Sometimes I have an odd piece of fabric left over from a product testing which is big enough to use for something else (like the bit of raincoat fabric that will be made into a baseball cap eventually), but for the Christmas one I did this year (not quite got the photos done yet though), I only had very small (literally 2cm square I think) pieces left over as I wanted to use as much as I could of the metre I was sent ;)

nods oddly enough, my skin seems a lot better this week so far (even though I've done nothing different at all), so I haven't had to splash out on more hand cream :D

I know there's western style which often uses cowboy hats. Beyond that, I don't know about the US.

And yup. Just the most elusive of the bunch, despite being a rare and not super rare. -.- The axe throwing was great! Dean and I had a fantastic time. I prefer things with elements of throwing sharp objects at targets, or punching heavy bags. =0P Makes me happy. XD And you're very welcome! I'm glad to be able to return the favor.

over here it only tends to be the Queen who frequently rides without a riding hat, but I guess it depends on the areas - if there's more open space with no roads, then maybe there tends to be less riders wearing them :P
