We originally wanted to see Everything Everywhere All at Once but the showtimes were too soon for the driving that we were going to have to do, so we ended up seeing Doctor Strange 2. It was actually pretty good. It's been awhile since I've seen a marvel movie in theaters so I was kinda apprehensive since theyve all kinda felt the same for awhile now, but i enjoyed my time. and then we went and had dinner after the movie that was nice too

never heard of the 1st movie but doctor strange is on my list to! My first movie back to the movies was Downton abbey 2, loved it.

You should really check out a trailer for everything everywhere, its like a multiverse kung fu movie and it looks so fun and crazy. it just came out to buy on some streaming services so im thinking about watching it sometime soon!

- lazy sunday here, too. i don't think anything productive is going to get done. i think we'll even order out for dinner. lol 😂 masq has been good to me. through friends i was able to get enough trinkets that i've been able to catch up on a lot of stuff i missed during my hiatus. i only have 5 years left to get in the steamworks store and 10 years left in the libertine store. i'm going to work on the libertine store today and see how many years i can complete before masq ends and the tabs may disappear. :D

Back to work today agter 5 days off. Not having a great sheldue the next 4 days.... Today 1pmtill 9pm. wednesday 9am till 5:30pm thursday 12:30pm till 9pm friday 10am till 5:30 pm. So only home for sleep, food and rest....

- well, i've been able to get all the steamworks collection items i missed due to my illness. today i'm going to try to get the rest of the lounge items. 😂 wow! they aren't giving you much down-time are they? i used to hate it when i was scheduled 3-11 and then 7-3 back to back. i felt like a zombie due to lack of sleep by the end of it. i hope it goes well for you. :D

Hey everyone! It feels like it's been ages since I posted here. I've been very busy with work. One of my colleagues is on holiday and so much of his work lands on my shoulders, it isn't funny anymore.

Also I've been very tired and napping a lot, so I haven't really spent much time online. I'm counting the days until I can finally get an ultrasound. I still have to wait two weeks and five days for the appointment.

I had it removed and labs said it wasn't cancerous. Was the first time I ever had stitches so was more frightened about having them removed XD

I didn't go to theaters until the stitches were removed. So I only got to seeing the Bob's Burgers movie this Monday XD

Me and Brian were the only two people in the theater which was neat.

- hugs you don't need to apologize for not being around. you should be pampering yourself right now. its a shame you have to wait over 2 weeks for the appointment. i'll keep you in my thoughts and keep my fingers crossed for you. how's the job search going? or have you put it on hold? how's the driving practice going? sorry your job is difficult right now. is there any way your supervisor can shift some of the work over to someone else so that it's split between you two so that you're not doing the job of 2 people? did you enjoy masq? did you get everything from the shops you wanted? :) ❤

Glad you had it removed. Stitches aren't bad when removing. It's staples I hate. Esp if there are a bunch of them. They sting more the more there are. Ugh.

My daughter and I were the only two in the theater once. At a $ theater showing TMNT Secret of the Ooze. It was weird being the only two, and kind of creepy. But I enjoyed the movie anyway and it was fun.

IDK you said you hadn't been well to Emory. But glad you are fine. We haven't finished the house yet. Been ups and downs and having to do things twice - oh I hate that. Was a lot of colorful metaphors flying around... lol. Also we only can do it once a week when my son has a day off. Been so hot lately its just sapped the strength right out of us too. My roommate got heat exhaustion last week and I'm so prone to it we just have to be careful. Cory and I did decide tho to do repairs on the shed in a couple months, and then paint. I'm thinking the main body of the shed be the blue of the house and trim in white, to match. But then just for my mother, a couple of stripes horizontally - not vertically - around the middle. With the problems we've had leaving a smooth clean demarcation between the blue and the trim, I really don't want to give myself more headaches than necessary. lol But that will look neat AND make my mother smile. Well worth it just for that. <3

I don't tend to shop too much during masq and I have enough tokens to get what I want whenever I decide to get something :)

- i don't normally shop during an event, either. this time was different, though. i was gathering items for an ha and saw that 2 of the l'amor shop years were missing: 2010 and 2011. i couldn't remember if they had always been missing but it put a fire under me to get the stuff i needed before any of the tabs in the steamworks and lounge shops went poof. so, i'm finally caught up on masq items. :D

- no worries. :D i'll be honest, i don't always remember what i post. the last few days i've been feeling good. so, i very well may have posted that and just don't remember. :D i've heard the heat is getting bad. i can't stand heat, i wilt in it. so i stay in the air conditioning whenever i can. i feel your pain regarding the painting not going as expected. i helped paint my dad's house yers ago and we ran into the same issue. we couldn't get the trim between the siding and the bricks to look right. we eventually gave up and painted it the same color as the rest of the house. all the other trim was no problem, just the stuff between the siding and the brick. go figure. lol 😂 and yes, making your mom smile is worth it. :D

Can't read messages as forums won't load. Not home much due to work sheldue and just got a call if i could come in at noon in stead of 12:30pm... And it's going to be a hot few days. Luckly the boss supplies us with work short so wearing those, long pants are just to warm and i don't mind if i look silly. Better silly then hot

I have good reason to believe I'm pregnant. However due to many miscarriages, I think of it more as "Schrödingers pregnancy". At this time I'm both pregnant and not pregnant, until there's proof I'm actually pregnant and the chance of miscarriage has subsided. But waiting for the first ultrasound is taking forever.

I've put the job search on hold for now. If this pregnancy will be successful, I feel like it's safer to stay with my current job for the time being, since I have a permanent contract and cannot be fired so easily. I'm trying to take it easy, which is why I'm napping so much. But I still feel very insecure about this pregnancy. I read online how so many people with repeated miscarriages get extra ultrasounds, to ease their minds, but my midwife won't do it because they think it provides a false sense of security. So I guess I'll just wait, or if I cave, pay for one myself.
