Yeah. once it gets to be a feeding frenzy, I don't mind it, I can still grab things - but it is less frequent and then the site starts lagging - I don't mind being beaten fairly by someone who is genuinely faster than I am, but when I lag out because the site is sucking...that torques me off.

I can imagine that gets quite complicated to work both your days off to be on the same day!

I don't mind a bit of lag, as in theory if we're all affected by it, then we all have a similar disadvantage (and maybe some people would give up), but too many people in there just makes it impossible for me to RS :P Although this year I do (finally) have the faster internet that I'd wanted for ages, so that's helping ;) :D

That sounds like a win-win to me. :D Especially if you end up getting fabric that is more expensive than you normally would feel comfortable buying. :)

A dermatologist might be the best, even tho you might need a referal from your doc for that. Not sure how it works where you live. :) At least I had to when I went to see a dermotologist for my rochea.

nods or fabric that I wouldn't normally pick - my first one was a bundle of 5 metres of random fabrics, so that was a good challenge to use every item! ;)

Yeah, most of them would mean going to the hospital for an appointment, which is a little further than the distance I can achieve on foot (I don't go by car) - but I do think it'd be helpful if I could find out what items (if any) trigger my eczema, so I know what to avoid!

Most definitely! Not an easy thing always to figure out on your own, so a doc might be helpful with that. :) Hope you can work something out. :)

you're welcome :D The other person who tested one of the bundles had chosen the 10m one - they got 8 different cuts of fabric in that, and used 6 of them I think. I got 5 cuts in mine, and made something from every one :D :D nods I know there's things in particular hand creams that make my skin worse, but that's definitely something I would need a doctor to help identify which particular ingredients cause the problem (one of the hand creams was advertised as being ideal for eczema, so it's a bit ironic that my skin really hated it).

Made mum a hanging organiser similar to the walker one I made--which was too long to put where she wanted. Next is my tablet bag lol. but I was running out of steam lol.
