Thanks :D It turns out that was the only high-value item and it was the 2nd quest I did... still completed them all. It's rare I do Major Drill quests nowadays, so it was a welcome surprise ;)

It has been ages since I last I visited the Major. I think I will stop by today.

They came out really good, thanks! It's the only way I'll make them now. I make up a dry rub to put on them and then refrigerate overnight before cooking in the instantpot. Then I add BBQ sauce and put them under the oven broiler for a few minutes. this is the recipe I follow

I have a sort-of air fryer too (it's an infrared oven with circulated air) that I use even more than the instantpot. I'd like to get one of those combo deals too. My kitchen is very small, so the one lives on a shelf and the other in the basement when I'm not using them.

Glad the meal went well. I have an air-fryer that's in my countertop oven (Breville). I can't safely use the regular oven anymore so I'm glad to have it. I remember when I had a kitchen that was so small only one person could fit and almost no countertop. It's like playing Tetris. I'm grateful this apartment has a huge amount of countertops and I was even able to fit an island in :) You never know what the future might hold for you :)

Actually I had a busy day and never got a chance to visiit with him.

He's quite the workout... just skip him and go straight to bubble baths and relaxing instead :D
