her tho). I am leaning more towards storage space/school at the moment, but just am not sure if I'd feel as comfortable in there as I would in my bedroom. Desk in there or bed (eventually as when Shane takes the mattress/bed that is in there I won't have any extra beds and will have to buy something), its still going to be storage. Including Ryans gun cabinet and all of the kids random things that are still floating around here instead of being with them :P Tho I am trying hard to get them to TAKE IT (the two that are gone)

I sent you a couple weapons I have equipped for my tier 3/4 pets. (Only Sheli is massively trained!) I hate long drawn out battles, so I always tend to try and find things that hit high points, and also I don't battle anything that I can't kill in more than 2/3 hits LOL So even though I COULD battle some things, I just don't because I don't play around with weapons and try to find the "right" ones to work for each opponent. I just equip good enough things that hit pretty hard and only battle things I can defeat :P Also if you do NOT have a pheonix quill, get one. Millionaire shop, 8mil. FULL healer, but can only use it once per battle.

ARRRGGteenage boys and their rooms they WON'T let YOU clean/tidy but they don't want to clean it THEMSELVES!

He will soon clean it if you threaten to go in there with a trash bag and throw everything on the floor or lying around in the trash if YOU have got to clean HIS ROOM.

My mum did it to me when I was in High School one day she had asked me to tidy my room so she could vaccum in there my room was a Pig sty clothes all over the floor empty chocolate bar wrappers, dishes, school books pens pencils you COULD'NT see my floor LOL so my mother put everything in trash bags and put them in the shed (I didn't know this ) my whole wardrobe of clothes were now I thought in the trash not to mention my schoolbooks with all my class work in them. I just burst out crying my mother left me in my now empty room for about 10 mins then brought the trash bags back up to my room and made me put everything away tidy and threatened that if my room got in that state again she WOULD ACTUALLY let the trashmen take my STUFF My room was ALWAYS tidy after that little wake up call LOL :P
