I did see a website that compared breathability to effectiveness and fusible interfacing is fairly high on the list, so I'll keep using it since it's what I got. I learned to sew when I was pretty young, and I really enjoy it! I do hope you recover quickly! Was wondering where you went off to :( hugs I truly think any mask will make you wanna pull it off after so long. We're just not used to wearing them! I've been told varying results, from 'they're better than what they've had before' to 'they just can't breathe in anything' lol. So yeah, they are breathable, but it's all in your tolerance levels. I may try a different pattern(the one with the seam down the middle and kinda pouches out) to see if I like it better, but it's much more labor-intensive to make. Congrats on your win!

I love scary movies, of course some of them are down right terrifying but for some reason I love the adrenaline and the fear heheh. Comedy is great!! I LOVE cartoons that are funny. But you are right, some of the things these days are quite sarcastic and sometimes I find them a bit hard to get too

Hey, I'm the same! I tried coding some very simple layouts but stopped after the pet images suddenly got cut off for no reason. I just use free profile templates now. I DO try to occasionally make my own backgrounds though.

Yeah, I had a friend in neopets that hated clowns because (this sounds familiar, pardon me if I am repeating) she watched scary movies and for some reason clowns have been made into these evils characters. Personally, I think we could have iconized evil instead of something that is supposed to be lovely and helpful and fun. I HATE being scared; I remember going (on a date with someone I didn't know) to see a Friday 13th movie when I was 19 or 20 and just had my hands over my eyes the entire movie. I don't even like the spoofs of the scary movies. :P

I guess we have that here, but I went to the local food shop and no one was social distancing, and the cashiers were not wearing masks. Worried me. I am back at work but keeping the kids apart is not working. I went to help a friend yesterday and was wearing a N97 mask (that have been warned against, because hard to breath) but she is 72 and I am so scared I will give her something, especially now that I am back at work and have contact with so MANY people, mostly small but still... I have had a sore throat/ears for more than 2 months. The doctor says it's allergies... I guess it's just the way my throat is going to feel, I am an oldster now but it's making me crazy with worry and I am happiest when I have NO WHERE I have to be! (like today, the schools are closed Friday and Saturday, at least for now).
