I wish I had enough tokens for that jacket. But, no, I'm a bad subetan who doesn't quest too often and has less than 4k tokens. =/ (Not too long ago I was buying tokens to be able to buy from the token shop, so at least it's an improvement.)

I already had one, I got this one in case I want to make a legendary weapon :D I had a little over 20k so I could have gotten the jacket... but I went with battle supplies ^^ I don't do quests often, but if I do I like doing wiz.

I'm going to run to be an admin for one of the organizations that's in charge of the residence I'm in... not going to be easy but if I get elected, my hope is to make things better where I'm at :)

When I quest, I always do Shinwa first and for some reason that creates a mental block for me wanting to do quests. I'm going to do some now though.

I got the Aemis yesterday morning too :) I need to figure out which legendary combo I can make with it... although I put it in my vault only to find I have 2 more in there LMAO! I guess I need to buy a few other weapons to combine with them.

If I quest, it's always Wiz and Saggi. I've got a big chunk of tokens in my vault. I already had the jacket too.

Thanks for the kind words of encouragement. I'm nervous as I know some will not want me as an admin; however, I'm hoping there will be enough willing to give me a chance. One of the admins that I get along with is going to second my nomination. She won't be renewing her term; however, her support can help influence those that don't know me. I've been an administrator for about 5 years for 4 organizations (oftentimes being on different boards at the same time). I know the laws and responsibilities more than most... which can intimidate some when they aren't following them. Things are messed up on all levels, employees, director, president. I want to help make things better. It's going to be tough to get in and once in, it'll be challenging. However, if things can improve it'll be worth it. I was raised to not just complain but to get involved and try to make things change for the better. My parents are proud of me and my father even helped with my intro admin speech. Tomorrow we're going to practice using a web browser to use Zoom... which we'd been refusing to use due to various vulnerabilities the system has but should not be problematic with a web browser. It's tough for me to learn new tech... but it'll be worth it if I can join meetings I've been excluding myself from.

I'm making a "beouf etouffe" which translated sounds odd (strangled beef) :P It's similar to a beef bourguignon. I went to the grocery store and got a red bottle of wine and a spaghetti squash. It's rare I buy wine (especially red) so I spent quite some time reading labels, looking more confused, and hoping for the best. I tasted it... I like wines to be sweeter but it should be good for the beef. I actually watered it down and added sugar to drink it. Fancy balsamic vinegar, that I know. Red wines, ah well we can't be knowledgeful in everything :P It's finally done so I'll be able to have a late supper (had a snack ahead since I need to keep my hypoglycemia in check).

Oh dear, you must have been quite tired indeed, hugs. Yesterday I was convinced I had put away ravioli I managed to cook... only to find it on the stovetop hours later.

Is it possible for you to go to the forum pages of the subscribed threads and then click the green checkmark in the title to unsubscribe that way? I know it's longer; but, if you can't get to the subscription page it might be a way to at least deal with your issue of getting overloaded with forum pings.

I'm off to test out if I succeeded with the beef. The cleanup of the kitchen is going to be a nightmare :P

Thanks :) I was so stuffed I could hardly move & had enough for supper tonight as well :D My cook/cleaner and I were doing a marathon... preparing food for the two weeks ahead and last night's birthday supper. We made bacon & leek soup, risotto, butterfly lobster tails, beef tournedos, and grilled asparagus/cauliflower/red peppers. I also had a small hazelnut mousse chocolate cake for dessert. There are brochettes and ground beef as well as leftovers for the rest of the weeks. Today I mostly rested... even had a lovely moment where Gismo wanted to go on the balcony swing while I was watering the plants so after I was done I joined him and watched the sunset.
