I do try, and I act goofy with the goofy teachers and I smile real big hoping they see the smile crinkles around my eyes. But I can see over the years that the little ones are taking on too much angst and many are already cycincal at 6! 7 years ago I mentioned to one girl in second grade that she was very cynical and she said "you should see my father". Now MOST of them are tired, cynical and bored in second grade. 💔 It rained here yesterday. It NEVER rains in May! (Iyyar actually). So much so, that we have a prayer we say three times a day that before Iyyar we change from Blessing for Rain to Blessing for Dew, because we are not supposed to say a prayer unless something is going to happen (like, one isn't supposed to say Grace before a meal and then not eat, for example). It simply does NOT rain here now. Except it did! We go from Summer to Winter to Summer here (there was some talk of that in the forum; where you live is the same, no?). Except now is clearly Spring. Even took a sweater to school today!
It was terrifying. I hate to watch scary movies. Or news. or even those memes that pop out or scream at the end. I am a Chicken heart! LOL I like to laugh. and read fun books. But I deplore (and misunderstand) sarcasm, and a lot of the current comedy isn't really funny, it's just sarcastic and belittling. 😿

A friend of mine hates the revamp. My brain has so much clutter in it, I can't remember what they looked like before the revamp. Yes, it's fun. Both of the bigger ones (5 & &) like to make her up. The older one came up the same day (our houses are connected via the basement) and asked if she could do "our giwl" but I had just finished making the current HA with the younger one. It's 19:00 here, time when my daughter starts their bed-time routine so it's too late to grab her.

the drawing style was a bit more cartoonish, it didn’t fit the HA that well in my opinion. awww that’s so cute! i like this one too lol the face is adorable. you have infinite inspiration with those girls running around.
Goes to have a talk with the Rift Now while I'll wouldn't wear scales myself (I wouldn't know what to do with them), I would LOVE the option to be able to give or sell some......why won't he reward me with any?

Afternoon all! From the looks of things here, there's a lot of yakkin' goin' on.... Good times. Good times. It is much cooler here today. Much more like Spring than that Summer crap we had last week.
