And that's it. Might be some very small minor changes here and there, but overall the revamp is about done. I haven't seen any serious complaints about any of the opponents. Revamped weapons seem to be performing well enough. I'm calling it. The revamp is finished! Hoorah.

While we're talking about mods, I'd also like to draw attention to Weapon Modification Crystals Not Working, which has been an issue for about two years now. Please be careful when remodding your weapons because they can glitch out, seemingly without warning or logic/reason.
I don't know if there's anything you can do to help draw 's attention to this because I know you're not a programmer, but it's severely hampered my battle experience since I noticed it :( I basically only use BoNAs or Singed Baguettes now because they're cheap and I don't care too much when the site eats those items. It would be nice to strategize with the other crystals again.
What is the point to revamp those healing crystals? they provide a really weak blessing and about the same activation rate with the parched or BoNA crystals. And since the activation rate on those parched and BoNA crystals are already low, why there is a need to even lower them? Opponents will be more harder to deal with the lower freeze and steal protection rate per turn. On the other hand, the buffed defense on normal crystals still aren't strong enough to provide incentive for ppl to use them over parched or BoNA at all :(
since they don't heal anymore... please,,, release the rest of them hiding in the directory,,, please,,, i can still see the gaps between the item numbers for the rose and thief crystals, put me out of my misery already Make Battle Crystals In All Shapes
I hope you go back and adjust some of the weapons that users have inquired about, before the reset.
Other then that... I also agree with Jensen please release the remaining crystals!

The defense increase on mods goes well with the revamp, but the other mod changes are unnecessary and it would be better to just revert them. What's the reason for the non-defense mod changes and downgrades? Or make the pink mods something else not BoNA envy (like bonus heal or 5-turn steal protection kind of like parched)?

This is a really bad (and frankly rude) take. Percentage healing is still there, it's just less than it was before for pets with 5-6k+ health. Defense has been raised to make up for it, because that's the thing we actually are using during battle instead of relying on boring overheals. For the most part, battling has actually gotten better. I get that change is hard, but you should give it a try before making assumptions.
I initially thought weapons would take a big hit from the revamp, but the increased defense covered most of the healing reduction especially for T10 weapons and beyond.
Overall though, depending on pet situations, the benefits may vary. I think T8 to early T12 pets got the best out of it. They kept most of the equivalent percent heal, and got extra defense icons. The others low tier and high tier pets, about the same (not really better or worse) once tradeoffs in less heal, more defense, and less blessing rates are factored in. The lower blessing rates might be a nuisance and reduce overall benefits for high end pets, but the lower tiers (weapons less then 3 mod slots) are really going to feel the pain getting more chain frozen, as their spotty blessing mod coverage now got worse. Also, the lack of staff communication does not compel me that battling has improved, but at least it didn't get worse overall, kind of the way it was.
In my opinion, one step forward, one step sideways, and one step back.
Been battling with more Tiers lately.
Tier 10 weapons got a major upgrade. Pet with basically the same stats and AP use to be shutdown hard at BQ 26-30 is now getting some reliable wins. Tier 10 is where people that train their pets into high tiers but don't buy the most expensive weapons seem to buy from/use. I think there is potential to cut into the "You need God weapons to win" mentality with this change.
I can't say I'm as thrilled with the mod crystal change. Freeze protection is so important with the way challengers are built. I don't see the appeal in more freeze loses. Especially worry more casual battlers could get frustrated and quit in the early tiers if all they see is never ending freeze loses.
Unless freeze was gonna be dealt with before the reset, I'd have left the crystals blessings rate alone. Now Hustler is gonna be even harder to deal with due to his stealing and freezing.

Yes that change in activation percentage is painfully noticeable..... please change it back to normal! ;;
With the added defence my smallest pet has been racing up tiers like no other before thx to BQs and is (was?) managing select battles beyond level 25, which still surprises me - while much stronger pets likewise start to fail.
Intricate Energized Helmet for initial freeze protection then Rose Baguette + Parched Baguette + BONA as Mods for freeze protection.
You may need to switch up your weapons a bit more to block more of the specific attack icons versus the catch all heal we relied on in the past.
If there's a specific challenger your struggling with - post it on the BC chat with your Set, Scrolls, Mods and pet stats and we can all work through the learning curve together.
So with the freeze protection rate change and the heal cap, does this also mean the rates will change on freeze happy opponents as well as the ones that overheal?
[edit] Could also get a second look? The new is very much like one of the ideas I had in mind for the goddess shield to make it more useful.
Not a fan of the mod crystal changes and they seem nitpicky. We have limited slots as it is on weapons and I don't think the activation rates were out of control before.

Yeah, if you're gonna nerf our crystals then nerf the freeze-happy/steal-happy maniacs. Which then....I guess puts it to what it was before or something I dunno. Or make more of the other crystals blessings have a freeze or steal protection component too

The nerf of Bona and Parched is heavily noticable. I had the most annoying (much longer than planned) evening, even coming to the point, that I considered giving up on Subeta altogether! Even the big ones, that should be able to mow through, came to dangerous points. Since obviously they can no longer heal after being chain frozen - or robbed. I fear how they'll fare against the big guys now!
For me this now feels like the worst change in the overhaul and I don't understand it.
Plus another ceterum censeo - drop rates on crystals are absolutely measly (plus why does Ice King not drop anything between - hm... is it 26 and 35?)!
